I currently rent from Nickel City Properties and I highly recommend them. I have rented all over Buffalo from Down Town to The Hertel area and have not met a more professional real estate group. My unit is fairly priced, well maintained, and managed right.I moved into a unit that was rebuilt and had a couple minor details left incomplete during the rebuild. Everytime I discovered a new issue and reported it it was addressed and repaired very fast without any hassle.Edit:Failed to return my deposit after promising on three separate occasions that it would be mailed to me next week. He then proceeded to stop responding all together.

Very poor communication, it takes 6 days to get a response even if its urgent. About 16 calls and texts to get an acknowledgement. My other neighbors have the same issue and we rent downtown in one of there prime areas.I dont recommend them. At all.
