My nail tech was absolutely amazing. I showed her a picture of what I wanted but asked for a different color scheme and she executed it perfectly. She took extra care with making sure everything was wonderfully shaped (I got a coffin shape for my acrylic nails) and the angles were perfectly even. Additionally, I’m really introverted and I don’t like to talk when getting my nails done and trying to relax. I liked how she didn’t try to force conversation and really made this a wonderful experience. The only thing that could be better would be the interior of the salon. The wall color and decorations seem dated and doesn’t seem to match with the high quality work done by their technicians. However, it is easy to say that I will be coming back here regularly.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews but this is deserving of a negative review. The staff members were polite for the most part- however I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon. A man came into the salon while we were getting our toes/ nails done and harassed my cousin and I to buy something. I ended up telling him we weren’t interested, but I was expecting someone from the salon to ask him to leave. If you are wanting a design, this is not the place for you. They were unable to do designs, they only have random stickers to choose from. The atmosphere in the salon was anything but relaxing. Customer service is the only reason I’m giving it three stars. For plain nails, I think I would come back if I couldn’t get an appointment at another salon.

They do an OK job. Ive only gone for pedicures. If you have some hours to spare then go here. The first time I got my pedicure it took 2.5hrs with no wait. The other time I went, I waited for an hr and a half. Then my pedicure took 1.5 hrs.So you definitely need to have some time on your hands.

I asked the young lady to do another layer of gel polish because it appeared translucent and she got really upset and started speaking in another language. I wasn’t upset at all, I did not like her work and I didn’t think she would take it personally. She did not fix it, it looked worse the second time and I didn’t appreciate her attitude afterwards. I’m paying for a service and I should like the work you do before I leave. Another associate did my nails and she did a great job. This is my second time visiting here and they’re not very friendly. I’m a Black woman and I honestly felt like they didn’t want my business so I will not be back. I hope their customer service can improve.

Havent been here since before covid but will definitely be going back the next time. I have been shop hopping in the hopes of finding somewhere a little closer to home since beginning to have my nails done again and I must say that I have been pretty disappointed in the work done by other shops in the area on mine and my husbands pedicures and sns nails for me...looks like we are driving a little farther and coming back where we know the work is not sub-par

Have been going here for years. Always get great service. My nails stay perfect for at least 2 weeks after. Tracy is awesome 😊

Ryan was rough cutting toes and lady argued with me about color for my toes. I then needed a fill amd she had no idea what I wanted or what I meant for a nail extension.

Tracy was so good, I NEVER let people touch my feet, and she helped me beyond belief with my pinched toenail.

I went in for a pedicure felt so relaxed and she did a great job!! Will definitely be returning.

Just got a pedicure here along with my mother. My friend also got a polish change. She rushed through my pedicure and did my friends polish change while the “hot towel” was on my feet, which of course became cold. Additionally, the girl used the same tools on the man after me as she did me, without sanitizing it. Also, she rushed through my friends polish change. At the end of my pedicure, she had not painted my entire nail, so I asked her to fix it. She fixed it, but immediately began to speak in another language to her coworker, definitely giving the impression she was talking about me. The man who did my mothers pedicure was very nice and thorough, but spoke no English. He used the cheese grater thing on her feet, despite that being illegal in N.C. Also, the dryer fans were caked with dust. This place is definitely lacking sanitation.

Excellent service, very detailed and clean a very large selection of OPI colors, love the scrub and massage on the legs. The results was spotless, highly recommend this place. I paid gel mani and regular pedi for 55$.

Friendly, good pedicure, good prices...never disappointed. There can be a wait but never too long.UPDATE post covid...amazing attention to safe environment! Masks, clean surface after every customer, safe distance kept throughout time there...in addition to another great pedicure!

I work close by and sometimes go on my lunch break. Tracy is the best tech. She takes her time and makes sure your nails are exactly like you want them. Shes the best!

I enjoyed my visit to this salon. It was peaceful. Not alot of chatter between the employees. It was my first time there and the specialist listened to what I needed and did what she could to help me. I usually go to another salon but after her professional experience I may continue to go there.

I got a full set here about a week ago. Within the first three days all of my nails were lifting. You know when you run your fingers through your hair and it catches your acrylic, usually a sign of a fill-in? That happened the night I got mine done.They look awful and the lady who did mine was in such a rush. I waited 2 hours to get a pedicure and my boyfriend waited even longer to get his pedicure. Even though only two people were working, they were still accepting people to get manicures?? Even when they were 20 minutes from closing with 3 other customers waiting & then lied about waiting times.Honestly ridiculous. If you want to waste your money, waste your time and have cheap looking nails, then by all means go here.

I went in today for a full acrylic set. My nail tech was Kim. Instead of soaking my previous set off she peeled them off. While peeling them off she stuck the tool she was using under my nail and was stabbing my nail bed. I get it accidents happen. As she started putting the acrylic on my nails started burning from her peeling my other set off. After putting the acrylic on I inspected my nails and asked her to fix a spot on my pointer nail. All she did was file it down more problem was not fixed. She was so rough with the dremel that I have cuts on my fingers. All in all 0/10 will not be going in again.

Had an appointment and wanted my nails soaked off and a pedicure. I sat down to start the pedicure my feet barely touched the water before she took them out to start then another tech pulls up a chair and started taking off my nails with a fake nail (thats 2 issues right there. My natural nails were long and she broke them all off because she would not soak them. I dont like short nails so I asked for a full set and she replied its too late now I need to get home. Once again I had an appointment and it was only 5:30 when she told me that. Now my nails are sore, short and uneven. Will never go back! RUDE!

Nail tech rushed, some nails longer than others and polish on cuticles on some fingers. When she sat me at the dryer, no lights or fans were on so I just sat them in my lap. Will not be returning.

I wanted to give ZERO STARS!!! Worst experience ever!! BEWARE!! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I called ahead and spoke with the lady (4th person pictured from left) and told her I needed a mani/pedi. She told me to come and I did. I repeated the services I wanted to receive as soon as I came in and she said ok. At this time it was only myself and another lady. First, the lady doing my pedicure was scared to touch my feet(1st person from left) and did an awful job as far as scrubbing. Around the end of the pedi, the tech comes over to tell me she cant do my nails because she is the only tech. Not sure why I wasnt told this over the phone or when I entered. Two other ladies had walked in while i was getting my pedi and I over heard one saying she was coming for a mani/pedi and the other saying she called ahead as well. So I was confused as to how they pick their customers. Another black lady walked and they refused her as well so I assuming that how they decide who they are treating professional!!

I had the best mani and pedi here. They did a very sincere work. Very tidy place. They accept credit card (in most saloon shops they ask for cash).The location is somehow misplaced in Google maps. Its near hong Kong restaurant/T.J.Max/Great Clips in S church street.I would definitely visit again.

If you want a place that will take you away to a land of milk n honey, THIS is the place...these girls go far and beyond to make sure the job is done right! Omg my feet and legs feel amazing...another thing is I dont even need a pedi for a couple of mths after bc they do such a good job...thank you pro nails, you are my new destination for pedicures!!
