Always a great experience! Ive been coming here since shortly after they opened and Ive always had great service and great dip powder Manis and great pedicures!

I got Henry and Julie and they both did so good! I want them every time! I was so relaxed

I always get great service. I have had several different techs getting dip nails and pedicures at this salon and have been happy with all of them. Lately, I have made same day appointments (weekdays) with my favorite tech. Everyone is kind and eager to help.

The girl that did my pedicure was ok it was the employees. I would like to relax In a quiet place not the workers sitting close to you on FaceTime or speaker. I don’t want to hear all that go to the break room. Also the employees talking to each other across the room.

My daughter and myself visited Villa Nails today and I have mixed opinions. The salon was very nice as was the staff. We did not get pedicures, but the pedicure chairs look very comfortable. My daughter got acrylic nails with designs and they look fantastic! This is the best anyone has ever done her nails. I got a ombré dip and at a distance, they look really good, but at a closer look they are uneven, the sides have my nail showing (no color), I have glue under the nail that is uncomfortable and one is rough in texture. Overall, we really liked this salon, but wish I my nails were done as well as my daughter’s. 🤷‍♀️

Won’t be back! They did a rush job on my dipped nails. Cut me twice with the dremel on two different fingers making me bleed. Nails are not even. The pedicure was great!

I enjoyed my pedicure here , I wish I would’ve grabbed that ladies name but as far as my nails, The woman who did my pedicure didn’t do nails but yet they had her doing mine . My nails were cut down completely and there was nothing left to even shape ….. when I told Front desk dude he said she didn’t do nails she’s only pedicures.. so if that’s the case why did y’all let her do my nails?? That wasn’t fair at all and I didn’t end up getting my nails done :( they still charged me for the cuticle and shape anyways . Disappointed how they handled that

My best friend and I came in for the first time for manicures to celebrate my engagement. I was sat with Nancy Ellis and she recommended a beautiful clear glitter powder dip and I’m so glad I went with her recommendation! I ended up with a beautiful manicure that I got compliments on for weeks. Returned today to get a new powder dip set and was sat with Jamie and I chose a pale pink glitter powder dip. Once again, beautiful results. Nancy and Jamie both are very friendly, professional and give wonderful recommendations on colors and services. The salon itself is large, very clean and opulently decorated. Every visit is something I look forward to. Don’t hesitate to stop in and visit, or to call and request an appointment with Nancy or Jamie, you won’t be disappointed or bored with conversation! Thank you to Villa for always being a highlight of my week!

I would definitely not recommend, my nails look like I did them myself. They are uneven, bulky and definitely not ombré. The pedicure felt rushed and once I told the tech doing my nails I didn’t like them, she seemed to rush to get it done. I feel for the price I paid I should’ve gotten a decent service and decent looking nails. Will not be going back.

Tried for the 3rd time. Super nice nail tech, HORRIBLE pedicure and nails. Was asked if my pedicure was ok, replied no and the tech got mad. If you dont want the truth, dont ask. Used dip powder for my nails, tech didnt want to bother proper removal before telling me she could change the color by simply filling with more powder and covering with gel polish. Charged me for standard service also. Im going in today to give them a chance to fix my nails properly. These look like garbage.

I really like that it is owned and run by one big family. Its clean, and everyone is friendly. Love the blush wine, too! Yesterday I got both a Mani pedi with gel. The lady doing my Mani got my cuticles on one hand (ouch), and the lady doing my pedi made my big toe bleed a bit. Other than yesterday, I have been there about a half dozen of times. Its a nice place and unless those same problems continue to occur, I will most likely go back.

Honestly I wont be coming back ever again, every single one of my nails were in a completely different shape and length. The lady made my nails flat and the paint job was lumpy. Just do yourself a favor dont wastethe money and find somewhere else to go. Its not worth it.

Been using this nail spa for several years. Very happy and never had a complaint. Very nice and professional staff . I would highly recommend Jamie, I had her today and she was very friendly and speaks very good English and had great conversation with her.

My experience this second time was not as good as the first. They did seem a bit busier and my nail artist seemed a bit distracted. Also I had a hair from a nail polish brush under the top coat of my thumbnail and when I asked to get it fixed she just started to paint over it. But after I told her I wanted it off and repainted she did it for me no questions asked. Still a great environment and will still receive my business in the future and I love my manicure

Not the experience I hoped for...middle finger is Matt while the rest of my nails are glossy. Also have remaining nail polish around three of my nails. Wont be coming back here again.

I went in today to get a nail fixed. - I broke one and wanted to get the rest of them all a littleThicker. Once they found out what I wanted, they told me the wait would be 10 minutes. Okay that’s fine! Then, people continue to come in wanting full sets and wherever else, and they can help them immediately!? What? So I’m still sitting here, 20 minutes later.. 3 people walk in AFTER me, and they start on them right away. Wow okay. So I get up to walk out and they all say bye... okay. Kinda not professional. 🤷🏻‍♀️🧐

Sorry but its bad, also left several cuts around my nail bed, was pretty rough. Place was cute but sad i got what i got 😔

Second time for me following 6 months with a broken foot. Had Michelle first time she was very kind & easy. This time had Henry. First time having a man do my pedi and he was great. Very gentle very good with massaging of legs. No problems with wait time or anything. Will be going back again.

