I entered as a walk in near closing and they were still willing to take me. I received a spa pedicure and the technician was very gentle yet firm with the massage. I left feeling relaxed and my feet feeling a ton better.

I had such a pleasant experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I absolutely loved my nails and they were done with such care. Definitely will be back!

I gave two stars because the customer service was great, but their product quality was horrible. I just moved into the area and have been searching for a nail place. I ALWAYS get SNS done, so thats what I made my appointment for. First, the color I picked was a different color on my nail, wasnt horrible... two days later the color on my nail changed colors and it was suddenly the color I had originally picked. It went from purple to blue. Three days after having my nails done I had three nails cheap. It look like my nails had Gel and started to peel. I went back in and had them fixed. I told them it looked like they were done too thin and I was told that was because it was my natural nail. There was no way to make them thicker (which Ive always had them thicker). once my nails were fixed they were a different color than the rest, and two days later they became the same color but I had ANOTHER nail chip. You could see my NAIL COLOR THRU THE SNS!! At this pointed I decided to call it quits. Theyre using expired products, and there was another lady there the same day as I having the same issues. The workers are nice but their product is horrible. I went some where else to have a new color done and they look NOTHING like they did after this place.

I came from Kansas and wanted a pedi for a wedding. I seen this place had great reviews so I gave it a shot. The nail tech (Kelley) who did my pedi was doing a great job so I thought. I didn’t stare to hard at my pedi till I got home. I asked for a square shape on my toes and the shape was slanted on some of my toes… then I noticed the top coat on my toe wasn’t place properly you could see where the top coat ended. Here’s the worse part. So I gotten a gel pedi knowing they will last a long time. WRONG. Not even a week after two of my toes lost their polish they just peeled off! I paid over $50 with a tip thinking I was in great hands. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE.

I love getting pedicures here. The workers are all super nice! I can see why this place always gets so busy. I can’t imagine going anywhere else, highly recommend the Serenity Spa Pedi!

Got a pedicure during my day off as a walk in. They were very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely stop in when I need a fresh set. Managed well, very organized and clean!

This place is the worst. Do not go here. Polish looks awful. I was having red polish removed and a lighter put on. The tech didnt remove the red all the way and was getting ready to polish. Only when I said something was she going to properly remove the remainder of the red. I ended up walking out after she did my toes so poorly.....no tip.

Tim did such a great job on my nails! I did a dip powder and he took his time. I asked for them to be thin and I got just what I wanted.

My normal salon was all booked up on the only day I had time to get a pedicure. I had gotten my nails done here a few times in high school in 2015-16 and it was always good. I walk in and was immediately able to be seated and started which was wonderful. I chose the upgraded callous removal pedicure but she didnt do much with that, just a quick swipe with the grater on each heel(and trust me my heels could use it). I asked for just plain white polish. It looked great from far away but but up close it was pretty streaky and clumpy like an old dried up polish. Also throughout the 45 min I was there she tried to upsell me gel polish, eyebrows twice, and manicure twice. Nothing horrific but when you find your go to salon its hard when you have to switch

Came in as a party of two, one got started 30 mins before the other. Not allowed to sit with your guest. Very rushed, nails uneven, filling was done excessive and violently. One nail tech was on the phone half the time and was not paying attention to the modifications to the nails, she wouldn’t file them down. The male tech filed so hard my thumbs are throbbing and made them so short it’s to the skin while the rest of the nails had length. Wouldn’t recommend if you want a rushed experience. Pricing is good but quality of work is poor and painful. Would not recommend getting your nails done here.

I have been going here a long time. Personnel has changed recently. They give you a menu of services. Then when you go to pay they add for “extras” like taking off previous polish. However they “forget” to do the services that are on the menu that you picked. If you question them they go upset. I asked one question and the amount I was to be charged changed 7 times! They kept adding things that I didn’t request. I paid for a gel polish. I am home and 7 hours later the polish that was supposed to last 2 weeks has started to peel. Very disappointed will never return.

Nails Cut me…. Pedi Did not get my ingrown nails out- acted like didn’t understand me! Asked for $33 pedi on menu but charged me extra $15 for gel then added another $2 and kept saying for pedi and nails she said $25 but after all said and done my card was charged $119 I won’t be back

I went in for a fill in and polish or a fill with SNS which Ive had done many times elsewhere. As soon as I sat down Kelly started clipping my long beautiful nails off DOWN TO MY FINGERTIPS! I was so shocked and disgusted! And whats worse is she never told me to wash my hands the entire appointment! I would never go her or recommend them to anyone!

It all depends on the technician you get. I got a mani and pedi that were rushed to say the least. My “massage” lasted for less than the minute timer on the gel lamp. I had to ask for them to actually shape my nails before starting polish. Mine was in such a rush that I got finished with both a mani and pedi before some of the clients that started at the same time were done with just a pedicure.

There was 1 other customer.The young lady V was my technician.From choosing gel color to picking out my pedicure, she was amazing.Very professional, but personable. Dont schedule a appointment they will tell you it is reserved you get there its shoulder to shoulder busy and they dont honor the appt set...many people walked out for appt issues

When I come here, I usually have to go back to get my nails redone because after looking at them they aren’t as nicely done as I would like and I always feel as if they are rushing to get done.

