Completely closed their shop for multiple days with my car and parts in their possession. Can’t get through on their phones, no one has reached out to contact me to inform or give reason as to why they shut down in the middle of the week. No notice on the door. The unprofessionalism is at an all time high. I’m disgusted. Avoid this place if you can

Ive lived in the area for almost 5 years now. John is the real deal. One of those guys that will repair your car and not rip you off. If you want good work done at a fair honest price hes your man.

I have been taking my business to John auto for 14 years now and I have never had a problem with them. This is a family business and they treat everyone with respect, sometimes John is overwhelmed with work and is a little slow, however his prices are deeply discounted and for that Ill wait.

Took my car here for years and had okay service other then my vehicle having to sit for weeks for something that should take a couple days. My last visit will be my forever last. Was very disappointed I paid to get new motor mounts and a head gasket put on my car and my motor mounts weren’t touched and my head gasket leaks worse after he replaced it.

Main mechanic is the son hes a horrible mechanic and not honest he has his dad that is up there in age test drive cars and go off of his judgement because he can doesnt have a drivers license. Its a shame that he keeps your car for too many weeks at a time and the problems never get fixed. I recommend you not getting anything done here not even an oil change. Not an honest business.

John has personally worked on my car and my truck. Always does a good job and prices are reasonable.

Nice local mechanic for used cars

Horrible business very dishonest! Brought my moms vehicle there to get a new exhaust system installed. He installed a old used exhaust and charged my mom for the price of a brand new exhaust and 450$ to install the used exhaust. Don’t bring you car here for anything NOT TRUSTED!!

This guy is really nice he found a way to fix my car cheaper don’t know why other people were saying that he’s not good I’ve been in Burlington for over 50 years and this place is been there a long time this is the first time I went there but if it’s been there that long there must be something good about it
