They diagnosed the problem but due to the age of the car they had no one to supply the necessary part. They told me if I could find the part they would be happy to install it for me. I have found the part and am waiting for delivery. Im very satisfied with the service they rendered.

I called to inquire about tires and prices and to my surprise the young lady on the phone was able to give me a price and said the tires would be ordered and I could drop off my truck in the morning and they would call me when it was done. They ordered the tires I dropped the truck off and about 2 hours later I received a call telling me it was done. No excuses, no trying to upsell me more expensive tires, best of all the price was excellent . I had been trying to find a shop where I could get my tires done and after a couple attempts at getting an appointment and finding out after showing up that they never ordered my tires or couldn’t get them but they would gladly sell me a more expensive brand that they did have in stock, I called J&J tires. I wish i would have just gone here first! It would appear that Honesty, integrity and customer service still does exist.

Recommended by my son who has used this business for several years with complete satisfaction so when my ABS light came on and truck (F150 4x4) had no brakes and making terrible noise 200 miles away from home I decided to drive home and let J&J repair my truck. Luckily being a fan of Murder Nova who needs brakes I got home without incident and thanks to AAA got the truck towed to J&J and thanks to Uber was able to pick truck up when promised. Have nothing but good wishes to J&J and Huber.

We had lost a tire on I-95 before midnight. Only to find spare was low on air. And no air available. AAA was a no show. We slept in the car, no hotel rooms available. Next morning able to get air in the spare then headed to J&J tire. We had breakfast on their picnic table while waiting for them to open. They opened at 8am, patched the tire and had us on our way within the hour.

Their tires are very reasonably priced as well as installation and balance. They also offer a exceptionally well priced service to dispose of old tires. Their prices for non tire related services tend to be high however they have a very friendly staff and do good work. They keep their appointments and times which is something very hard to find in any business. That is something I also value deeply as my time is valuable.

Had an unexpected flat Saturday morning and I called J and J. The staff was so awesome to me and my family. Not only did they stay open a little extra to fix my tire they saved our family from a missed day on our vacation. Best service I have ever experienced. Cannot thank them enough!

They do a great job, but was told my car was ready when it really wasnt. Was told they were working on it right now and saw car in same place I left it early morning. No idea why this was the case. If its not ready dont tell me it is. Other than that exceptional service. Would recommend and will use again.

My radiator blew out later Sunday afternoon while i was traveling from Florida back to NC. I arrived at the shop early Monday morning and they had me back on the road by 4 that same day!! Everyone was very friendly and willing to answer my questions. They let me see the old radiator too so i could see where the problem came from. I really appreciated that. Fair prices as well for not knowing them and their work. I asked a random fella at the gas station for a reference he could trust. They lived up to his recommendation.

I was extremely impressed with J&J. I stopped in fifteen minutes before they were about to close with the panic of needing a wheel hub replaced before a long weekend car trip. They not only fit me in the following day but got it finished in two hours! I was so thankful and grateful and the price was reasonable as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Everyone I had contact with was friendly, helpful, and pleasant. I called 2 hours before closing and they got me right in to fix my flat tire. I also asked them to check the fuses which was done and they seemed to be happy in their work. Very nice people, and I would definitely go there again.

The service technician took a few extra minutes afterwards to discuss my trucks alignment issues, he recommended tire rotation and explained the process for a dually. I have tire pro warranty should be used all over the US they said tires could be rotated but not balanced I said it should it’s part of warranty call 800 number they said yes they should honor the warranty they told them nope I are just a calling service I called the tire pros directly told them situation they said it should be honored nope j&j said nope it’s not going to be honored since I had more then 5k on the tires and passed 6 months even after the 800 number told them they have to do it tire pros said they have to do it I still had to pay $58.00 Also balanced was not done rigth truck is jumping when driving and rear tire rim center cap was broke by them I had to super glued and hope to be able to order a new one would never take my truck there again stay away

I had a tire with a slow leak and I called J and J Pros and was able to get in the same day, they found a screw in the tire, removed it and patched the tire. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I was recently looking to get a lift and larger tires for my jeep so I called around to a few places in town. I won’t name them but I decided to call J&J on my way home as everyone kept telling me I could not get KO2s anywhere and no one had them in stock. These guys were amazing from the first phone call I had with them. They had the tires and kit in and had everything completed on the 3rd day. They guys are amazing and went above and beyond on taking care of what I was wanting. The other guys, still haven’t heard back even after going up to all 3 places days ago. I highly recommend J&J they are amazing!

