So far its only been 2 months but I will say I love it here. Wether its the animals, the quiet atmosphere, the beautiful land, or the quality neighbors its all just great. The second I need something fixed its done within the week, and you get what you pay for 100%

Pro: I have lived there since 2013, its a quiet basically serene place with a small park area and medium pool area. Surrounded by wooded area.Con: No actual sidewalk area and not enough bench seats throughout the buildings area. Wooded area is decaying and trees are being removed not sure if its being replanted.

Moved out end of December 2018 and still have not received our deposit back. They claimed it got returned twice back to them even though we already received a letter at that address from them stating we would be getting our full deposit back in a few weeks. So despite that we gave them a new address to mail it to almost two months ago and still have yet to receive anything. They also refuse to just let us pick up the deposit at their office due to “policy”. They gave us a corporate number to call and see if they sent the check out and the woman claims to have no idea about our check and now won’t return our calls. Save yourself the trouble, it’s over priced and they will make you bend over backwards to get YOUR OWN MONEY back.

In September I informed the leasing office that my wife and I were not renewing our lease and we will be moving on October 31, 2016. I was instructed on what was expected of us prior to leaving i.e. cleaning, changing utilities, turning of the refrigerator, and change the thermostat. We completed all tasks and returned the keys as asked. We also provided the leasing office with our forwarding address and informed the post office as well. We were informed that if the apartment was in order we would receive the return of our security deposit $950 minus the nonrefundable $100 pet deposit. On November 16, 2016 I was sent a letter stating that we would be receiving our full security deposit back to us. However this letter contained false information and I promptly called the leasing office and clarified that they had the correct deposit amounts and was informed that we would be receiving $ 953.17 back. At that time I asked them to send me an updated letter with the correct amounts. At that time I also confirmed the forwarding address. A few days later I did receive that updated letter. On December 5, 2016 I called because I still have not received the check yet. At that time I was informed that they looked into the matter and that “corporate issues and sends the checks at the end of the month and I should receive it in a few days” and I should call back if I did not receive the check. A few days later I called again because I still have not received the check. This time the leasing office to me that they will look into the matter and call me later. A few hours later I was called and was now told “corporate issued the check on November 23, 2016 and it was mailed on the November 25, 2016.” upon asking for any proof that the check was mailed I was told there is no proof. I asked what my options were and was told I could wait and hope the check would come or I could pay a $ 35.00 fee and the could expedite the check. I told them that it is there responsibility to ensure the safe return of the security deposit and that as per the lease I should have received the deposit within 30 days and it was wrong for the to ask me to pay a fee in order to receive the money that was due to me. At that point I hung up and decided to call back after I collected myself. When I called back later I asked to speak to Caroline the property manager. This time she agreed that I should not have to pay a fee in order receive my deposit check. She asked me wait until Friday because she was going to see what she could do. On today I was told that she would not be able to anything for me and I should pay the fee instead of taking it to court. For many reasons I cannot accept paying the fee and I am asking you to return the canceled check fee by the end of this coming week December 16, 2016. If I do not receive the fee at that time I will file a claim with the Attorney General’s Office on Monday December 19, 2016.

I lived only a few weeks and It horrible. The hallways are nasty, carpet is old, kitchen cabinets needs to be replaced as well bathroom cabinets, bath tube is cheap, weak and it seems like it going to break anytime. As soon as you enter the apartment that smell hit like there is no tomorrow. Apartments are so smelly, no matter what you do that smell doesnt go away. Overall these apartments are not worth living, the only reason I moved here because I moved from out of state and I need a place to state ASAP.JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I commited the mistake of signing a 13 month lease with these horrible people. They know how to tease u. Every day there was a new issue. From repairing the roof and letting water seap into our apatment for a whole week without any notice to closing the entrance stairs so that we would have to jump into the mud and walk through it to get to our car. They never clean the snow in winters. We even had bats come into our apartment through the attic and they wont clear the infestation nor repair the holes in the roof. They treated my home for bed bugs just 15 days after I had moved into the apartment and charged me 400 dollars even though I had not noticed any bugs in the home. The administration is extremely rude and arrogant and dont listen to anything. The maintainance is extremely poor. We were given an out of order refrigerator, the air conditioning was scrap and the stove and oven were antiques and they never reparied them nor listened to our complains. They told us that the refrigerator is irrepairable and they would replace it but I have been calling them eversince and they havent replaced it

Don’t believe their promise for air conditioning in apartments. Date is May 30, 2018, outside temperature is 92 degrees, inside apartment temperature is 95 degrees, and yet no airConditioning available. Cheap corporate policy doesn’t care about comfort of tenants.
