My favorite nail salon. I drive from Crowley to go to luxury nails. Outstanding nail technicians. They even do bling nails. I have been here twice now. Great, friendly environment. Best nails Ive ever had done. Photos included

I showed them a picture (last pic below) at arrival and asked for the style in gel. The owner said she could do it because lady 1,2,or ,3 could NOT do it.Trash 🗑pedi and gel medi3 hours for bs!!Honesty dont cost you nothing OWNER LADY .. 3 ladies walked out after they saw the service my friend and I were getting ... I was willing to pay for LUXURY thats why I came to the nail shop after 8 months due to covid 19..

Charged way to much for something I didnt even ask for. I will not be back nor will I ever recommend this place.

I received a normal manicure with regular polish and by Saturday morning, nail polish was peeling. Very disappointed

I have been going here for a while. Theyre always friendly, fast and professional.

The quality of work was not worth the money. Poor communication and absolutely no customer service. They are more worried about revenue then quality of service. They dont listen to what you have to say. More worried about getting people in and out as quick as possible. The work they do reflects their poor judgment. I will not go back and spend more money here. I expect a quality of work when spending hundreds of dollars on luxury. I really could have shaped and painted my nails better.To your response on your reply... I can post my $180+ receipt if you like, so you can see your loss from a never returning client.

Me and my daughters went for pedicures and nails. The staff was friendly and funny. They also told us the cost of everything we were having done up front and was very detailed making sure we were happy..I will definitely be using them from now on..loved my nails and my feet

I was totally disappointed. They messed my nails up so bad I couldnt even pick anything up for two weeks and still cant touch certain things with out my nail beds hurting and splitting because they took the file to them and made them so short and thin. Now 3 weeks later my nails are still suffering because I went back to get them taken off and a lady took care of me that time and the way the lady took them off scrubbing with a metal tool and filing even more. They did not even have the decency to offer anything as an apology to make things right and they did not give a refund. I wont ever go back there again......You should remember and I know I have the right place. A man did my nails and they began chipping before I even made it home. And a woman took them off. It was the most horrific experience.

*CAUTION* ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️...............So today me my mom and my cousin all went to go get three pedicures and while we were waiting for them to finish with 2 other customers my sister of 11 years old decided to get acrylic nails and we had asked how much they were for acrylic nails and they had told us 25, so well assuming the price was going to be 25 we agreed okay have in mind I don’t care how much I have to pay to get my nails done I don’t really care about the price but the way this lady did us wrong is beyond me......okay so while me and my mother were getting our pedicures the manager proceeded to doing my sister nails..... the manager never once told us it would be extra to shape them coffin and don’t come up to me and tell me that every salon does that because first they tell you if it’s okay and we agree for the up charge but this lady didn’t even bother asking if it was okay... so the manager went ahead and did them without our knowing or approval... so when we went to pay a gentlemen paid us out I asked how much it would be for my sisters nails he told me 50 dollars I was shocked...I asked him why 50 his response was because my sister got her nails confined shape!!!!!!!! So you’re going to charge me 25 more dollars for a coffin shape!!!!!!! I turned and asked my sister did you want coffin shape and she said no I didn’t ask for it but she was already doing it!!!!!!!..... I would’ve completely understood if it was like a 5$ up charge or something but it was whole 25 they practically charges me for 2 whole sets !!!! While I was asking my sister the gentleman was quick to argue with me and say of course she asked she wouldn’t have done them if she didn’t ask!!!!!! Also while this was going on the lady that did my sisters nails was in the back yelling that that’s the price and we need to PAY...... I 1000% DO NOT DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ITS TERRIBLE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I WILL CERTAINLY NOT BE COMING BACK AND WARNING MY FRIENDS ABOUT THIS PLACE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

This salon is hit or miss (mostly miss). The services are over priced. As you can see from my picture my nails are chipping & cracking.

