What a wonderful experience! I was so pleased with my last buy from Kia Mall of Georgia I didnt hesitate to reach out when it was time for a trade in. Phil Davidson was just as wonderful as I remembered (Ask for this man! He will treat your right!!!). Natalie in finance was WONDERFUL! So easy to work with and FUN! The personal email from David the GM asking about my experience was a nice touch. Literally could not be happier.

Due to the customer service provided by Kia Mall of Georgia, I will always be a customer!! I had the opportunity to be helped by Michael and he walked me through everything the mechanic suggested. He even brought the filters out to me to make sure I understood why it was suggested. I always get a kick watching them open and close doors for the customers and it makes you want to come back all the time because they show they care about you and your car. I never had one bad experience with Kia Mall of Georgia and that says a lot because my trust level with car dealerships and mechanics is null!! Highly recommend Kia Mall of Georgia. Wonderful staff. We arrived late to look at automobiles, just planning to look only. When we saw the new Carnival, we knew that was the automobile for us. I normally dont write too many reviews but this one needs to be out there. I believe the service advisor that help me was Jenny. I got to the Kia Mall of Georgia later on on Sat and I knew I was taking a chance on getting a much needed oil change. Anyway Jenny when back to check to see if I can get a last minute oil change. She did tell me that they were short staffed and the team was working in a big project. Anyway she came back and told me they can do it and I wasnt expecting that especially on a Saturday. Bu the Tim I was going to get a good seat in the waiting room the oil change was done.This is a nice clean dealership. Very impressed with what they have going on there. If youre looking for a car you should check out these guys out. Im driving a K900 VIP Luxury. This should be a 10 star review. The only thing I would change is add some Alabama Crimson Tide banners throughout the dealership. Those guys need a better team to cheer for 😂😂😂

The whole car buying experience at Kia Mall of GA was amazing! Carol Jean started the process off by connecting me to a sales rep quickly. Then, Duke did a great job communicating with me before coming in and letting me know what was available and not. Lastly, Brent took wonderful care of me through the process of test driving and purchasing. The whole process was quick and stress-free! I had a great experience! I had a car custom built & it took quite some time, but understand it was due to the shortage of parts & employees within the Kia factory, not the dealership. Richard helped me with my custom order and was quick to answer questions and very friendly and honest during the entire process and waiting game. David, from the service department, was very helpful and respectful during my visit and provided me with all the answers I needed. Another member of the service department cleaned and vacuum my car after the service was performed. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and provided customers with a Starbucks brewing machine to enjoy several hot drinks. I had a good time.

I went in for the software update for my Sorento and had David as my tech. He did a great job and easily answered my questions. I was told that I needed two filters replaced which totaled almost $100 even though my car had been in for an oil change a couple months ago which I thought was odd. But David was a great tech and i enjoyed working with him!

Terribble experience at Kia - Maul of Georgia. I STRONGLY ADVISE BUYER GO ANYWHERE ELSE - ESPECIALLY FOR SERVICE. I dealt directly with the owner, Chad Sutherlin. The problem starts at the top. Brought the car in for recall and other service matters. I provided my concerns and the error code print outs to Mike Taylor and Scott the service manager. They had it Tuesday - Thursday and returned with a bill for things I did not request. They said it was fixed. No it wasnt ---- why? because they were too lazy to address all recall items. The error codes I gave them were for a Brake-Pedal Stop Pad Recall on all Kia models. They NEVER addressed the issue of unknown battery drain (its the 2018 Recall). They charged for some extensive electronic diagnostic which was very time consuming they said. Paid, brought the car home - the next morning dead dead battery (which was brand new). Called out of state Kia dealership - and they immediately found the 2018 recall. It is literally a 20 cent part - Brake Pedal Stop Pad...and an easier fix. I asked Owner Chad Sutherlin, Would he buy or service a car after learning of my experience? Owner Chad Sutherlin replied, Why would I buy a car, I get a company car. He apologized for Their Failure to Provide good service ----- but he kept the blood money.....Greedy Grifters at Maul of Georgia

