Staff very helpful, no pressure, if at&t fits for you this is a great place to visit. They helped me install a screen protector for my new phone even purchased elsewhere (they didnt carry). Overall above average service. Recommended.

The experience is completely up to which agent you get. I’ve had decent experiences there, and I’ve also had agents take advantage of me to make their sales numbers. My suggestion: do as much as you can online and only go to the brick and mortar store if you absolutely have to. Call customer service first, because they can do more than what the agents in the store can.

My husband and I came in to learn about the new AT&T deal for an iPhone upgrade. We were warmly greeted by Destiny. She had incredible customer service and walked us through all our different options for upgrading my phone and adding my husband to my plan. She was great to work with and really patient. We will definitely be coming back to this store just because of her.

I got lucky and pulled up to the store when no one else was there. Someone had just left. I walked in and was greeted right away by the store representative. I did not catch her name. She looked at my plan and said she could get me a lower plan rate right off the bat. It was a good experience with her all together. I have no issues with her knowledge or desire to assist.The store agent could not show me an actual note 20 ultra just a plastic display. I also purchased a iPad pro 12. They did not have any cases, keyboards or pens for them. The I pad display was also shattered. In short the store need a little love and some accessories. Ill have to find accessories online now when I could have bought them all in that store. A little disappointing but over all Im pumped.

My husband and I ordered our new phones from this store. As soon as we walked in there was someone to help us. I had no idea what I wanted, but Kylie asked just the right questions to help me choose something that I now LOVE! She was patient, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable asking technical questions Im otherwise embarrassed to ask! A gem of an employee, thank you AT&T!

It was a pleasant enough experience. I left feeling good. Like I hadnt been ripped off. Then my first bill came in double, and the next one up $40 from what I was told in-store. Not happy, not even a little bit.

Very happy with my new phone, and it was a pleasant experience working with Kylie. Although it was brief because she greeted me quickly, helped me focus and select the right phone, and completed the purchase efficiently. Another plus, she was knowledgeable but kind about my lack of technical knowledge.

Great overall experience, there was no pressure or hassle and I was in and out fast and easy, I definitely recommend seeing David or any of his employees for fast service and a good deal!

Why does it take as long to switch cell phone services as it takes to buy a car? The sales woman did not present all of the options until we were ready to leave. She was hoping we would sign up for the most expensive service and not disclosing more affordable plans. I cannot say Im really happy with my experience.

Rich and David are freakin rock stars!! Went in with 3 high maintenance (wife and daughters) techno geeks and spent over an hour getting three new cell phones. These guys were awesome and patient with us. Got a need at AT&T? Go see Rich and David!

The associate David was awesome! He helped me right away and got me the best phone for me as well as made sure I got the promotion available plus he was super nice and did it all with a smile :)

Brandon and Richard were excellent at helping me move from an iPhone 5 to a device that met my needs. They gave me all the info I needed to make my own decision, and they were friendly and helpful through the entire process. I didn’t feel rushed at all despite my long list of questions, and they encouraged me to stop back by with anything else I couldn’t figure out. Thanks for the great service!

Top notch service, helpful employees, and a very fast interaction. I went in expecting to pay a ton of money and be there for quite a while, but it was most definitely the opposite, I will recommend David and Destini to everyone I know, good job guys!

The experience was simply ok. Went in asking for some pricing on two lines. The sales associate was somewhat helpful.

Dont particularly like standing there for 30 minutes being told ill be helped in a minute then someone walks in and right up to your person and they help them while Im waiting. Also hear staff in the back the entire time while waiting guess they arent there for customer service and still never got helped wish I could give 0 stars this is this is worst att store around complete garbage

I came in to take care of an issue that I was told by the customer service line had to be handled in store.When I got there, it turned out that it had to be done over the phone after all.The 2 staff members were very patient and helpful, even though I was clearly not a paying customer, or likely to buy anything.Ive got my complaints about AT&T corporate, but nothing but great things to say about this store.

Manager was rude. Very unprofessional, I went in to return a att product and was treated very poorly,I have been a Direct tv att customer for over 11 years.Don’t go to this store!

The staff was clueless on everything. i had to go in and explain to them how to do things. the phone i wanted and asked for they had know idea they even carried it. then they insisted it was from Motorola just because the name was razor. trying to explain to the worker how to find the phone he insisted they did not sell was not fun. then after all of the knowledge i shared they acted as if i was wrong for not pre ordering.

T mobile has a larger selection..went to at&t, nicely set up with chairs. Bean bag toss for the children. And lovely $1000 androids, they rock...needed a clean phone

Not good, dont trust business like AT&T if you have to run my credit to get my business. When Im paying up front out of pocket, why do you have to run my credit for me just to get my phone that i own switch over to your service. That doesnt seem right to me. Ill rather not do business with you guys, this is the reason that I have a block on my credit to protect myself