I was traveling on I-95 to Florida to go fishing, and my rear tire picked up a piece of metal. I got off at Brunswick and went to your store. When my truck finally got in, they said the tire couldnt be fixed, and they didnt have a replacement for it, a 20 Goodyear Wrangler. (They sell Goodyear) So, they put my spare on and said, good luck! When I got to Florida, I was unloading my truck, and they had shoved the bad wheel to the back of the bed so far, that it broke one of my brand new custom rods. Did I say I was going fishing? Of course, when I called them to make it right, I got the run around, we have to check our video, talk to my service guy, you know the types. Needless to say, being 700 miles away, they had no intentions of doing whats right. Did I mention, I paid extra for the warranty on the custom rods, so it was only $50 to replace? Yeah, 1/4 of the actual cost, but J&J wouldnt do the right thing! AVOID this place at all costs!!

Came in with a flat tire traveling up from Florida. Was late on a Friday and they were great about getting it fixed right away. Let me know of all the issues with the tire. Wish they had a place like this where we were in Florida. I would go to them all the time. ReallyProfessional and caring.

With the exception of having a 9 Oclock appointment time for four new tires and an alignment, I never did get out until after 11:00...a tad longer than I anticipated. I have used them before for my truck and it never took this long but I am satisfied with the job done and the service provided.

These are great folks top to bottom. I hire them to take my problems. They take them and accomplish the task at hand. Seems trite, but mediocrity is everywhere. Nice to finally have a place I can go to with confidence.To the reviewer that had a tire get smashed into his rods. Could it be you braked so hard, over and over and did that to yourself? IMO-> yes!I first found J&J when I was from out of town and needed help. Same as now, easy-peasy and no worries.

I must admit I was very impressed, I was very skeptical at first because I used to go to another auto service right down the street from me in Brunswick and I could not find out anything about my vehicle for sometimes seven straight days, but these guys were on time with the diagnosis the price and the experience of having my vehicle back on the road in less than four days, that was outstanding and I will be doing business with them again.

I do my own brake work but had a brake hose fail while visiting SSI and they fixed just the hose for me and didn’t try to up sale me or tell me I needed new wipers. You have to love that.

Called up there and got a quote for a set of 24 tires. The price was the best in 3 counties. Ordered and had an appointment time and was met. Personel there was friendly and and done a great job in a timely manner. I will use them from now on vs my local tire shop!

Was on vacation on Jekyll and woke up to a flat tire. These guys are about 10-15 min from the island and had me going in no time.

They were very helpful and went out of their way to get the parts do the job. The mechanic diagnosed the problem and repaired the problem properly and efficiently. He got us back on the road in 2 hours and we finished the 300 mile trip with no problem. Thank God we found them.

Angelina and Molly were very helpful at the desk and knowledgeable. Jacob, Randy and Bob were great mechanical minds to help with a driveshaft issue which they sent out for repairs in Jacksonville but my transfer case wasnt so lucky, it had a crack. Ordered a used one from a salvage yard that required a few days wait. Unfortunately the yard or someone in the shipping process blundered and it turned from a 3 day wait to almost 10 days. Luckily I was able to use some jb weld and get myself on the road for my 800 mile journey home. They were helpful and apologetic and worked hard to rectify the situation with the salvage yard blunder and insightful and lent their minds to the experiment I was willing to try to get home. I was fortunate for their knowledge, helpfulness and JB Weld holding my transfer case fluid in! 😬. They also repaired a punctured tire under a warranty I had. Great business! Good people!

They did a nice job installing the tires my computer in the vehicle said the tires were about a pound of pressure off on each side but thats kind of hard to get right every time would have been nice if they would have cleaned them but they have a great shop great people and do a good job

I was helping family move from Florida to Virginia, when their tire blew on their RV trailer. I looked up tires on Google and couldnt find anything until I saw a review about J & J on Google reviews. Not only did they have the tire but 4 of them in stock! They were very friend both the man with the beautiful Pit bull and the woman who worked the front desk (Angela, I think). These people were amazing. Drove Alone from VA to FL, last minute health issues with a parent. Something in the road punctured my tire. They were right off the exit.
