I went out on whim to check out this nail salon due to location opposed to my usual nail salon Villa nail. My experience was great while getting a pedicure. The lady was nice and professional probably the best pedi I had in awhile. Now the nail tech was very unprofessional and had an attitude once I stated I wasn’t happy with how my nails were turning out. Originally I asked for a French tip but they had looked like a 5 yr old had painted them. I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone but I couldn’t go out in public with my nails looking that way so we decided to just choose a color and this was the result. TERRIBLE!!! No craftsmanship. When paying for a service you expect for it to be done correctly or not at all. This service was not worth $50.

I have come in the last few months and Ive found my new place! Helen has done my nails every time. She and the rest of the staff are very sweet. Im very picky about where I go and they have been great dealing with all the designs I wanted with my dip sets. They are a great price too. Totally recommend!

My family had an appointment and after an hour of waiting 2 of them finally got called back. The other 2 family members had to go to a different salon because they weren’t going to be able to get their nails done. The nail tech kept slapping my nieces hand which is unacceptable. Also her nails looked like a 2 year old did them. The whole nail wasn’t even done. Definitely will not be coming back and will be telling others about our experience.

Wow! I’m from Las Vegas and I know quality nails when I see it. Looked and looked for the perfect place. Others didn’t take care of me like this woman did. I’m a very, very picky person and I’m grateful for making the right decision of coming here. Will definitely have this as my nail place. I literally drive more than an hour to get here and it’s totally worth it.

Do NOT go here! It is unprofessional and a rip off! After a few days these are my ugly nails... They should refund you if their work is so cheap, weak, and bad! Again, do not go here—they will rip you off with bad and cheap work and not help you at all with any compensation, refund, nothing! If I could leave 0/5 stars I would!!! The NEW manager offered only a very small minimal repair, not even a complete repair. I have never been so mistreated by management in my life and I hope no other people make the mistake of going here like I did!

Got a pedicure and it was great..

Very friendly and accommodating staff, however my finger tips were burned in the drying machine and my nails starting cracking/chipping within hours.

I have a horrible manicure I paid 30 for then tipped 20$ I will not be returning they are so ugly and unprofessional my 11 year old daughter could have done it

The service was great! They can do all designs and butterflies which are my favorite! Good pedicure and done professionally, it’s a very underrated. More ppl should come I highly recommend it

I’m a really cautious and picky person of having other people doing my nails especially bad ones but this place did great work gave me the most exquisite wine and my daughter said their coffee was just amazing. Not only did they give great service, our nails were just done perfectly. I recommend other people to go here for a relaxing time and have their nails done well.

I just done the pedicure today. Only three staffs work and nobody wear the mask. When I came in with the mask, the owner and one nail tech told that Im from the second world. I paid for the value pedicure and it has 15mins for the massages. The owner said if I didnt look the timer, just did 8 mins for massage only for the second world peole. What wrong???I just protect myself and most all the nail salon in this area requires customers wear the mask

I love this place the owners are so sweet and accommodating. Even when they are busy they still take the time to make sure you are not rushed. My nails and pedicures always look fabulous.

The owner does not care, she will rip you off! After only six days, nails are all broken which shows how cheap their work is... But she refused to refund anything which is unfair and not right! They do not value their customers and will never see our business again. Do not go here, whatever you do! It’s a waste of money and they will take advantage of you! It was LESS THAN A WEEK and the *new* manager claims she won’t refund because it was so long ago...after only 6 days! Disgraceful.

Been having pedicures done here many times! Always treated respectfully and I have been satisfied with the service and manicurists. Will continue to come back. Thank you Palace Nails for such good service.

My daughter and I went in today for pedicures. My daughter wanted a manicure and pedicure and I got a pedicure. They didn’t even take the polish off her toes before painting, let alone soak or anything. Her nails and toes already chipped - they look like she painted them herself. My toes are also chipping and I didn’t do anything today. Very disappointing. We will not be back.

Love this place. Everyone does a great job and is super nice. I went right before closing one night (yes, I know, Im one of those people!) but they were super nice and didnt rush through the service. This is my new go-to place to get my nails done.

PART OF AN EYEBROW IS MISSING!Me and my family went to get wax and a pedicure. The first wax was okay, painful, but alright. The second wax however, was were things went from bad to worse, the lady took a chunk of hair out of my sisters eyebrow. A CHUNCK! (A picture will be provided). Then my mom got a pedicure, they when and stabbed her toes more then once. When we finally had enough, we left 15$ for two eyebrows and full prince for them to cut my mom. ***OH AND THE NEVER ONCE CHANGED THE WAX OR STICK THROUGH BOTH EYEBROW WAXING*** Thinking about coming here to save a buck? Think again, not worth it at all.

I’ve worn solar nails for 5 years, but I came here & the Nail Tech, Amy had me try dipped nails and I love it! She did them just how I wanted natural and not bulky. This is the place to go!

