We have been going to Express Oil Change at the Mall of GA Buford location for 10+ years. Weve used them for oil changes, emissions, and mechanical problems with multiple cars over the years. We have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Even though the staff has changed many of times, the quality of service never has. Theyre courteous, fair in pricing, honest, and just overall great guys. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a fair and honest mechanic.

I Love this place so much, I took my mother and her car there. The check engine line was on, so they ran a code scan at no charge. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem, and still had us in and out super fast. Everyone you interact with is always super friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I did not want to wait about an hour for an oil change at this location so I went to Firestone on Mall of Ga blvd. and got right in. For two days after I had dirty oil dripping onto my garage floor from under my car and made a mess. I went back to Express oil change to redo the oil change and clean up the mess Firestone made and they said the oil is fine and cleaned up the underneath at no charge. I will only go to Express oil change from now on. They are worth the wait.

People are great, the estimated time of getting in to be serviced is not the best lol we cant all be Ms. CLEO. 1 star removal due to it being expensive and not so express. They should have an average wait time clock on the road before I get trapped in the parking lot. What am I supposed to do, jump the bushes if I dont want to wait 15 minutes aka actually 35 minutes?

They’re so quick that you just stay in your car while they change the oil. Plus it’s very reasonably priced and everyone there is always incredibly nice. Angelo was the technician I had today and he was so nice that I called to tell the manager how great he was. Go here if you want a super quick oil change and a super nice staff.

David doesnt know what hes doing. The oil change was ok. Needed tires but he failed to even check. Didnt check belts or hoses either. Stood directly in front of my car as he guided me in, super dangerous.

Very impressed with the customer service here! I had brakes done on my Cadillac. They kept squealing afterward. The technicians concluded it was a bad set of pads, and cheerfully redid the job. They even provided us with a Lyft to get home. I really appreciated the way Ed, the manager, handled this. I would highly recommend.

Great first experience here. Not sure my reps name but he was very kind and professional. I also think he was handsome but I couldnt really tell behind his mask lol. At any rate, I was sitting in my car listening to a conference call as they changed the oil so this was super convenient! They really went over and beyond and added washer fluid for my windshield cleaning needs. They get 5 stars today. Ill definitely be going back hoping for the the same great experience!

It was my first time going here and to my surprise it was very pleasant! The associate that helped us (Eric) was very professional and the service was done quickly!

I will not be coming back here after my last experience in this place. The first few times I came in for oil changes were good, but the last time I was here, the guy who did my change said he foresaw oil leak issues ahead. This was strange to me because I had fixed that recently.I began to see puddles of oil on the floor in my driveway and garage right after that visit. This was not the case before my oil change here. I almost sold my car because of this but decided to give a mechanic I knew a try. I went to this honest mechanic who checked my car and told me that something was not correctly screwed back on from a previous oil change. Bingo! I knew it. My mechanic fixed it without charging A DIME! I had called some oil bay manager called David at Express to complain and he was in denial talking loud on the phone saying it was not from them, using the word period. How rude and unprofessional.I was only coming here due to some reviews and because it was the closest to me after work when everywhere else might be closed. But theres always a Saturday to do an oil change elsewhere.Thanks but no thanks Express Oil Change. You lost my respect and my business due to dishonesty.

I loved this place!!! in a fairly newish driver and the stereotypical woman who gets my dad to tell me what i need to get done. i went to this place for an oil change. i didnt know how it worked and the guy was sooo nice about it! the oil change itself was super quick and i got to stay in the car while they did it. they topped off all my fluids and even tested all my lights to make sure i didnt have a bulb out. they didnt try to talk me into buying more than i needed and didnt try to trick me into fixing something that didnt need fixed. they were very polite and very professional. definitely going to come here for all my oil changes!!

I highly recommend this place! I went in for an oil change and didnt even have to get out of my car. Jerry did an inspection of all my lights and signals too, which was really convenient. I was impressed by his thoroughness and care he took with my car.I actually ended up there the very next day with my tire leaking air. What had been a slow leak for about a week was now a problem. They were able to help me out while sticking with my budget. They were super nice, getting me back on the road in no time. I will definitely go back to this place when I need service or tires! Extremely unprofessional at the way they handled my vehicle during their possession.I took my car in for a simple tire replacement job. Dismount 2 rear tires and mount 2 new tires. I left my vehicle with them for them to freely work on it, and told them I will be back to pick it up before they close. I received a phone call at 1:45PM, they told me that they could not remove my lug nuts. Then proceeded to tell me to come pick up my vehicle. My experience was good so far.Once I arrived to pick up my vehicle (4:25PM), I spoke with the gentleman who I handed my keys to earlier about other solutions. Then I headed back to work.Upon initially driving my car, it just felt different. I also had taken a picture of my miles upon drop off, and it has 2 more miles when I picked it up. I checked my tracking app to see the driving history, and noticed not 1 or 2, but 12 FAST ACCELERATIONS within a 1.65 mile period (Joyride, not a test-drive). I originally came to this location due to their previous 4.3 star rating, and didnt think they would mistreat my vehicle like this.I called the store, spoke with Ed - Store Manager, he apologized and tried explaining what had happened. I am very disappointed at how my vehicle was treated. I would not recommend this shop.

