Great service! Scott came out on a Sunday afternoon in about an hour after we called about our broken A/C. He found the problem and repaired everything at a reasonable price. We have had them help us before and each time have been very happy with their service. Highly recommend them!

Have used the A/C Guys for years and have always been pleased with their work. Just recently started with their seasonal maintenance program and the first round made me happy. Jonathan, our technician, was thorough and communicative, explaining the steps he took to ensure my HVAC units are in good working order. I feel more secure knowing the units have had up-to-date oversight and am grateful to the A/C Guys for offering this biannual service program.

Was having issues with my home a/c not cooling . So I googled a repair service near me the first one to pop up was the a/c guys. I gave them a call and asked for a service tech to come check my unit because it was not cooling. The receptionist on the line asked if I was an existing customer and I said no. She said that it would be 2 weeks before they could send someone out. . I asked her if she didnt hear me that I was having cooling issues. She replied did you not hear me it would be 2 weeks. If you dont have after hours repair service then you shouldnt advertise it. Yiu lost my business.

Fantastic service on our geothermal unit by Robert. He fixed problems installer caused after we had had at least 4-5 other HVAC servicemen try. Excellent response to each call when help is needed.

Our ac went out during the summer. The staff was so very helpful and friendly!! Jordan came out to our home the same day and fixed our ac promptly!! Highy recommended this company!!

Denise and Jordan are great, Denise is very friendly to talk to and easy to get ahold of while trying to schedule an appt. My ac was damaged during hurricane Michael I called around to multiple places till I spoke to Denise and she scheduled Jordan the next morning to reapir my unit he was fast and efficient and friendly!!! I wont use anyone else from now on!!!! Thank you guys for being amazing!!!

So glad we found the A/C Guys of Waycross Ga. Our air condition unit was damaged by Hurricane Michael, and being new to the area, we contacted several A/C repair services. A/C Guys were easy to reach and their quote was fair and reasonable. They scheduled our repair for the very next day,and the technician showed up right on time. Jorden was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable After diagnosing the problem, he retrieved the parts needed, and in a very short period of time, we once again had a working air conditioner. Thanks to Jorden, and A/C Guys office support from Denise! We will definitely be a returning customer for our A/C and Heating needs.Just wanted to update this review. Although I cant say if this company still give the level of service, its unfortunate that they have closed their Waycross Ga. office and no longer service the Waycross or Blackshear areas of south Georgia.

Will use them from now on. Jordan is awesome.