5 being the highest, I will give Kia Mall of Georgia a 5. This has been my best experience ever buying a car. I was able to speak to salesman name Brent after hours on a (Sunday!) to help answer some of my questions and sent me a video introduction of who is and toured the vehicle that I was acquiring about (which I thought was unique and awesome!). He put me into contact with one of his colleagues Phil because he was not going to be in the day I was coming in, and Phil was just as great of a guy! I gave them a budget I wanted be in and the type of model and trim I wanted, and they were very diligent and understanding to my needs and wants, and just made it happen. Phil Davidson (the salesman that helped me) is the best salesman I have ever met. He was compassionate and great with my kids, I would recommend everyone to buy a Kia from Kia Mall of Georgia. Mrs. Natalie (was my finance person who furnished my loan) was quick and there was no back and forth, she found the best loan for me with the best rate and she stayed right on point with my budget. She was truly awesome! I want to say thank you to Kia Mall of Georgia for the best car buying experience I have ever had!!

My visit to the service department was easier than I thought it would be. Darius immediately greeted me when I arrived and got me checked in. He also didn’t sugar coat anything, he told me everything upfront such as how long the service time may take, how much, etc. He also called me as soon as my vehicle was ready for pickup. Darius was very friendly and easy to talk to and ask questions. I had a question about something mechanically and he even had the tech that was working on my car come and speak to me himself. Whom was also very nice but I unfortunately don’t remember his name. I will definitely stay at Kia Mall of Georgia.

Everyone at this dealership is always pleasant and easy to work with. We have now owned our Sedona for 16k miles and a few services and return visits for routine maintenance have been easy to coordinate and breeze through. I’ll definitely be looking at Kia again in the future when it’s time. I can’t recall the service advisors name (service advisor 3 in the email confirmation) but he answered our questions and was thorough. As a manager myself I appreciate Carol Jean following up after service to make sure everything went well

Ask for Brent!Brent has gone above and beyond during the car shortage! I live about 1.5 hrs from the dealership but Brent has kept me updated on all incoming inventory and has followed up many, many times. He even took a video of a car to help answer a question I had. His follow up never seemed disingenuous, he was professionally persistant. When I let him know we had gone in another direction, he was incredibly kind and congratulated me on my new car.The car buying process can be painful, especially as a woman, but Brent was very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Sage addressed my concerns on my appointment date. He was attentive and the service was prompt and efficient. The resolution was to my expectations. I drove 60 miles from my home (120 miles round trip) bypassing closer Kia service centers because the customer service exceeded the others when I was trying to speak with someone on my issues and schedule my service. I bought the white Telluride March 2020 sx $45,000After 3 months I find rear door,bumper, side body is different colors so when I want to the change the oil I asked service providers they said they never see like that..So service managers took the pictures and he say will find out whats going on..So I wait few months and then when I go to change the oil I asked all the time they said will find out and call me....but still they didnt say anything..Now is almost 1year...they dont care what ever after sold the car..I thank..So I will report Kia customer service, andconsumer affairs this dealer...

I had an appointment for an oil change and arrived about 5 minutes early. I was greeted quickly when I drove in. The Service Advisor Jenny Garner arrived shortly after that. She said my oil change might take about 1 1/2 hours as they were having a crazy morning. She showed me to the waiting area and returned to say my car was ready much sooner than expected. She was very pleasant. I have been using this Service Department since 2016 and always pleased with the service.

Was quoted an online price of $36,995 for a new 2022 Kia K5 GT. Which was the MSRP of the vehicle. The salesman then informed me that because these were hard to come by they were charging a $7500 PREMIUM on top of the quoted price! $7500? On a Kia? Greedy dealerships such as this one are the scum of the auto industry. I highly recommend not supporting a dealership like this for your future vehicle purchase.

Horrible communication and professionalism. Ordered a vehicle on May 17th well aware of the wait times, chip issues, etc... We were fine waiting. Very rarely was there proactive updates to us, and every time we reached out for some sort of ETA, timelines, we got nothing but the run-around. Knowing we were frustrated, we never were contacted by management. All we wanted was some type of timeline and communication and got neither. After over 3+ months of waiting, we just bought elsewhere.

