Charged us for the shape of the nail, the color, ect. In the end it was poor quality. Mine has hair in it and its bumpy and the filing is horrible

Ive been coming here for over 2 years and there has been a lot of changes. However, I still get the same quality of service. I usually get a gel manicure and regular pedicure comes out to about $65 which isnt too bad. I get my service done from Charm and shes amazing. She doesnt go acrylics so I get those done with Shelby. I would definitely make an appointment because its a hit or miss when they are busy.

What I paid for my nails was RIP OFF, i asked how much was a couple months ago for just getting gel she told me $18 dollars. I went in with out asking how much it cost and at the end I had to pay 32 dollars and when I asked her if she had a paper where I could see the prices she said she did not have any, which is a lie because all nail places have something where the price is listed. she was rushing through everything because she had another client, plus she was not nice. POOR SERVICE

I have lived in NC for 15 years and have never found a nail salon w a staff like this one! Four separate ppl worked with me and they each did a magnificent job! I cant wait to return!! Shelby, John, Cham, and Tammy are amazing!!!

Great service! Was seated right away, my nails were done in a timely manner. Also got my eyebrows waxed & they look fabulous, i was even given cream for the redness. When i left the store i noticed i had messed my thumb nail polish up and she quickly redone it for me! Great customer service! Highly recommended!

I’ve been going to Sonny and Tammy, the new owners, for many years when they were at NT Nails. They are wonderful, caring, very capable people. I am a diabetic. They’ve always treated my feet with the upmost care. Highly recommend them.

Very polite! They took me in last minute on New Years Eve and took their time with me. Only issue I had was I asked for coffin shape and they ended up being more square.

The next day my gel polish peeling off. The price at the end was more than what I was quoted. I will never go again

I would not recommend getting your nails done here. It was slow service, small color selection, and made fun of my short nails. My friend’s nail also started bleeding because they were trying to rush doing her cuticles. I’m never coming here again....

I went into the mall and show a picture to the lady that worked She said they could do the nails I showed her in the picture Went back to get them done again the lady and her husband told me they could do them..Then when it came time to paint they didnt have the glitter I would not go back would not recommend I left there with my nails not painted and they want to charge you 2 dollars 3 dollars for files

Waited over a hour to get a pedicure with my husband and they did his while I sat and waited and I watched 4 people who came in behind me get done before I was even acknowledged... NEVER AGAIN!!!

Very bad service . I had clean feet and new clean black socks there was some black fiber in the water from my socks. Put there was other things like dust, spots gray hair not from my socks .the gentleman there started say its all from my socks making me look like Im stupid . He will not stop . All he had to do was to change the water . Poor customer service. Then I ask him you what me to leave. I wasnt there 5 minutes I had to pay 10.00 to be treated bad in front of other customer . I been there once and mouth for over a year . I dont recommend this place because you as the paying customer are not important to them.

I honestly wish I could give this place no stars it was such a scaring experience. Upon arrival the fill in was priced at 15 dollars I was informed it was a 5 dollar upcharge for pointed nails I agreed to pay the 20. The man in charge of doing my nails was very aggressive and scalded my nail. When I reacted he got mad at me and told me it was a vibration and I was over reacting. Even though my nail felt as if I dipped it in hot lava. He man handled my hands. And treated me poorly thru the service. He broke off one of the nails and re did it. And later charged an extra 3 dollars without prior concent. They will nickel and dime you to death and do a rather crappy job. Their selection of acrylic polish is rather poor half of the polishes you can buy yourself at a corner store. Spare your wallets and go elseware. You have been warned. I dont want anyone else to be abused as I was in this shop.

Got my daughters nails done Sunday, today is Thursday & theyre already coming off. This has never happened any other time shes gotten her nails done. Waste of money!!!!!!

I go here often and the ons older man dose a great job ive had the man has done my nails twice and im un happy i got gel polish today its been maybe 3 hours and my nail polish has chipped there are parts where he missed with top coat im very unhappy today and i think i need to rethink mu choices of mail salons i leave a tip everytime i come in i should never leave and be unhappy think ill find a better salon.

If I could give it 0 stars i would ! WORSE service ever ! Asked to get my toes repolished and they gave me attitude ! Ended up in an altercation and the lady ended up taking my child and my bag ! I wouldn’t recommend if you like your pedicure done properly !

Customer service is terrible, ask the older guy who works here to fix a nail and he just started laughing like i told a joke. didn’t want to fix my nail but if i’m paying u to do my nails you’re supposed to make any changes. charged me more than what they do on top of that. left very unhappy.

I had to wait long and they didn’t have that many people working but they did a great job!

When i was getting my acrylics painted she kept getting it in my cuticles then blamed me saying it was because i was watching her so she yells watch tv

It is a very bad place they do not attend I went for a pedicure they sat me in the chair the water was super cold I was waiting about 20 minutes and they never attended me when I left they charged me 10 dollars x use the water I do not recommend it