Very unprofessional didn’t even acknowledge me and my daughter sitting there but when the white people walked in they were acknowledged. I had to ask if this place operated on appointments only before I was spoken to.

Best nails.

I had the worst experience here the last time. I had SNS done previously and came to get them removed and redone. A guy named Kevin was my technician. He did not try soaking the SNS off but pried them off with a piece of fake acrilic nail. I expressed that it was hurting but he continued. I then told him I didnt want SNS again and decided on a gel polish. Now as my nails are starting to grow back you can see the damages he caused by ripping off the SNS from my nail. Then I looked at what was charged and they charged $100.00 for a gel w/manicure and an OPI pedicure. Web site pricing states that it should have only been $85.

Jodi was wonderful!! I had both pedi & mani and was very, very pleased with her work, knowkedge, courtesy and how professional and fun she was as well!! I will definitely will back to Jodi. 👍👍👍

Went to get a new set of acrylics, it was very rushed and he didn’t push my cuticles back so they look very grown out already. My nails aren’t all the same shape and weren’t painted neatly. Way too expensive for the service I got :(

The SNS didnt last 24 hours $38 for 22 hours, never going back again

Went here with my friend for the first time because our usual nail salon that we go to were closed and we were both displeased with our nails at this place. The people doing our nails were rushing and the guy doing my nails made the design very sloppy and ALMOST tried to get away with my middle finger nail Being all the way crooked before I said something about it. This place is very overpriced and not worth what they charge. The only good thing was it was very clean and a nice ambience but other than that the quality for the price you pay is very disappointing. My friend and I won’t be returning

Service was fantastic. I went in for an acrylic fill in and gel polish manicure. The quality of my fill in was wonderful; all of the nails look beautiful and even, no bumps or rough spots. The gel was applied evenly also without bumps. My nail tech, Vu, has great attention to detail and superior technique, more so than I have received from other salons in the Burlington area. I am highly satisfied with the service, prices are good. I would highly recommend Serenity over other nail salons for the Burlington area.

This was my second time at Serenity Nails, and I soaked off my old SNS set and then I had an appointment for a new SNS set. Jodie was my nail tech and she was able to get started as soon as I arrived and checked in. She was very friendly, VERY efficient and she shaped my nails just like the picture I showed her at the beginning of my appointment. I will continue coming to see her every two weeks!

I was there yesterday for a gel manicure. I am very unhappy with the service received as well as lack of communication. My nails were shaped differently and my cuticle was cut. I noticed once I was in my car but had an appointment to go to so I returned a little while later. The guy who did my nails seemed angry with me that I wanted them reshaped (which led to them being shorter) he quickly filed them and then wiped with alcohol and I told him he cut my cuticle and the alcohol was stinging so he then put the cotton ball with alcohol (that he just wiped my nails with) directly on the cut!!! I still wasn’t satisfied because it was very inconvenient, he was rude, seemed no one understood me and he just rushed me back out the door. I went to my car and noticed he filed off the polish so had to go back in again and a lady buffed some of my nails and put another coat of color and clear on. Well now my nails are uneven and have bubbles in the polish. Also the clear coat was not put on evenly and it has streaks in it. You guys are more expensive than a lot of other salons and I expected better service. No one apologized or offered any discount towards another service. My mother also had gone here with me in the past but neither of us will be returning after this. Also, majority of your clientele speaks English and no one seems to understand and that’s a problem.

Today was my second visit to Serenity Nails in Burlington. Both times I was greeted by friendly staff, offered drinks, and generally made to feel very comfortable. I had great service each time and was very pleased with the quality, customer service, and price. Kelly(Phong) was wonderful and I enjoyed speaking with her. The salon was clean and even smelled fresh, not overwhelmingly of chemicals. I will return and definitely recommend this salon to others!

I asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up but to keep the shape. I got skinny pencil lines now:( I also paid for a pedicure where the scrubbing on my feet and rubbing on my legs were very minimal. Ive been many times before but I definitely think this is my last visit.

Tina was quick and did an amazing job; she’s also very sweet! I’ve been struggling to find a good nail tech in this area; I will definitely be coming back! Nails look perfect!

This place is a money racket. No prices posted in shop anywhere and the manager won’t honor the website prices. She pulls out this book with prices. I brought the price difference to her attention and she waved me off with her hand, saying “I’ll get my daughter to change it later.” This was after she made me wait to pay while she was searching for the phone to answer. My daughter got a fill, repair, and charged more for the length of her nails and it was just as much as my full set! No gel polish, which is $15 more. Just plain nail polish. Most places charge only $10 extra for gel polish with an acrylic service. I’ve been to much nicer places that were much cheaper. I will not be returning!