WOW!!! Just WOW!!! I have bought a lot of cars in my time, but this was the easiest and best experience ever! I mean everyone was great! Our salesman Zoro was friendly and so nice. Chris the Business manager was so straight forward and honest. Chad and Scott worked with all of them to get the price and financing I asked for! I spent over a week dealing with Rick Case KIA and they would not give me the price and financing I asked for. They also were not very nice. So I drove down to Mall Of Georgia Kia and had this amazing experience. I will be sending everyone I know to see this amazing team. I wanted to hug everyone of them at the end (I totally did!!). Kia Mall of Ga has always been good to me since I purchased my vehicle there in 2017. Recently, I had my brakes replaced. Nicholas, my service advisor, was very helpful and professional. I dropped my vehicle off early and expected it to be done 2 hrs after my appointment time. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the call that it was ready hours before I anticipated. My car runs so much better now. They did an excellent job on my brakes. Thanks !

Called them on a 2015 Sorento. Needed help with a technical question on the cars A/C. The service manager wouldnt take my call and was unwilling to help me and only said to bring it in. If he had helped me, I would be willing to be a customer. That response put a really bad feeling about doing business with them. Why is it that dealers are your best buddy when buying a car but dont what to help you with questions on the vehicle they sold you?

I went to two other dealerships (not Kia) on the same day that I visited Mall of Georgia Kia. The experiences were so bad that I almost gave up my search before coming here. I am so glad I didnt. The experience was fantastic from beginning to end. I called ahead and David was very helpful. He assured me he would have a salesperson available when we arrived. Within one minute of walking in I was greeted by David and Richard. Richard was our sales person and he was fantastic. He arranged test drives of two different vehicles within minutes. He was super knowledgeable and not one bit pushy. To my surprise they made me a very fair offer on my trade within minutes of returning from our test drives. Natalie made the financing a breeze. My new car was detailed, fully gassed up and ready for me to drive away in a very short time. Richard spent a long time thoroughly explaining every option on my new Sorento. He patiently answered every question and demonstrated how to use all the features. He even called me first thing the next day to see if I had any more questions. I am so happy with my new Sorento and the service I received.

This was by second time buying from this dealership. I did some checking around online before contacting them but I never really considered going anywhere else. They have a great service department and the sales team has been helpful, easy and pressure free both times. Love my new Soul.

I was at Kia mall of Georgia last week for my engine recall but to my greatest surprise, it took only 30 mins for one of the technicians by name Nickolas to finish everything, I was so impressed, he was professional, his gentle, his welcoming smile, everything about him makes me to be coming to kia mall of Georgia for more services. He is the kind of people we need to meet in the morning for early service just to make your day. Keep it up Nick and I promise to see you again 👌👏👏

I had an oil leak issue and was honestly really not looking forward to having to wait a long time and was scared the issue was going to be a big issue. Sage was my service advisor and was very helpful and professional. I made the appointment online before dropping off my car so they knew ahead of time what to look for. I had a ride thinking it might take all day to fix but Sage was able to text me updates and let me know what they think the issue is and how much it was going to cost. Turns out the last place I had my oil change done had not done it correctly and thats what caused the leak. They covered the cost for drain plug replacement and a new gasket and only charged for a normal oil change. I was amazed by how fast the process was and after a few hours I had my car back as good as new. I will be back from now on for oil changes and services! 10/10 from me!

Haley was by far the very BEST I ever had to sell me a car. Let me go back she didnt just do her job she sold me the experience that I never had. She has that Chick Fil A customer service that everyone love and respect. It was a familiar feeling. We drove 3 hours to get there, and she understood that everything needed to be in order when we arrived. We brought a Kia at another dealership in Augusta and this dealership was night and day. Girl keep up the good work, because to be honest I wish I could come back and so do it all over again to make sure this experience wasnt just a dream. Went in for an oil change and ended up trading in my vehicle for a new Sorento. Always dread the financing part of car deals. Carol Jean was amazing… everything ready for me to sign (this was just phase 1 as I am waiting for my vehicle to be delivered). Not only that, she got me the absolute best rate and explained my loan to me. Made the process seamless! I’m very impressed with the service I received! I’ve owned Kias for over ten years and have had my SUVs serviced in SC, NE and MO. This oil change and experience was exceptional and my best Kia service experience ever. They didn’t try to sell me anything above what I needed abd I was in/out in 30 minutes. I live in Midtown but will definitely make the trip to Buford for service.
