AWESOME car wash service! Family operated business with great customer service!Any of the “bad” reviews have a common theme, people buying a $24 or so car wash and expecting a $300 type detail job! Not realistic at all!This place does great detail work, but that takes TIME! If you plan on getting a full detail, plan on leaving your car here and picking it up later! It WILL be worth the wait!

I have been going to Gibson’s for several years and have no idea where these bad reviews come from. Often times it is busy and you have to wait, but I see that as a sign they are doing a good job. Never had a complaint about any work they have done for me, and I refer people all the time. Next time you are there see how hard these young men are working on your car. Reasonable fees and I always tip generously to support the hard work.

Didnt know if it was hot or lacking attention to details but I wasnt impressed. windows were streaky and a lot of water spots. I was highly recommended to come here. they asked for a tip at the time of payment therefore tipping if you are satisfied with the service or not.

Great customer service (a rarity these days.) I purchased a used car that had a faint smoke smell, I got the interior detail with deodorizer along with a wash and wax. The smell is gone and the car is shinier than the day I bought it. Im not sure what other reviewers are referring to regarding hidden prices. They are clearly marked on a large sign, as well as quoted to me before my service. I will be back and refer all my friends.

No detailed cleaning on Friday and Saturday? Whats the point in being Im business? Weekends is when people have time to have their cars cleaned. Very poor service. Deserves zero stars. Ignorance is no excuse

Good wash but ceramic coating was too rich for my blood especially since I was getting 2 vehicles done.

Cannot begin to compliment these folks on the fabulous job detailing our car. We had them remove a partial auto wrap and had them do a complete detail to remove all traces of its previous life. They picked up and dropped off the vehicle since my wife was stuck at work. My wife said she literally gasped, jaw dropped, when they returned the car. She said it honestly looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I will definitely be using Gibsons in the future!

Great work at great prices!

Lack of communication, took over 2 hours and there was only a few other cars there. I hadnt been to this place before, didnt realize I had to sit outside in the cold. Didnt fully tell me what extra charges were for until I asked afterwards. The young man who detailed my car did a wonderful job which was the only redeeming quality.

They do a great job on a full exterior detail, but you will need to bring a book to read and your patience because it takes about 2+ hours for this type of wash and detail.

Gibson family detailing did a great job on my vehicle. I would like in the future that while we are in a pandemic that they at least offer ways to pay to help maintain social distance since I understand its difficult for the detailers to wear masks and also try to maintain a clear distance from the customers if theyre not going to wear masks.

These guys are legit professionals who pay attention to detail by taking the time in a surgical fashion and make your vehicle look immaculate inside and out. Worth every penny. Will continue to use this business.

It’s the little things...Meticulous, thorough, detail oriented, zero shortcuts, and accommodating. The entire staff was on point with regard to getting my vehicle cleaner than I ever could on my own, both inside and out with a wash that is done completely by hand! Best kept secret because it’s so low key. Do yourself a favor and seek this family car wash business out!

Great experience. The line is slow, but thats only because they really do a great hand wash job so the wait is worth it. If you want fast go to an automated car wash. They offer a variety of washes that make your vehicle look great!

We are so impressed with the quality of service! We are giving our son a used car for Christmas. The interior was in horrible condition, and it smelled like smoke. I was scrambling to find someone to detail it before Christmas. I saw a few bad reviews, but mostly good ones for Gibson. So I decided to give them a chance. I’m so glad I did!!! They got me scheduled and even planned on coming in early to finish if needed. It looks amazing inside and out! Like new!!! And it smells great! I can’t thank Othello and the crew enough! This is going to be a great Christmas gift!

The wash was great as usual, but sadly I will not be going back here any time soon. Apparently they charge more for SUVs, which is fine, but dont inform you beforehand. Also, the SUV in question is a BMW X1, which can also be considered a compact car. The experience left me feeling cheated, so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The Gibson Fam went to town on my car! I had a bunch of sand inside my car and they didnt quit until they got it all. Best $ Ive spent in a long time.

We bought a used SUV a few days ago and it needed a really good interior cleaning. Still had a lot of dog hair and a bit of a dog smell. Very friendly, stuck with the price he quoted me even though it took someone almost 8 hours to try to get all the dog hair out! It looked almost as good as new and smelled nice and clean. Very happy with the services and the price. Will definitely be using them again.