These people are horrible! My mom got a flat tire on the highway and this was the closest tire place they charged my mom over $100 for one tire. That is so overpriced and ridiculous!!! She has a very old car and wanted a used tire and I think that is horrrible of there part. He told us $34 at first but when we were done he charged her $108. They were not honest and that is not acceptable.

Shane was very polite and courteous, advised me what my vehicle needed, but no pressure or overselling. Ignacio, the assistant manager, approached us to make sure we were satisfied with the customer service. Highly recommend.

I had my oil changed a few weeks ago By a man named Jerry. I also asked about by new tires for my challenger he explained everything I needed to know in a very professional manner. He didn’t make me feel pressured into buying anything I felt he treated my car as if it was his own.. I will be returning in the future for any service needed on my vehicle!!!

They treated me great and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. While changing my oil, they showed me the oil filter housing - and the tool that was left on it from a previous company. They showed me that it was cracked and got me another one installed in just a few minutes ! They will have our business from now on. Give them a chance to earn your business.

Eric serviced my vehicle and did a thorough, excellent job. He went the extra mile and painstakingly cleaned my engine after the oil cap had been left off. He gave me sound advice on the vehicle and inspected the car with care.Eric needs a raise, hes a true professional.

My first experience with this location was great when I needed an oil change. My last two visits were lack luster, as a result I will be finding another shop. I dont know what brakes or brand oil they put in my car, and my truck has the wrong oil filter causing the lifters to sound horrible right after I paid for it to be changed. They upsell like crazy, pushed me for new tires (which I bought a set of pirelli 2 months ago), new brake disc, new air filter (which i did need). The thing that miffed me was while everyone is getting upcharged around me, their windshield gets washed. I left with an unwashed windshield after spending $250 (a sign of disrespect).If you need oil for a vehicle you dont care too much about this place is perfect.

I have been a customer with Express Oil at Mall of GA for well over 7 years.I have NEVER had a bad experience with Express.They have always done a great job with all my car repairs. When I pick up my car I leave knowing that I am safe when driving my car. I fell confident knowing my car is not going to leave me stranded when the Guys work on my car!My car needed a new alternator this past week.I towed my car to Express Oil on a Sunday evening. And had my car back mid-day on Tuesday. The guys went above and beyond to take care of my SUV. They balanced and rotated my tires. My car needed a new belt for the alternator along with an oil change. I received a call Tuesday before 2 pm letting me know my car was ready. I didnt have a ride to pick my car up.......the Guys at Express Oil called Lyft had me picked up at my home and brought to Express to get my car. I paid my Bill and was on my way.My car is back and runs awesome!! I am on the road everyday driving I feel safe knowing Express Oil takes care of Me. Thank you so much to Ed Karshna and his Entire Team of Guys Kevin, Tre and so many others they are like family to me. So very Grateful to all of them for their amazing work!! I dont know why I even try to go anywhere but here to get my oil changed... visited last Friday (5/15) and was immediately taken care of. Everyone was SO friendly and helpful. But there was one guy in particular that just went above and beyond to help me out, and even fixed my broken glove compartment, and tightened my windshield wipers for me! I wish I would have gotten his name, but he was wearing a mask that read If you can read this, youre too close. So, whoever you were- THANK YOU for taking care of me! I usually dont write reviews, but this guy just was just wonderful I had to give him, and this location a little praise.

I stopped by needing a oil change and everyone here was super friendly! I was very surprised. And then the tech that took care of my car is named John he was super awesome looking for the minor issues I had with my air filter and my ac filter ? If that’s what it’s called it looked super trashed so he changed it for me and told me my tread was super worn out. Everyone’s super friendly over here and I will totally come back. I live 30 minutes away and this is by far the best services I gotten for my car and I will definitely come back here and only letting John touch shelby! (My car) And ITS SUPER CHEAPER THEN WHERE I GO. It’s usually 86 dollars for a oil change alone but here it was 64 dollars and 30 dollars for the filter which is super great!

Outstanding customer service and great communication. Recently I went in for a basic oil change and they mistakenly added a tire rotation. The manager immediately removed that service from the invoice without question. We have now used them for multiple services on both of our vehicles.

Im very skeptical when it comes to work done on my car (which I really shouldnt be, because I know nothing). That being said, I went in for an oil change and to have a scraping noise from my tire inspected. From the start I was treated with respect, shown hands on what the problem was, and was not up-sold on anything. The price was more than decent, even cheaper than I anticipated. I left with my car in much better shape than it was when I brought it in, and now I have a great place that I can trust to bring my car in for routine maintenance. Whenever I’ve needed something done for my car, this is the first place I go. In all my years of doing business with them, My experiences have been nothing but pleasant. The employees here are always kind and in a cheerful mood. They ask before doing anything that you may need and they explain what’s going on in simple terms.

Great staff, everyone is always nice. My car had a major malfunction while in the parking lot while I wad waiting to get emission testing. They checked out my vehicle at no charge and offered to fix it, but due to the type of repair were honest and recommended taking it to the dealerships as it would save me some money. Nice honest shop.