I have gone to this salon multiple times and have always been satisfied with the services provided. They are very reasonably priced, and the employees are always friendly and caring. I took my mother, who is diabetic and has to be extremely careful with getting pedicures. They took extra precaution to ensure that her pedicure was safe and relaxing for her.

I came in today to relax- long overdue for getting a pedi and dipped nails- and I have to say it was really amazing! A friend online raved about this salon so I decided to try it out and wasnt let down. Wonderful customer service. I got a margarita pedicure that actually came with a margarita and the BEST leg and foot massage. Be sure you give yourself some time when you come because they really strive to help you relax and give you the full experience! My dipped full set of nails were beautiful as well, sturdy but not too thick! And she even gave me a small hand massage after as well. Definitely will be returning and bringing my husband with me next time! 🙂

I will never go to a place that throws water at people when asked for a refund, because the ladys nails look awful. She deserves an apology. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I’m a regular customer that comes to this nail salon every two weeks and I can honestly say they treat me like royalty giving me drinks and making my nails look so beautiful. This shop makes my day and I recommend any person to go there because they are just the best.

I have been coming here to see Kim and the other ladies for almost 3 years and always have had an amazing experience. Its very calming and relaxing here.They treat everyone with kindness.

Worst experience EVER! Asked for a polish change on my toes and the painting was fine but she nicked my big toe and made it BLEED. Next picked a color for Dip nails and had technician #1 start soaking off my old nails. Then a customer came in and requested to her that she would wait for me to be done because she wanted technician #1. So technician #1 made me get up and move to technician #2. Mind you I had a drink, phone, purse, shoes, and fingers wrapped in foil. Technician #2 was nice but my nails came out LUMPY LIKE MASHED POTATOES with no shape and she claimed they were square when I asked for coffin. They were super thick and uneven. I told her I must of misunderstood and I was not happy. They tried to fix with more filing and I eventually had to ask them to take them completely off. I was there for 3.5 hours and they still charged me 20 dollars after it was all said and done. I will not be back. If only you could see the pictures.

One of the worst pedicures and customer service I’ve received in Burleson. They were pretty busy when I came in which was fine, so I waited about 10 minutes in the pedicure chair, but then two women who came in after me started their pedicure before mine and I had to wait 10 more minutes and was never offered a drink like the other women that came in after me. At this point I was pretty irritated, but desperately needed a pedicure before the weekend. I picked the basic pedicure and feel like the staff wasn’t happy with my selection although it’s only $5-$15 less than the other options. It came with a sugar scrub, cooling mask, and massage. When it came time for the sugar scrub the nail tech basically slapped the sugar scrub on me without rubbing it in, then rinsed me off, did the same with the cooling mask (while timers were being used for the women beside me) and she did the same with the lotion, slapped it on without rubbing it in or giving me a massage and rinsed me off. By the time she was ready to paint my nails I had sugar scrub, lotion, and cooling mask caked onto my feet she had to do an extra rinse. My pedicure lasted about 10/15 minutes. I basically waited longer than the actual pedicure and was treated poorly based on my “level” of pedicure I picked. I was a paying customer, and always looking for a good salon. This would have been a great one to be a regular at as it’s convenient to my home. I will not be going again, and would not reccomend to anyone. I may not have select a “higher level” pedicure but still should have received proper care and customer service

Friendly people, workmanship not all that great. Only went here because my normal nail salon was closed. Had to come home and shorten my nails more. My finger tips are sore from her filing on the sides so hard. Frozen margarita was good.

They did a really bad job on my nails and oldest daughter nails and my daughter friends nails. They even messed up my 5 year daughter nails and they only painted them. They are very bad. I will never go here again. I don’t know how they have 5 stars!!!!

This place is horrible! I witnessed them flinging water all over this girl as she was basically being pushed out the door just because she was asking for a refund because all the paint cane off of her nails when she had literally just had them done the night before. They were all laughing at her and flinging water on her, it was awful! I felt so bad for her! I will never step foot in this place again and I hope that girl got her money back or some kind of justification

It is very small but it was nice. Unfortunately they were swamped and my nails paid the price. The lady was in a hurry and she cut me with her electric nail file a couple times. They ended up looking okay, but not the best Ive seen.

I this Salon! I was in a horrific car accident 2 years ago and need Pedicures to take care of my feet. They take extra care with me to make sure my needs are met.

Poor poor service & cheap work. The way these ladies talk and treat people is not okay. As I was scrolling through the reviews I noticed someone saying how their polish came off the day after getting them done and one of the ladies commented saying she could come back and have it fixed for free. But, same thing happened to someone I know and instead the ladies laughs in her face and throws water on her, on her way out the door. Poor behavior especially from someone who claims to be the owner/manager.