Today was my first visit here. My other usual place hadn’t been able to fit me in for manicure appointments lately. I even tried last time with someone I usually don’t use but she didn’t do as good of a job as others I like. I decided to try a new place and they got me right in today! Deanna did a fantastic job on my gel manicure and paid great attention to detail which I appreciate very much. Unlike many other manicurists these days, she actually massaged my hands and arms at the end for a few minutes rather than skipping. She made sure each nail looked great! I also had a chair massage by Hailey which was great too! I will definitely be back.

Me and my little sister I mean she’s 11 years old went in to get acrylic nails done just the regular old acrylic nails and I told her let’s go pick the color we wanted from the nail polish wall and I was asked if we wanted dip nails and I said no we want acrylic and he said the dip last longer and I said because she’s only 11 and I don’t want to spend a arm and leg on nails. So anyways he said it would be 30 dollars I thought that’s a little high but ok. We go to leave and I pick up a price pamphlet when I get home I look at it and it says the acrylic nails are $25! Need less to say I will not be back they like to price gouge!

I asked for a certain nail shape, color, and ombre. I showed the lady what I wanted two times... the look was nothing like what I asked for. The manager was the one who did my nails. And she proceeded to try to argue and refused to fix my nail!

Went with my husband we spent over 100$ he got a pedicure they did a half effort job. I got a pedicure which was good but also got a dipped full set . My full set is crooked,uneven and looks like a kid did them she didn’t even clean up the excess around my nail from the dip and you can see brush strokes on my dipped nails !

Went here for the first time because my old nail place let me down one too many times. Heather was awesome, she took the time to listen to why I stopped going to my old salon and asked exactly what I liked and made sure to get my nails perfect. I’ve never had so much detail put into my nails and they look so good! This is my new go to salon for sure

Absolutely the worst nail salon I’ve been to hands down! They were extremely rude they cut me, didn’t give me what I asked for and my nails completely broke or fell off a couple hours after leaving the salon!

I tried a bunch of different nail shops in Burleson before finding this great place. The staff is friendly, the prices are are good and, most importantly, they do a great job! I feel like family now. The owner knows my name and most the staff know my preferences. They pay attention and seek to provide great customer service.

I even mentioned that it was the best Id received as I do this often. I was politely greeted in the front AND showed a picture of what I wanted. Theyre fervent in their work. They helped me pick out the perfect color for my fingers. I always leave with nails Im happy with. Definitely my new go to nail SALON!

After 7 years with the same nail tech, I moved and was tasked with finding a new tech. The first place in went to was a terrible experience. I spent a couple of months traveling back home to visit my old tech. Luckily someone suggested Luxury Nails. The atmosphere is great. Everyone is upbeat, theres a lot of positive energy and humor every visit. Ive never been disappointed by anyone who has provided service. Once I found my preferred tech, Ive been able to call ahead for appointment slots. On the rare occasion I cant get in with Jack, I have no reservations about seeing another tech....Im admittedly picky about my nails, so Ive never been able to say that about another salon. If youre in South Fort Worth or convenient to Burleson and looking for a great experience at a capable and clean salon, Luxury Nails is the only way to go.

Wish I had tried this place before anywhere else! Lyn used extra care making sure my almond shape was 100% perfect before finishing. Waxing room is clean, she checked to make sure it wasnt too hot, and my brows and lip look great!

I always have a very relaxing experience every time I visit! Great attention and quality taken into consideration with nails/pedicures plus your drink of choice!! I always leave with a smile on my face!

Justin shaved my nail with file and they were uneven and the nails just came off with ease. Then I got to the second to last nail it came off now I have a big chunk of the skin 2 my nail gone. It hurt 2 touch it for about a week or so. Justin you cant touch my nails ever again.

Ive been using Luxury Nails for many years. I believe, since 2006. They are amazing. Male and female technicians. The level of service is impeccable. They are careful with sterilization and cleanliness. Would never go anywhere else.

