Not afraid of European cars, I’ve had them work on various Saab’s and a used BMW. Wish more auto shops were like this ... my adult kids have experienced some real unscrupulous mechanics in other cities they’ve lived in.

This place is wonderful. The owner doesnt do repairs that arent necessary, and doesnt try to convince you something is wrong with your car when there isnt. Very honest guy. He has no front end staff, so he answers his own phone while simultaneously working on vehicles, so you have to let it ring awhile so he can answer it - FYI.

I have been taking my car to Burlington Auto for many years, and know that I will ALWAYS have excellent and affordable service. Steve has taken care of my Alero since I purchased it used, in 2002, and I consider that excellent and affordable service to be the main reason that my 18 year old car continues to cruise right along!

I was coming back from Waterford and I had a flat tire I needed someone to check it. it was an emergency so I tried to find the nearest auto shop on my phone and I found that one then I went in I asked for help the owner looked at me rude and said what do you want I told him and then looked at me confused and said Im not going out there its cold I asked please. And just kept scratching his forehead while sighlintly saying fu$k.One of the employees came out and said what the problem he helped me instead if it wasnt for him I dont know if I would of been helped and I wasnt going to give my car to a owner that did not want to help me and just kept yelling rudely and bad language! And at the end i took my car somewhere else to get fixed i said thanks anyway and the owner said hope you make it sarcastically while rolling his eyes.
