My fiancé loves coming here! The owners and staff are wonderful and quite speedy. Just make sure youre clear about what work you want done. Fridays and weekends are their busiest, so give yourself plenty of time if youre coming in those dates. Other than that, I highly recommend this establishment

The staff can be nice. I’ve used them multiple times on the past 3 years. Their talent is good, but time management and communication with clients is horrible. There have been multiple occasions where I’ve set an appointment and still had to wait 10-15 minutes before being acknowledged or even being assisted. Most recently, I called ahead to make an appointment, showed up early and waited 20 minutes. I was finally moved to a pedicure chair where I sat for 30 minutes, just waiting. I finally had to ask for a towel to dry off and decided to walk out. It would have been fine if someone at least communicated what was happening instead of having me sit in a chair for, I wish I was exaggerating, 30 minutes. They are great if you have a few hours to spare.

Never a disappointment when I go. The only place Ill go in Burlington! These ladies and gentleman are amazing and know what they are doing. Keep up the good work

Started going here because my nail tech at the other salon stopped working on weekends. So glad I found Exquisite Nails. I love my new tech! She does an awesome job. FYI...this salon is popular, plan ahead.

My granddaughter and I were walk-ins for our first time at this salon. They were busy, but were very polite and professional. We were seated right away and my grand daughter needed a full set of acrylics, while I only needed a fill in. I had been quite disappointed with the last salon we had used, so paid alot of attention on todays visit. My granddaughter also asked for a custom nail design, which turned out beautifully. We were both extremely pleased with todays service from Leeann and Sofie and will definitely be going back to them. Thank you Ladies🤗.

Awesome place! Went for my first time today and had mine and my daughters nails done. We did acrylic with gel polish and I am very happy with the end results. Everyone was nice and listened to what we wanted. The salon was very clean and everything was put together very neatly! Everyone was nice and made sure we was happy with our nails! Will definitely be going back for all of our nail needs!!

Call for pricing they told me to come in so they can see my nails and when I get there they told me to come back tomorrow. They don’t ever have to worry about me stepping foot in their doors again. Worst customer spirit ever!!!

Lena is amazing. She is always gentle but very detail oriented. I have been going to her for about a year and a half. Would not dream of going anywhere else. I love the fact that it’s usually pretty calm and quiet so I can just relax and enjoy my “me time”.

UPDATE. After my following review, the owner contacted me and wanted to make the situation better. She asked me to come in so she could do another set of nails for me. The owner of this shop is very passionate about what they do and it shows. This will take them a long way. The first set of nails were beautiful (red and silver) but they only lasted me 6 days. The new set is also very pretty (black and nude) and hopefully they last this time around. After everything was all said and done I ended up paying 25$ for another set of nails.I’m not impressed honestly. I spent over 45$ on a set of nails LESS THAN A WEEK AGO (not including tip. It was 60$ after tip) and ALL of my nails have already come off. This is very poor quality. I should be able to keep them for AT LEAST 2-3 weeks. Not 6 days. The ONLY reason I left any stars is because the nails did indeed look really good but they didn’t last long at all and that’s disappointing. Probably won’t ever come back.

I was a little hesitant as a male going, but I did. I used to nail bite and my nails have started growing and I wanted to have my cuticles done and nails shaped. I can’t remember the techs name but she was good and I got many compliments on how my nails finally look good. Thanks! Oh, it has Ben 3 weeks, time to come back!

Ive been going here for over a year & the people there are always sweet & respectful! I love coming in there, they call me Ms. Dawn! Im a 2020 breast cancer survivor & they are always considerate when giving me manicures & pedicures due to my neuropathy in my feet & hands.

And she checks to make sure you have no discomfort. the first time I had zee take care of my hands and feet It was a lil piece of heaven. I was referred by a friend to try this salons SNS nails. I will have to say I was impressed with how modern the salon is and how clean. All of the staff are professional and very polite. Went in for nails eyelashes and eyebrows . waited for about 2 hrs people that came in after me without appt got served before me . i was asked multiple times what i needed done then when i was finally served i was told they did not have time to do it when that could have been told to me . The person that done my nails was rough and rude he acted like i was bothering him coming in to get my nails done at a nail salon . he did not do my nails correctly because it was rushed . i wanted a design on the nails i was paying for but didnt bother to ask because the service was already poor . will not be returning

My eyebrows really suffered a thinning blow from the previous location. She noticed right off hand how afraid I was that they could not be shaped properly. I was very impressed with the work and patience placed to correct someone else’s mistake.

Ive been going to Kim & Tommy for 7 years, a phenomenon! Before, it was a year before I would start getting 2nd rate service. Not at Exquisite Nails. Excellent service every time I walk in!

This is the second week since my pedicure at this place. This photo is of my left foot. The lady was so rough with my foot she literally took a chunk of meat out. There was no dead skin or anything in that area to require such forceful scrubbing. This is directly on my bone. For two weeks I’ve been unable to wear sneakers and most other shoes. It hurts to even put a sock on. On my right food she scuffed/scraped it pretty bad. That is almost healed now but still took several days to heal. But this right here is totally uncalled for. Two weeks and still not healed. Possibly infected and I’ve cleaned it daily and done my best to keep anything from touching it. I will NEVER go back here.

A wonderful place to get pampered. They put the customer first. They offer lots of services. They keep you posted on the wait time. And if you want a service like eyelash extensions, or one that takes more time. They tell you the wait time and check if it fits in your schedule and theirs. They will offer you an appointment so you dont have a long wait. Love this place.