The guy that did my nails did a horrible job. He was so rough with my nails, made my cuticles inflamed which they now are scabbed, many of my nails did not get polished fully and I had a nail lift right after I left the salon. Not happy with the job done.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They say they open at 11 but then theres only one technician to help 7 customers. I should have gone somewhere else. I asked for a manicure and then a dip color. I got a dip color but they dont understand manicure I guess. This is the second time Ive been here. First time it took almost 3 hours and this time only 25 minutes and I waited 35 minutes to even be worked on. Terrible customer service. I will not be going back.

This place is by far the worst place I have ever been. The man who did my nails cut me several times and did not file my nails down at the cuticle. My nails were left very thick and wide.

Moved to Burleson from Oklahoma so I had to find a new nail salon. I tried three other nail salons before I found Luxury Nails. This place is absolutely 100% the best salon. Its very clean, they have cordless drills so someone can work on your pedicure and your nails at the same time. Its very clean, and I always get in some good laughs with the staff. Everyone is so friendly as well as professional, the salon is beautiful and to top it off my nails last 3 sometimes 4 weeks (solar French). I have continued going there for almost a full year now and I do not plan on going anywhere else. Ask for Jack hes awesome!!

I went in today to get my toes and nails done it took 2 hrs just for my toes to be finished my toenails were done completely wrong she gave me a basic frenchtip when I asked for a color and showed her and 3 other workers exactly what I wanted.... When I told them it was wrong and not what I wanted instead of fixing it they just kept asking if I was ready for my nails and blew me off about my toenails.... Finally after saying it over 5 times no Im not getting my nails done I have somewhere to be and this has taken way to long especially after giving me something incorrect they finally understood what I was saying and I wasnt happy.

This place is AMAZING!! Great service and very nice, respectfull people. I love it here and wouldnt go anywhere else:)

Friendly people overall. The man who did my nails was kind and did a good french manicure but did not file as good as I thought he should. The polish lasted a good long time. I would give four stars but - First, they would not let me sit next to my friend. Second, one lady worker is crazy or pretends to be and talks to herself and charged another customer way too much for a simple paint job. The customer tried to talk to her but the crazy worker acted like she didnt understand so the customer paid her what she asked. This is a very old trick. I would not use anyone who doesnt understand English or pretends to not know.

I understand they are busy. But Id rather wait in the waiting area than sitting here soaking my feet in water that has gone cold because Ive been soaking for 45 minutes and my spa chair is leaking so they turned off the jets. Not happy

Ok was disappointed more than once! I called they made it right or a least put forth the effort, my daughter and I Ive been MORE THAN I SHOULD HAVE NOW THEY ARE NICE!Ive had some to cast me a side because of I guess big tippers , but I made them get back there and finish , now 7/8/2017 was the last time ill spend money there , my eyebrows was not waxed right and my basic manicure wasnt done right Ive even had better pedicures the, my bill was,$73 plus $5 tip the men do rush, $23 dollars they didnt earn I thought about calling n getting them to fix it and they probably would have but enough is enough ! N Id rather pay more money somewhere else than to ever go there again and Im asking my daughter to NOT GO AGAIN AS WELL! AND THE ONE STAR WAS JUST TO POST THIS MAD REVEIW! I TAKE THE STAR BACK , I GIVE NO STARS O RATING!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have a 2.9 rating that that says it

My regular nail salon I come here 2 times a month to get my nails done and its always a good experience and I love there music choice.

They lost me, a loyal customer for 4 years. All the times they’re out of color or Mis-labeled samples no problem because they’ve always been very nice and the shop is clean. I’ve been a loyal customer. But this last time was the LAST TIME. The nail tech was very rude and I could plainly tell her and the other tech were talking about me every time I would ask about a color or want her to modify the shape in any way. She was just very annoyed. Really ruined my experience. I did not enjoy it at all. LADIES: we go to the nail salon to relax for “me time”, not to be GOSSIPED ABOUT IN VIETNAMESE. Lol I tried my hardest to over look but not this time. I’m done.

Ive had my nails done there 4 times ... a full set and 3 fills. Every single time, my nails broke. Ive gone over a year with no broken ones. But all 4 times my nails have broken. One the same day as they were done. The next time, two cracked and had to be repaired (one of them cracked again a few days later. The last fill, Ive had 3 cracked and broken. Not sure if they are using bad product or what, but I will definitely not return.

