I recently paid $60 for a hair package which was a steal. I called & scheduled my appointment but unfortunately I got my appointment with another appointment mixed up so I showed up on the wrong day. I then called 4 times that week one leaving a voice message. Never got a call back from them or an answer so I guess I’m out $60, thanks beauty & beyond.
