The owners are amazing and their staff is awesome as well. They always do a great job. Im a little different I like pedicure really short and they not only accommodate and are so friendly and nice but do a great job.

I was a walk in today and was seated with Lynn. She was great, very friendly, took her time. She did a great job. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

Every time i come here i leave looking great! My nails are perfect. They use the best quality products. For years i went somewhere else and i was always at the salon! They do such a good job here i only have to come once a month! A better value for the money. I will recamend this place to everyone.

Walked in as a group of 4 without appointment, was greeted immediately even though they were very busy. Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. 6 yr old and 9 year old got gel polish, 12 yr old got gel dip.I had gel dip done at another salon and was very unhappy with the results, so I had them removed and re done here at Lovely Nails. The difference was night and day. Amazing shape, not rough on my hands/nails, exact length I wanted, all at a reasonable price, and great conversation to top it all off.Cant recommend them enough.

I took my daughter for the first time to this salon. I had talked so highly about Cindy and how good she was. We had an appointment at 5:30 for both of us to get a set of nails. I made my daughters reservation with Cindy and i would take whomever was available (which happened to be Lilly) Lilly was great. Anyways, Cindy was busy doing a pedicure on a client when we arrived. Lilly greeted us when we arrived and I told her we had an appointment with Cindy and ?? and she remembered me. Cindy immediately started speaking (their language) in a surprised tone as if she didnt know we had an appointment. Well Lilly started on my nails and it was approximately 30-45 minutes before Cindy started on my daughter. Once she got started my daughter immediately realized that she would not be happy with the color she had chosen and asked to change. Cindy said well you better hurry because I only have 30 minutes. (As IF it was our fault she got a late start on her).!!!! We were on time.... WE WERE NOT LATE!!!. My daughter should have received the same treatment as other paying clients and given the time. It was her fault that she got such a late start. We were only able to go after work and WE had an appointment. Its not like we just walked in off the street. I am just very upset with her rudeness towards my daughter. What i was hoping to be a nice, relaxed Mother/Daughter time, turned out to be very disappointing. I hope anyone else that experienced anything like this will make it known so hopefully they will be more aware of their actions and how they treat customers.

Hands down, the best place in Johnson county to get my nails done! Everyone there is always very courteous. Ive never been charged extra for reshaping my nails or nitpicking any other lil change I might ask for and Ive been coming here for about 10 years now!!!

I just got finished having my nails done by Lily. I had almost giving up on having them done all together because of such bad service at other local salons. I am so glad I gave it one more try. Lily was gentle and kind. My nails havent looked this good in years. She is the only one who actually listened to what I wanted in all of Burleson. I highly recommend Lovely Nails.

Ive been here many times and like this place very much. They are professional, neat and very good at what they do. My ONLY complaint is that sometimes theres a bit of a wait if you dont have an appointment. Ask for Tony... hes a hoot!

Nails were too thick, he was hurting me as he was filing my nails and tried to get me to pay $70 for the same color set. Told him I want a white color and gave me a bluish color.

I’ve been going here for several months. I am usually very satisfied. However, today, not so much. My nails look sloppy. Time constraints prevented me from doing anything about it today. When I went to pay with my card, I’m asked if I have cash or check. I didn’t. Shouldn’t this question be asked before performing the service?!!!! My usual tech is out of town. Even so, I will carefully reconsidering before going back. I’m usually a very generous tipper, but not today. Feeling very unsatisfied ............

Lilly and her staff are very efficient and happy to meet your needs. My nails and feet are well taken care of. Excellent for diabetics and ingrown nails. Come, sit and drink water or wine and relax. I’ve been a customer for over 22 months. ❤️💜😎

Ive been coming here for over 10 years. I will always refer people here because the price cant be beat and neither can the service. Over the years it didnt matter if it was Don, Lily, Calvin or Cindy did a pedicure or manicure we have never been unsatisfied. If I was or anyone they always made it right. The new facility is amazing and they have wine and drinks 😁 I also always make an appointment for NO wait!

Was not at all impressed with this salon. Very unprofessional. Went in with my grandmother and she sat there by herself for over half an hour and not one person went over to work on her nails. Even though employees were walking around. They would work on a client then halfway through get up and start on someone new and make them wait 10-15 minutes. Will not be back and do not recommend.

OMG I honestly dont know where to start!!!! This place is HORRIBLE in every way, shape and form. All I can say is please dont waist your precious time or money here! I guarantee you will be extremely upset!!!!

Just need to post to anyone who is thinking about a Petticure, dont go to the one on the corner of Wilshire and McNarin in Burleson.I went yesterday and they cut my feet on the topSides and bottom.Had to see a doctor this morning to get antibiotics. Getting on a cruise shipTo Alaska on Sunday.....hope I can walk!I did go back to Pro Nails to complain.. The gift certificate was for $35 They told me my skin is to sensitive for a $35 pedicure. Well I didnt know there was a difference between $25 and $35. She said the woman doing my nails should have told me.. She said sorry we have some cortisone ...I said thats ok how about my money back..she said sorry we cant do that....Then I left!!!!!
