This place is a joke. 4 hours for a PM...only 1 truck ahead of me, 6 workers total.. Only 2 working in 2 trucks the rest smoking in the parking lot.....This is the only place that doesnt allow you be on the shop....i always like to make sure they do everything ok...i stayed front of my truck anyway and i saw the guy installing the oil filter without adkding any oil to it..I complaint and he was hey you dont tell me whdd8at i have to do,i been doing this for years 🤣🤣🤣...he did refuse to add oil..

Couldn’t find an air leak and acted annoyed that I was asking to further investigate. I will not bring my truck back after it seemed like I was viewed more as a bother than a driver that needed a solution to a big problem. So back to Petro I go in hopes that I don’t get the same result.

While I wasnt coming in to get a truck repaired, I was in need of help. My rear tire was about to fall off because some of my studs had broken off. I called ahead as I was crawling at 20 mph along the highway to see if this shop could possibly help me. They said to come in and they would do their best to help me. And they were amazing! Each of the employees I spoke to were kind and did everything they could to get me back on the road safely. Thank you to everyone at Speedco!

To blame the problems of location on the employees would be 100% WRONG. These are management and ownership issues. Poor leadership and poor ownership support. They are under staffed and the staff that is there spends a lot time Jus walking around and taking smoke breaks. The customer is NOT first nor is he or she a priority. It took 2.5 hrs for the guy in front of me to get his oil changed. Yes he was in the bay 2.5 hrs.

In and out in 45 minutes at the Brunswick, Georgia location. Nice employees. No waiting. Brought my 2005 Newmar Dutchstar class A motorhome RV in for LOF, differential fluid change, and fuel filters. I called ahead and knew they didnt stock the fuel filters for my Cummins 8.9 ISL so I brought a set with me. Out for under $400.

The technician was very sloppy. Spilt fuel all over frame and springs while putting fuel filter on. Wiped grease on truck frame and steering shift. Very unprofessional.

Waited for an hour. Then they told me they fixing to close and couldnt help me. Would have been nice to know that earlier

They did a good job when repairing my truck. Terrys professionalism and good service was very helpful and I definitely recommend this place. Price was fair, Area is clean, communication was clear, etc.

Almost 4 hours to change fuel filters and they service 2 trucks before me and also lost my fuel cap very unprofessional

Took 3 hrs to change my oil and I wus told to us the loves brand oil to save $50 and the loves brand oil wus 10w30 my truck takes 15w40 like all cats do this man wanted to argue with me that you can put 10w 30 in my caterpillar maybe you could but I dont think it would be too healthy for

Fast, but not very friendly...or should I say, smile and be hospitable. Your in the service industry, even if your a mechanic. The person behind the counter inside the driver lounge was nice though.

Waited 30 min in front of the bay. Nobody noticed my truck. Went inside to tell service clerk that I’m waiting at the bay. Larry got “smart & cocky” with me.

Horrific service!!! Truckers, avoid getting any work done here! Went in for oil change and fuel filter replacement and ended up with $960.00 in expenses due to damage caused by this speedco. Had to get a dealership to fix their damage. Luckily, headquarters has agreed to reimburse all damages, repairs, and hotel expenses. Unfortuantly, Loss of working hours for this truck was not compensated. If the general manager is reasonable, he will offer to pay what money we lost from this truck being out of service. Its simple, take the money out of the techs paycheck. I hope the tech got fired for being incredibly negligent. 2019 trucks are not for experiments. If he didnt know how to do the service, he should not had attempted to do so.

They charged me for trailer lube $9.99 plus tax when I changed oil. I checked trailer there was no lube or such... while I was checking they were looking at me and they refunded $9.99 right away without any question and kept my tax... RIP off

These guys are great. Skilled, efficient, cool. They dont work on cars, but Fathers Day morning they helped me out of a jam, & Im super grateful! Convenient to interstate.

Got there at 5:00 PM. Very disorganized. Didnt get in the service bay till 7:00 PM. Had to finally get manager to speed things up. No one has clue what workers are doing. Finally got finished full PM at 9:30PM. I will never visit this facility ever again and I always rave about Speedco. Someone needs to bring this place up to good standards. Told Loves Truck stop oversees this shop. Dont waste your time until something is done. Also Loves Truck stop next door has the worst showers. Black mildew on the shower floor tiles. Not worth the 12.00 dollar charge.