Walked in on a Friday morning with an appointment and they attended to me very quickly .. very clean modern space ..lots of pedicure chairs. My nail technician was gentle and efficient. .. reasonably priced. Would def recommend. Came in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and a lip wax

Never have I ever felt so unwelcome in a nail shop!!! I’ve been sitting there for almost 40 minutes and no one has acknowledged the fact that I wanted a pedicure and Manicure! People have came in after I asked if I could get a pedicure, and they have already been seated in chairs to get their pedicure and I’m still sitting here!!! I asked questions about getting my pedicure and they straight ignored me and started mumbling in their own language!!! I feel very disrespected and very uncomfortable there!!! I will never ever come back again I will take my money elsewhere. My first experience was great YEARS AGO!!!

Made an appointment several days in advance. Show up,left sitting there for 15mins after I told them I had an appointment with Michael, only to have someone else finally come over to tell me he left. Asked me to come back tomorrow. I said no. I make appointments for a reason and I am one and done with that kind of service. Wont be back!

My daughter and I visited for the first time. My daughter is 12 and has allergies. I called ahead of time and I was told that my daughter could still be accommodated despite her allergies. After getting there and reading the labels, she could not use the lotion that they use in the salon. When it came to that part of the pedicure, the young lady just stopped! My daughter did not receive the same pedicure that I did.... I understand that she could not use the lotion, but she could have still done the massage and the hot towel. I was also charged for a manicure that my daughter did not receive, they just cut her nails down and gel polish. When it was time for me to pay, I expressed my dissatisfaction and was told that a few dollars would be taken off... but I was still charged full price. I wouldnt have minded paying if I had received what Id asked for. We will not return to this business.5 days later...My daughter woke up this morning with pieces of the gel polish (that was supposed to last for weeks) in her bed! Reiterating the fact that I will not return to this business!

So far they have done a good job on my nails in the past 4 months that I have been going. I have been getting the SNS nails and they last 3-4 weeks but I am rough with my nails. The place is clean. Busy towards the end of week so probably best days to go is beginning of week unless you feel like waiting even if you have made an appointment.

The couple that owns and has run this salon for years are dear friends of mine and awesome people! They always make sure customers are taken care of and comfortable in this beautiful salon, and leave 110% satisfied with their nails or brows! They use bags in the pedi chair tub, no extra charge, super clean and everything up to date. I love Kim and Tommy!!!!

Today was the first time I went to get a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish and I must say my nails look amazing there was a wait considering I didnt have an appointment but the wait wasnt bad and my nails look amazing!!! Lena was awesome will now be a regular

I had been coming to the nail salon for over a year. I came in on a Thursday and waited almost a half hour with no service. I agreed to make an appointment and come back. My appointment was for 5:30. I didn’t receive a single service until almost 6. I came in for a fill in and pedicure. At 7:15pm, all I had was a pedicure. I was pretty upset & was treated like I was essentially the problem. The husband and wife run the establishment. The husband has been rude to myself & others on multiple occasions. This particular visit he beat his chest at me (NOT KIDDING) and told me he’d get to me. My appointment wasn’t even with him!?!! I paid for my pedicure & left. I have never left a negative review on any experience anywhere I’ve gone. But to give people multiple chances to get it right just to be treated like you don’t matter?? Come on now. Smh. There are some who are favored. But if you aren’t then you often times wait much longer than necessary & have no clue how long you’re going to be there. They do decent work. I love Lena. But I doubt I’ll be back. Just hurtful and unnecessary treatment a lot of the time.

Been going in for years and tonight i was treated very rudely. The owners were not there just all the young kids and one older lady. First off my nails were HORRIBLE the girls were laughing goofing off the whole time and were not doing a good job on my nails. After finishing i asked why was i charged for tips on sns when ive gotten it before and was not charged. They young short guy and older lady defensly said i must be mistaken the lady even said IF YOU BEEN COMING HERE YOU SHOULD KNOW it made me so mad because i had laid so it wasnt like i was trying to not pay i just had the question i will NEVER go there again . i visited on January 10th 2020 at 6pm they were even turning people away before 7:00

Moved back to nc 2011. Have been to numerous nail salons. Mary at Michael dawns hair salon recommended Equisite Nails. Ive never been to a nail salon where they are totally focused on me from start to finish. Tommy and Kim have done an awesome job managing their staff and setting the example.

I came here with my wife Susan. We made an appointment for 6:30pm on Friday, March 1, 2019. We arrived ten minutes early for our appointment. We still had to wait thirty minutes passed our scheduled appointment time before one of the techs told my wife she could be seated for her pedicure. The tech finally ran the water and allowed my wife to put her feet in. He then left and returned fifteen minutes later.Finally, an hour after our scheduled appointments the tech who was working on my wife as me would if I like a pedicure that I was scheduled for an hour prior.If I wait an hour passed the scheduled appointment time... then... I am out of the notion of having this type of service.Never again, nevermind, not what you think.

Got a fill, was told by Tommy that I should get a new set on a 3 month old set of acrylics. After waiting over an hour I didnt have time to replace. Instead of removing the few lifted spots I had, Tommy told me if anything happened it was my problem. Ive gone over a year without having to have a set replaced on many occasions. No effort was put into the fill, I had more lifting and went to another place with no problems since. Still havent had to replace the set 3 months later.
