O. M. G! If youve never been here- GO! It was amazing! Min did my nails and pedicure and a 10min massage and it was awesome! Clean, quiet and friendly! HIGHLY recommend!

They were able to fit me in last minute and it was the best gel manicure Ive ever had. Even on a tight schedule my nail tech was incredibly thorough and made sure everything was neat as possible.

This place is the best bang for your buck! They do an excellent job for a great price. They are always super kind and accommodating!!!

My first choice in nail salons. I’ve been going here for years. They are hard working and very nice. The Owner Min is the best. She is meticulous. I go here when I need to relax and unwind. I recommend the spa pedicures. Anyone that would say different is probably never satisfied with anything :)

I have been going to Sparkle Nails for several months. They do a fabulous job with pedicures and manicures. I always get the gel nail polish and it lasts 2+ weeks. They are friendly, clean and have ideal hours!! Highly recommend!

I am always very pleased with my final result.

A friend and I called ahead for an appt for dip nails. When we got there they told us our time was earlier. They werent too busy so they took us. Our dips ended up thick and bumpy. The person doing our nails seems frustrated when my friend asked her to fix one. I called a few days later to tell them mine were peeling and bumpy and thicker than they should be, they denied doing them. They wouldnt fix their mistakes without me paying all over again. We will not be taking my friends bridal party there.

L-O-V-E this salon!!! They have an adorable Teddy Bear chair my daughter had her pedicure in!!! She felt special as did my Mother-in-Law and I in our massage chairs! The employees were so kind and did a GREAT job on our mani-pedis! The salon was very clean too. We highly recommended Sparkle nails!!!

I was apprehensive to try this place since there were only bad reviews but Im glad that I did. Their staff was courteous and my manicure looks great! I found out that they are now under NEW OWNERSHIP so if you are apprehensive like I was give them a chance.

I tried sparkle nails today for the 1st time - it was clean and they could do my nails straight away but that’s the only good things I can say - the girl took 1 hour 45 mins to take off my old girls & put new on, the results are terrible - patchy colour, uneven surface, irregular shapes, colour on my skin & she cut my cuticles with the file! I’ve never had such a poor gel manicure.

They always do a good job, but never seem to have enough people staffed. Make sure you dont have anything planned to do if you go there because there is always a wait.

Sparkle Nails is the best place to get your nails done with proficiency in Western NY. The staff is extremely hardworking and always finish with an amazing product. The new management made this place amazing and I would definitely suggest going and getting pampered by them.

Its say they are open at 9am on Saturdays. I came at 9:30am and there is no one here. A waste of my time.