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Serenity Nails & Spa after my visit to my regular nail salon fell through. As soon as I opened the door I was quickly greeted with welcoming smiles and genuine concern for the services I needed. I was quickly taken care of and offered a beverage while i relaxed. The customer service here is like none other. The facility is very clean and modern which I loved. Everyone makes sure youre having a great experience from beginning to end and I must say Im very appreciative and very impressed. Im very sure I will be back here soon and will be recommending their services to everyone I know. Thanks again to everyone at Serenity for your awesome customer service. I wouldnt recommend a guy name Kevin here bc I got my fill in monday and I have already messed up two. He didnt put enough acrylic stuff on them.

My bridal party and myself came in with an appointment for our nails and we all felt rushed. It wasnt even that busy. Ive been before and it was packed and the nail tech took her time.

First time visiting. Very friendly staff but way over priced and not the best at painting nails and toes.

The Salon is clean. Communication is an issue.I only have gone there as a last resort but will not return. I have been there several times and my nails were cut when I only wanted them filed. Another time I asked for oval shape and they did round Let them know I was not pleased then awhen another technician came to fix the issuend my nails looked terrible.

Been going to Serenity for the past few months, love it there. Everyone is so nice and the management there is better than other salons I’ve been to. Vy does a great job on my nails!

Its not my regular place, but they try their best to work you in and they do a quick job. My feet feel great and she gave me a nice massage with it. The polish is a little uneven on a couple of toes, but to be fair I have teeny tiny little toenails. Plus the polish is dark blue so any mistake would show more than with lighter polish. Its not better than my regular place, but its not bad.

10 out of 10 would definitely recommend Tina did my manicure & pedicure. She did a great job the entire salon is really pretty & chill, Ill definitely be coming back.

Very relaxing & quick service

I needed to get my nails done quickly and scheduled an appointment today at 12. I got Tina when I came in and she was amazing. These nails are flawless. Literally flawless! Will def be back to see her only!

I scheduled an appointment and had Kevin do my nails, I got acrylic nails and they stayed on like my real nail and I filed them till the end. It was very professional and clean. They have shields over pedicure area and line the tubs with a bag so no one uses the same foot spa, and were very sanitary , had hand sanitizer and wiped everything down! 10/10 will come back and ask for Kevin , couldn’t have been happier with my nails !

The best experience! Everything is soothing and relaxing, including my chilled glass of white wine. I promised myself, I will visit at least once a month! 🙂

I occasionally drive to the Greensboro/Burlington area and when I do, I love stopping by this salon. The service there is great! I love their gel nail polish!

Was satisfied with first couple of visits, then during my last manicure, the manicurist was more interested in her phone than her customer, regularly stopping in the middle of my treatment to reply to text messages. Then my last two pedicures were less than satisfactory with poor polish jobs. Sadly, after giving it another go after a bad experience, it didn’t get any better so I won’t be back.

Just got a pedi and it was nice but the customer service from the lady was horrible! I have been there several times and never received bad customer service. She was coughing and sniffling and so unfriendly!!

I dont have a long history of experience to make comparisons but Ill go back to Serenity. They were super busy but started my pedicure within 15 minutes of my walking in. Kevin did a nice job on my manicure and pedicure. They have one more happy customer.

I live in Greensboro but came by Burlington and needed to get a pedicure. Came into serenity and absolutely loved it! The service there was great and Mama Shalla was so nice. Definitely recommend to anyone around the area!

I got a fill in, nails reshaped and chrome polish around new years. Awesome job, unfortunately I dont live there. Im in my way back from out of town. Forgot the name of the woman who did my nails.

My go to spot. Everyone is so friendly, but Cindy always kills my nails every time! I always recommend all my friends here and they become regulars too. I always add in gel because it lasts sooo much longer than normal polish

For my first time at a nail salon, it was a wonderful experience! I got the $45 pedi package and a basic manicure, but it was so worth it! They kept reminding me to relax, which was nice. They offered free drinks, of which I chose white wine. Im not sure how atypical that is, but it really brought me into the experience! The staff were friendly, and Kevin was a pleasure to have do my mani/pedi. When I treat myself again, Ill be returning here for sure.

Someone stole my banking information and used here for a spa day. This establishment was of no help to try and help. Worthless.

The facility was very nice and clean and everyone was very friendly. My nail tech was very knowledgeable about SNS and my nails looked really good. Would have been 5 stars but unfortunately I did leave with several cuts on my fingers from the drill.

Waited almost 15 minutes and no one ever approached me, no one even asked what service we wanted. Several employees noticed us and still nothing. I would not recommend this place at all. These people are very rude and not professional.

Came in without an appointment and was seen asap but my guest had to wait 20min and she is a regular, the guy who did my nails was so sweet and took his time. I loved how my nails loooked however after a week one nail came off and now they look like need a new full set after just having them done. Was my first and last time going.

Worst place to go for feet and nails. My feet were softer before I got them done. The water was too cold while getting my feet soaked. Also, Im have to go somewhere else to get my nails redone. They hurt so bad. The nail tech barely acknowledges you. Worst customer service.

Worth every penny! Was provided the option of wine or water with the service. The pedicure was nice and thorough,didnt feel rushed at all. My feet felt amazing afterwards!
