I do not recommend park place apartments. I lived there for a year and its absolutely terrible. The property Manger is RACIST. She threatened to evict me after a check was lost in the mail. The property Manger hassles you and stresses you out for everything. The drains are all connected and very old. Any promblemsblems with your apartment they try to charge you. I moved a little bit ago and was charged over 600 or charges that I didnt do. Please beware! I cant say anything positive about this company!

I loved living there for 6 years intill my boyfriend had to go into a nurseing home i dicided to move because the memories would hurt me without him there but i move back now in a heartbeat.

I couldn’t move in due to being screwed over by someone! I still have not received my security deposit back and no one is returning my calls very unhappy and will take other actions if need be!!

My Father Lives here. He is elderly and getsConfused easily so I help him out a lot. I have been trying to get a hold of someone anyone who could help me with an issue and no one has gotten back to me. I sent 2 emails the property manager with no response, 2 emails to the main and email with no response and called every phone # I could find for them with no answer. This is unacceptable.I have reached out to the property manager as per message approve via email and phone. And I have emailed and called the main office multiple times with no response and his lock his still not fixed and I have had no updates. So please suggest another option.

The owner Mary is an absolute nightmare. Does not care about the people living there, and is only about the money. I needed a leak in the ceiling fixed, and it took over 3 weeks to have someone come look at it. Then once it was patched it looked terrible. Not to mention the steps outside were all falling apart and definatly not up to code. Wouldnt recommend these apartments due to the landlord being rude and nasty every time I spoke to her.
