My wife and I had 11 windows installed ln our home by renewal by Anderson.. The installation crew showed up at 7:00 a.m. in the morning, and they commenced to taking out 11 windows, preparing The openings for the new windows. Installed all 11 windows, including wood filler pieces, and all the casing around the windows. We were very happy and pleased with the quality of the windows, When they were done,, they picked up, and cleaned up, and was outta here by 7:00 p.m.. that same night. My wife and I are very happy that we chose to go with renewal by Anderson for our windows, From the salesman, all the way down to the installation crew, we could have not asked for better service, and attention to detail.... Windows and patio door long overdue for replacement went to the Burnsville showroom and talked to Ryan who was very knowledgeable Had Bruce come give estimate. We did a few more windows to qualify for some specials they had. Thought we wouldn’t get installed till June but they just finished today 14 May. Workers were great on time and very thorough and worked hard all day each day. Only issue we were not happy with was the stain guy they use to finish trim. Very hard to reach and schedule. Other then that mike was main installer and he was very conscientious! Would recommend

We’ve had Renewal come out twice to do our total window and slider door replacements due to hail damage. We split the project into two parts and both teams that came out crushed their projects. Both teams were super nice, on time, professional and fun to have in our home. We love the final product and enjoyed the whole experience. Would totally recommend to anyone.

The technician repaired a window latch and adjusted the window to close properly. He also checked the other casement window on the opposite side of the picture window to make sure that was operating properly. We had a Andersen screen door that was missing a screw for the closer and he put that in as well even though he wasnt there to do that. Very knowledgeable and friendly technician.

The gentlemen that did our install were professional and meticulous with the install. Our new door looks amazing and the house is cleaner than it was when they got here! I know that this door will stand up to years of use and were so happy that we left this job to the professionals instead of trying to do it ourselves. I had a bay window and a slider installed to replace some original failing windows in my house. The whole process was smooth and I felt comfortable that I was getting high quality and great customer service.

They did an excellent job installing windows and we love the new look and quality. Are disappointed that one window was not the right one so has to be reordered and possibly a 3 week delay. We hope it gets priority!!

I had 8 new windows installed by Renewal by Andersen. They were fantastic from Tim who set up my contract to the wonderful team of installers who came right time, quickly set up to do the job in January weather so that my home stayed warm while they worked swiftly but carefully inside and out to install my beautiful new windows. They wore masks for my protection against COVID. They walked me thru how to tip the windows for cleaning and how to secure them afterwards. No more cold drafts from my old drafty windows! I am now snug and secure! I love my Andersen windows! They are the best!!!

Two teams came to do install on our job. Both were friendly and professional. They answered all our questions. They were very detail oriented in preventing messes and cleaning up very well when the job was done. They covered the floors with rugs and the furniture with poly film to prevent dust building up. Craftsmanship and knowledge on how to do the job was apparent. One window was the wrong kind. They were honest and didnt just make it fit to be done with the job. The job is and will be done right!!

I had Andersen windows installed March of 2019.When washing the windows, water came in from the top of the window.
