Personally my favorite salon! One of the nicest owners you will meet! Young woman with a lot of drive and ambition. Reliable appointment times, great quality work, reasonably priced. You pay for what you get!!!! Always works with you, really not a nail design or color she can’t do or doesn’t have. Clean environment. Friendly staff. I’ve been going to her for months and months , faithfully every two weeks!!! She knows what her clients want and provides exactly that! The owner is preferably my favorite to do my nails feet and brows! Fixes everything to your wants. I’m never disappointed!!!! Highly recommend !

This nail shop is the best I’ve been to the new owner is professional, nice, and extremely talented. Phannah is the only person I let touch my nails now she always on time courteous and always keeps my appointment. I highly recommend her shop!

I love this place! So quaint. So clean. Such nice energy. I felt tended to as soon as I entered. Phanna has my nails looking RIGHT! She is truly my favorite nail tech. I actually drove an hour away from my house just to get my nails done by her - THATS how good!!! I am so happy that I finally found the perfect place in perfect nail tech. Not many people are willing to sit there and provide the service that she is. For instance, today, Phanna spent 2 hours perfecting my nail design. She is not the type to rush you in and out. She will sit there and perfect your nails until her client is happy and that’s why I love her!! I always come in with a nail design that I find on Instagram, and she replicates it perfectly. Thank you Phanna & Anna’s Nail Salon!! I am so happy! 11/10 service. :)

I got my nails done and the lyric and powder was burning my finger nails and I got gel and it’s already peeling and I got them done yesterday and I gave her a 5 dollar tip and she didn’t even say thank you but other than that my nails look really cute I love the color and the shape I’m in love with my nails

They took way too long to do my little sister nails and then it wasnt even nothing outstanding that she had done, but it took 3 hours. Poor choice

Weird place. went in the other day. i had never been there before but they were the only place close by, with available appointments. i can see why. acrylics were affordable at 30 dollars, but everything else you can imagine is extra. weird stuff like the shape of your nails, everything except square, is 5 dollars extra. i wanted some really simple ombré nails, nothing crazy, and she told me that’s 30 extra dollars. they told me they could do what i asked for, waited until my nails were halfway done to tell me that it costs extra, and then told me they didn’t even have it. when i first walked in i watched one of the nail techs pull down her mask and take a selfie, in the middle of doing someone’s nails. also she wasn’t wearing shoes? idk if that’s normal? same girl was talking to me from across the room, but speaking to me quietly as if i was right in front of her, pulled her mask down as if that was going to make her louder, and then she rolled her eyes at me when i didn’t hear her. the woman that did my nails was nice enough. two stars because my nails turned out okay. she took her own sweet time, a 45 minute appointment took about an hour and 20 minutes. not because she was making sure they looked good, though, there were lots of mistakes, i had to ask her to fix something multiple times. she also insisted on me spending more money. tried to sell me on gel polish (although all nail techs do this) and when i told her i need my cuticles cut (pretty standard for getting an acrylic set) she tried to get me to pay for a full manicure and said Then she’ll do my nails. icing on the cake , she didn’t thank me for giving her a more than generous tip. oh well. i guess you get what you pay for when you go to cheap salons like this.

First off I made an appointment for 4:00 pm at this particular salon. I walked in to checked and sat for 5 min. The lady did not tell me that I had to wait an additional hour. If you guys can’t go by appointments then don’t have a client make one and then don’t follow through. So unprofessional.

Great service! Ivy does great eyebrows and nails. She sometimes has a bit of an attitude, but then you learn that is her personality. There is not a lot of workers in there either. Ken also does good nails too, but he is not experience with gel. As far as pedicures I would only let Ivy do my feet ( Ivy can be a bit rough on feet too) , Ken will do if let no other choice and he is actually good! Ivy is the best in eyebrows..

The technician are too slow and not skilled.

Just got my nails done last week, nails already started getting loose and breaking . Went back for repair , they charged me full price. Nails aren’t even worth the prices they are charging . Will never go there again.

This place is HORRIBLE! Do NOT go here!! They are extremely rude, especially the female owner (Ivy). Its a shame because I was going there for about 4 months, and I thought I found a good nail salon. I went for a normal gel manicure, and the girl kept picking at a sore I had under my nail (Id cut myself a few days prior.) I told her to leave that finger alone, I would be getting it checked out by a DOCTOR. She decided to cut the sore, insisiting it was a hangnail (it was starting to harden, a sign of healing). After I screamed in pain, Ivy looks over and starts speaking whatever language they speak and rolling her eyes at me. Then Ivy tells me the girl fixed it. I had to go to urgent care the next day (my finger was now swollen and purple,) where they told me the nail/cut was infected.If you value your health, dont go here!!!

Yesterday was the first time I met Phanna and she did a beautiful job on my mani/pedi. One of my friends in Texas showed me her sand type manicure and I was able to have Phanna do the same type of manicure there. I absolutely love it and will be back!

Customer service was great

Horrible!!! Ive been cut during manicures by different nail technicians on three separate occasions. They never say sorry. I tell the owner, Ivy, and she says nothing and then charges me full price. I went there to take off my gel polish and I had to constantly tell them to remove the of the polish on my nails. They kept getting frustrated and handed me a pool to remove it myself. This place has gone downhill. If I could give it no stars I would. Do not go there.

I went to this nail salon a couple months ago and had gotten my nails done. When the lady did my nails she didnt clean her tools before she did them and i got an infection from it on my left middle finger and it was so bad that i was in so much pain and my whole entire hand was swollen from it. All up in my arm was in pain also i could barely move it. I had went to the hospital and they had stuck and iv needle in my finger to squeeze all of the puss out and i was in pain screaming and hollering because of it. I think this place should be shut down completely!! I do not recommend this place what so ever. I also have the video when they were squeezing it out.

Ive been a loyal customer of the salon since she took over maybe a year almost 2 years ago I called her today to set up appointment and she tell me shes too busy she cant do my nails and feet today she just lost a customer!!!