Little slow but not bad, used the wrong viscosity of oil than I wanted and put Lucas in which I didnt request and I dont think they charged me for my new air filter...

3/14/19: We did our first oil change for our 2017 45 RV here. Reception was nice. The staff that did our oil change also took the time to answer all my questions as I watched how they did it.

Was OK THEY mist grees fittings DID NOT grees my fifth wheel as requested, Greece hand marks all over hood, DOT Inspection handed them to me THEY SHOULD HAVE put them on themselves,

Ever since love bought Speedco, its gone down hill. The staff here is great, the service is pretty good. But the fact they let so many employees go really slows things down. They are trying to expand their services which is gonna slow things down even more. Should change the came to Slowco. Anyway, had no issues as far as the work they performed, had almost everything in stock that I had asked for. Prices have gone up since loves took em over.

Do not stop here. The workers do not communicate with each other. Cant get organized. Screw up billing. Avoid this location. The only person keeping order was at the desk and he had to fight the employees to follow order.

Serviced (oil, lube, filters, etc) my MH. Great job at reasonable price. Its 1st come-first serve & truckers are their main customers, so expect some wait time. I was in & out in about 2 1/2 hrs.

Although most of your employees were to busy talking and not working, there was 2 people that went above and beyond, young man that just had baby and the older lady that ran the front desk were awesome.

So because some corp BS, since Feb a basic oil change for a Paccar engine is between $500 and $600, really?? So me and a bunch of other hard working truckers have to finance mr CEO bonus at the end of the year for another half million? NO WAY, just called TA they quote me at $325 for same job. First and last time trying Speedco!

Great service the boys are 💯 percent, but since Loves took over speedco theyve raises prices now in total by $100 dollars. The PM cost now is $510.00, from $410.00 theyve tagged on a $88 fee for labor now, just ridiculous One month ago, out the door same service about $410.00 for Packar. 🤨

Worse speedco i’ve ever been. They don’t know how many quarters goes into the engine. Unprofessional, slow workers I ever seen. Don’t waste your time. Spend 1,5 hour in the bay and overpriced since Love’s bought them. Never come back. Again don’t loose your time and money, if you do ok with price and you don’t care about time then check everything after them. Make sure your filters are twisted right, no leaks, oil level, oil cap ( because they closed hood without let me check it) let run engine for 10 mins after you out of bay and see if all looks good. Good luck fellows.

This place charge own price for regular oil change $407

31 minutes for an oil change, and 34 minutes to get paperwork to pay and leave.

Not impressed by the inspector. Doesnt make sense to me and cant comprehend written English language.

Definitely not speedco - slow co. Regular PM on the tractor should take 3 hours? Next time I will go elsewhere.

Didnt have a problem with service at all, and nobody here was rude to me. Couple of bays running at the same time, so the line moves along. Heading there today for the 4th service this year (usually make it home)

Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they didnt have the filters to change the oil in my apu and they didnt have Mobil Delvac for my truck.

I have been taking my truck to speedco for 18years and this is the worst experience ive ever had, one tech. Didnt even know what kind of transmission was in the truck its manual transmission he said no its automatic I have the same truck for 20years then another technician had to double check all the lube plugs Im sorry but this might be the last time I use SPEEDCO

I just called to ask what an oil change would be on my class c RV and was told they only work on diesel vehicles. Not sure how accurate that information is, but its worth posting. I saw nothing about that online.

This is the worst speedco that i ever been 8.00 AM 2 truck on the line wait 1.20 hour just to starr wiht my truck 30 minute only for lube then i cancel oil change because the are so slow then 20 min more to pay i spend 2:20 minute just for lube(first truck stay there waiting for oil change)

I’ve been using this store for almost the past 5 years; on a couple of occasions I’ve had to get more than the lube service and the mechanic on duty is super knowledgeable and friendly, got the job done right and the price was fair; will definitely be coming here for years to come