I have tried this place out 3 times in a row hoping it would be the one. First time my nails were ok but all unevenly shaped. Second time I got a pedicure and the guy completely left the edges and sides of my toe nail paintless, you could see where the strokes were and the polish was so thin it looked as if I did it myself in the dark (the polish was a light chocolate gray, it was not a difficult color). This time was the WORST experience Ive ever had anywhere. The lady gashed my thumb open on both sides with the file, then proceeded to mash on it with her finger nail trying to doctor it. She shaped them all differently, some are slightly coffin and some are square. It looks like I need fills on a few and I just left there today. The color is so thin you can SEE through my nail (its a peachy pink dip nail color), and theyre so thin Im just waiting for one to snap off. I asked why they were so thin and she said thats how light colors are. WELL I get light colors every time and this wasnt ever an issue. They didnt wait long enough after finishing coat to apply the cuticle oil so that made a scrunch in the polish. ANYWAYS. Youd think Id get a discount for being gashed right? No. In fact, they said $40 (the full cost), I left, saw my nails in the sunlight and turned right back around to complain. They were rude and said they could give me 10 or 15 dollars or they could put more coats on. I said no to the extra coats because the shape is already fd up anyways, the edges are not clean, they didnt thoroughly cover the nail so theres spots on each one where they shouldve gotten better, and not to mention the fact I had my 2 year old with me when I went back in and couldnt wait, I had already been there AN HOUR AND A HALF. I took the 15$ refund like an idiot because I shouldve refused to pay in the first place. I do NOT recommend this place. I was very nice and told them I was extremely disappointed every time I leave there and pointed out everything I found wrong and they didnt care at all they just assumed a new coat would fix it. I deserved the refund for how crappy these look. I couldve gotten DIY ones and theyd look better. Instead of pouring out explanations they shouldve refunded me. Never ever ever going back. They had 3 chances.

Luxury Nails was the worst nail experience I have EVER had! At first they put on a thin layer of watered down polish (which I did choose, but never had problems with nail coverage at other nail shops) and acted as if the fact that I could see my natural toenail through the polish was normal. So, then I fouud a thicker polish and that was allowed to clump in the corner of my smaller toes. So, they attempted to fix that but let it happen again. By this time I am beyond annoyed and the guy tells me he will only charge me $25.00 although they spent alot of time on me. He did not do me a favor because I only got a $25.00 pedicure and wanted a design but the lady was got made and walked off. I shouldve charged them for my time! I went there around 1 and left at 4 pm because they got busy by the time my first polish was applied so I had to keep waiting for them.

I was not able to get into my nail place in Fort Worth were Ive been going to for years. I moved from FW to Burleson and I do the 30 min drive cause I dont like going anywhere else besides my nail tech. Went in for a fix nail and color change. ABSOLUTELY dissapointed in the service. I think the lady thought I was stupid. She painted my nails without having me wash my hands and the nail polish was on my skin AND my nail that she fixed did not look like my other nails and she said the reason it looked like that cause it was new. UHHHH, NO my other nails were a coffin shape and this one nail was square. Stuck out like sore thumb. I told her they looked horrible and it needed to be fix. She then started to do my nails the correct way took nail polish off and fixed my square nail somewhat correctly. Im not one to say anything, but I was not paying for something that looked like a kid did it. I think she was being lazy and didnt want to do it the right way to get done quicker. Needles to say she did not get a good tip.

Honestly, I wouldnt rate this place. It was AWFUL!!! But, because.. I have to. I did, the minimum.Expect to feel rushed and do not be serviced by a male. I felt absoutely rushed and had difficulty explaining that it was a professional mess. I always feel awful for complaining fro anyservice. Although, if i am paying that amount.. I expect a great service. If you want clean nail utensils. Go elsewhere. I asked them to have clean ones and they put used ones in an open sanititizing envelope that was not sanitary. BEWARE!!!!