Long was my tech. He was wonderful. I recommend him to anyone. I had a short wait time. Long gave more attention to my feet as I requested. Will definitely return.

Have been here twice now and both times I had great service. I have used other nail places here in town but Villa Nail Spa has been the best experience by far. I get the dip nails and usually have the same set for at least 2 weeks. I havent had any issue of the nail chipping or bubbling up like I had at other places. The staff is always welcoming each time I come as well.

Had my nails dipped like I usually have done. By the time she was finished, I now have superglue on my fingers and underneath my new nails u can see pieces of my old nails. All together the experience wasent as professional as I thought it would be, considering it was my first time there. Doubtful I will be going back.

My experience here was nice, had a very friendly staff, and it was a quiet place but I’m very disappointed in my dipped nails they are only a week old and already cracked and chipped. Not good lasting quality work in my opinion. Unfortunately I won’t be going back.

Do not recommend, too expensive, they even charge to cut your nails and remove nail polish. Poor quality.Responding to the owner you did not replace nor fixed any nails you only put one tip, I do not expect free service you all need to let your clients know everything you charge for, do not let it be a surprise when the bill comes. Also, make sure the nails are completely dry before sending your clients home the nails were not completely dry and you dispatch us and the look was not good quality since they were not dry.

Today was my third visit and my third dipped gel application. The first two were great. Today their nail tech Michael T #001 did my nails. it was the roughest manicure I have ever had. He filed my nails so aggressive in a downward motion hit my cuticles causing me extreme pain. I kept trying to tell him but he did not understand English. He also filed my nails almost completely off. I complained and no one at the salon seemed to care. I would not recommend this nail tech

Best nail place in Burleson and surrounding areas by far

I come here with my wife. Strongly considering bringing the guys as well. I typically get a pedicure and my wife gets the pedicure and manicure. My feet get pretty bad, but they take care of me here and my feet always feel brand new afterwards. Their customer service is good and their managment is experienced. Dont just take my word for it though. Try it for yourself.

The gentleman that did my pedicure was awesome but the lady that did my gel nails was horrible. She did not file my nails evenly, was in a hurry and my polish has only lasted a week. My daughter had a manicure too and the lady that did her nails did a horrible job and the polish was splotchy. We will never go back there.

If I could zero stars I would. My daughter and I went here and it was the absolute worst mani/pedis ever. Both technicians were sloppy, inconsistent, and wasteful with product. They slapped polish on us both. I had gel and the technicians insisted on used the nail file to take away all the polish she spilled on my toe. My daughter has sparkles and her technicians extended the sparkles out past her nails. Never did she clip them. I left before I let them start my mani. I was hoping this would be a good place being we live close. However, back to Fort Worth to my other folks I will go. I do not recommend for the price or quality.

The lady was pretty aggressive and did not take her time on my nails, some came out good but others did not and she did not clean up well from the paint that got on my skin

Villa Nail Spa has lost me as a customer entirely! First, they called me at 9am to inform me they let go of Tina... my bridal appt was at 10am and had been booked a month in advance!We were a party of 6, when we got there 2 were running late. They were pushing my girls to pick colors after several times we told them we were waiting for the last two to pick exactly shade since they all wanted the same.EVERYONES nails were flawed enough that we went elsewhere to get corrections.1. Was all cut up.2. Several uneven thickness and shape3. Mine were all spotted4. Because they wouldn’t slow down and clean their products between layers, several girls white nail is pinkTo end it instead of having 1 person verifying information they swarmed the desk and just irritated everyone more with their unprofessionalism. I went there for Tina, I hope to find Tina again, but I will not be back to this salon.

I must say this place is Spectacular and the staff is very wonderful and on top of what I like to call 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed and the work that I received was the best by far and I have been to a lot of nail places ....So thank you Villa Nail Spa for your great work and more to come !!!!!!

This was the worst experience my mom and I had today!!! She received the dip nails with tip and the color stained her fingers. Then the tips that were put on were cut so short that she couldve just used her own nails and was charged for it as well as the extra charge for the cutical cleaning and that was rushed!! I asked for a baseball on my toe and was told why dont you paint it white instead of the blue. Well Im the customer and I wanted it blue with a white ball and red stitches. The lady didnt know how to do it and was messy and just said forget it I dont want it. She took off the nail polish and it was all over the bottom of my toes and around my nails. We are so mad!!! Then when it was time to pay, we notified them when we got there that we had the 20% off coupon from the app. They said ok, pick what you guys want. Well when we got our total they only took the 20% off 1 service not the total bill!!! If we were told this before hand we wouldve walked out and gone to Pearl Nails off Wilshire where the same pedicure is $35 not $55 and that take the discount off the entire total!! We Will NEVER GO TO VILLA NAIL SPA AGAIN!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Horrible it took literally 1.5 for them to do my eyebrows because the lady they first brought in could not thin them out not curve them..them during the cuticle treatmeant they clipped to much and made my finger bleed and this wasn’t just on 1 busy it was 4 separate times and my nails I got the dip would fall off with in 2-3 days if I could give them less than 1 star I would