WOW WOW WOW! These guys are AMAZING! They waxed our 18 Mercedes Benz Airsteam RV which is black. It came out looking like GLASS!! On top of the amazing job they were the nicest guys to work with! We will be taking all our cars there and will return with the RV quarterly.

I asked for the $24 wash package and i was charged $50. The cupholders were left dirty. I am very disappointed and will not go back there.

First time customer. Took a 26 ft travel trailer for wash. There were black streaks and it was quite dirty they did a great job in about 40 minutes. Will definitely go back. Very impressed with how hard the staff worked.

Took my Toyota Camry in for a number 7 wash, which includes everything. Received my car back still visibly dirty. Swirls and spots everywhere, windows dirty with streaks and smudges, door panels and jambs dirty. $30 is what I paid for this and it is well not worth it. They seem to be in a rush so in turn this is the level of service they provide. Needless to say I will most definitely never take my car here again.

I would HIGHLY advise against coming here for any sort of detail work. I recently purchased a new 2019 vehicle nearly three weeks ago and was looking for a quality wash/wax job for a decent price to protect my new purchase. Based off of the reviews I read, I decided to disregard the negative ones and take a chance coming here. I wish I hadn’t...For $169, I opted for a wash, wax, leather seat conditioning and general miscellaneous cleaning. What I got in return were severe swirl marks on my gloss and chrome window trims, gunk on two of my rims, windows that were visibly dirty (streaks, dried water spots, white residue), and spots throughout the rest of the car that were still dirty with residue. I essentially had to do a walk-around with one of the employees to point out every dirty spot on my mid-size SUV for him to address and clean. Something that should have been done prior to moving on to other vehicles and having me come out to inspect the car.If you are looking for a basic car wash, this place may be adequate, but if you are looking quality detail work on a NEW car, Gibson Family Car Wash is probably going to leave you very disappointed and frustrated.

There is a reason I wash my own vehicle. The people there are nice but the quality of the wash was terrible. The young man washing my truck didnt clean half of it and then wanted to wipe it down with a dirty rag. I asked him to stop. Most of the time was spent smearing tire dressing on and that is now all over the side of my truck. I plan on detailing the exterior asap to make sure there are no scratches. Complete waste of 25 dollars.

The outside wash was good. False advertising with the big 9.99 outside wash , and the 24.99 in and out. Wanted 100$ for in and out.i payed 25 for just an outside wash. They need to fix the pricing

Just picked up my car that was suppose to receive a wash wax buff and polish. Paid 101.00. Wasn’t worth 10.00. Left a haze on my entire car. Windows still have marks where I had a for sale sign on it. So windows weren’t cleaned. Dust inside my car and now swirl marks on my dashboard. Even still have bugs sticking on the front of my bumper. I wouldn’t be surprised if they just vacuumed my floors and called me and told me my car was ready. I sell cars for a living and I see what a wash wax and polish is suppose to look like everyday. This isn’t close. Won’t be taking my car back there again. Def a rip off

Pretty awful experience. I called ahead of time to make an appointment, got there and pulled up just to have one of the attendants have me wait a good 5 minutes as he answered his cell phone to talk to somebody. Then he just started spraying my car down without making sure he knew what I wanted. Then I sit under a tent they had on these uncomfortable chairs for TWO HOURS in the hot sun. Only to have the same attendant tell me that they need to upcharge my total by $25 bc I had dog hair in my car. I thought that was a little ridiculous but I thought hey, dog hair is prob a little difficult to get up from cloth seats. Then 20 min goes by & he walks up to me again and says he had to bump me up from bubble 4 to bubble 5 (a $15 higher price package) bc I quote I had to do all that crap anyways. Then he brought me up to my to look at it, and one of the other attendants told me that they had to charge me so much more and that its taking so long to clean bc I neglected to tell them the condition it was in on the phone. Basically blaming me that it was taking so long even though they stopped cleaning my car at one point so they could clean & finish a different car that came after me.... really?? All in all I got charged $75.99 when I originally asked for a $35.99 package. I may have had dog hair on my mats & seats but a $40 up charge for a mediocre job and crappy attitude/customer service was not worth any money at all. Btw, there was no notice on their websites or their on the site signs that they will charge more for dirtier condition... only that they will charge more for bigger size cars. I have a 2 door coupe. Ripoff.
