Went in looking for help with an insurance claim on a phone. The entire team was extremely helpful in helping me start the claim process. I went back 2 days later for help with what I thought was a faulty cord plug. Carmine was able to clean the port ( pro bono).Excellent service. I didn’t buy anything but if I were to buy I would buy from the team at this location.

Wow! I have literally spent thousands over many years with Verizon. When I lost my SIM card today and went in for a replacement, they put in a new one. Then they charged me $10. Really? Tell me BEFORE the service or better yet, don’t charge me at all! It’s not the money. It’s the principle. Hello AT&T?

GO TO AN ACTUAL VERIZON STORE, *not* VictraI walked into this store to switch my cell service to Verizon. The sales associate, Skyler, said it would be a quick and easy process to switch carriers and all I would have to pay that day is the activation fee and for the SIM card. The process was relatively painless; but the explanation of what youre paying for is intentionally deceiving. Clayton said Id be paying the activation fee and for the SIM card in the store that night. Its *not* the Verizon activation fee youre paying - its Victra, the licensed dealers, fee for basically putting a SIM card in your phone. The Verizon activation fee comes later. I spoke with an *actual* Verizon support agent a few days later and learned that licensed 3rd party dealers charge their own fees, in addition to whatever Verizon charges. The Verizon support agent also explained that *actual* Verizon stores do not charge the set up fees that licensed 3rd party dealers charge. Had I gone to an actual Verizon store, I would have saved ~$50. Shouldve known better.I recommend going directly to a Verizon store to avoid these bogus licensed 3rd party dealer fees.

Go to a real Verizon store if you want a good customer service experience. Very rude staff. I placed an order for pick up and arrived to the store. They informed me I would need to check in online and wait outside the store and I did so. After waiting 40 min and seeing free associates standing around and people walking in and out, I asked for help again. It was only then that they informed me that they will need to cancel my order because they just sold the last one. I thought I had purchased and reserved it? Avoid especially if you are placing an online order.

Dont bother. They will lie and rip you off. Your bill will be a total surprise and customer service wont help.*edit as of april 2021. Customer service will pretend to care but ultimately nothing gets done.Costumer service called one time and thats it. Didnt even talk to us and gave up. So they dont care. And also the phone me they sold for 70 turned out to cost us about 300. Just wow.

Don’t waste your time going to this mall store, go to an actual Verizon store. Tried to trade in my Samsung for an newer IPhone which was in great condition other than a small SCRATCH (not crack) on the upper part of the screen. They wouldn’t give any credit and fed me some BS reason why and claimed it was due to corporate concerns. When I went into another store, I had no problem trading in my phone there. Will never go to this location again. They are untrusting and they don’t offer even slightly good customer service.

I went inside to return something at another store in which I ended up stopping into the Verizon store to discuss phones. Justin was amazing, he not only knew his products and even looked for further savings. He further assisted myself and another client at the same time because they were short staffed and ensured we were both taken care of. Justin ensured the new phone was set up and was very professionally. He continued to take care of customers or get fellow coworkers to assist with other clients while our devices were transfering data.

Aaron did a good job, considering his system for payment stopped working, there was no manager and there was a line of five behind me.Bought 2 new phones and had a screaming toddler who was over the mall. Tried to trade in a phone to get the $400 off IPhone 12 mini. Was told we could not get the $400 off because of a SCRATCH on the screen not even the size of a pea. (Not a crack). A SCRATCH. Went to a different Verizon store and they gave us the $400 for our trade and said this store has no idea what they’re talking about.

I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received tonight. I came in to purchase a phone for my son. Brandon was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me understand the options available to me. He was particularly patient as I made several calls to my wife to make sure I picked the best phone and plan for our needs. He was able to work with me to get the best pricing.Heres the kicker:After choosing the phone and the plan and even the phone number, and as we were just finishing the transaction, I realized that I forgot my wallet. I still needed to pay $8.96. Brandon actually offered to front me the balance personally until I could bring in the payment! It turns out I did not need to take him up on that offer (entirely) because I had a change box in my car which had $8.83 in it. I did accept the $0.13 from him.I cant remember when I have had such good customer service. I cant wait to do a favor for someone else in Brandons honor, and I will definitely be returning here for my familys next phone!

AMAZING customer service! I have been helped by Christian several times and he is THE BEST, I now go to him for anything I need with Verizon, however, everyone who works here is always exceptionally helpful and willing to take on any task. I have gone to the Verizon store by my house a couple of times now and every time I have a horrible experience so I drive the extra distance just to go to this location, get the help I need, answers I need, and all from friendly people. They have gotten me a better deal where other stores have tried to up-sell me, so I will ALWAYS go to this location for their hard working, honest, and helpful employees.

Jorge has been amazing. We just moved to Colorado and I had to switch from AT&T because Verizon coverage is much better where we live. We purchased a family plan and I bought two more phones for the boys. It was complicated and he patiently walked me through the process. I even had to call him a month later with questions about my bill and he again patiently went through the bill with me. I highly recommend him hes a gem!

Lies, lies lies, lies. The worker told me very clearly that only $97 would be charged on my card and that the trade-in value will cover the balance on the phone. I asked a dozen times and each time he said yes. That was a lie. I was charged $120 the very next day in addition to the $97. Do NOT go to a Verizon franchise if you want honesty. Only go to corporate owned stores. The workers are nice, but unethical is unethical.

If you want true Verizon service stay away from this store. They are hire rigid people that have little to know product knowledge. The “district” manager sold my wife a phone telling her that it has the only feature she wanted “the best camera”. Well he sold her a cheap version that had no better camera than the one she currently has, when we came to correct the problem we were told it was a $35 restocking fee though the phone was still in the box and had not been set up. Steer clear of this and any authorzed Verizon dealers. They are profit machines and have no customer service motive at all. I will never darken their door again and I will make sure that everyone I know does the same. VERY Poor customer service and not what I would expect from company that prides themselves on customer service.

I went into this location during a day of chaos. My phone suddenly stopped working, I came into the store at the Flatirons Mall and Jorge saved the day! My phone (wasnt dead) but the screen stopped working and turned off. Needing my phone for work, I was frantic. Jorge stayed calm and brought me down to his level. After working for almost an hour trying to recover my phone, I ended up leaving with a new iPhone6s.I just wanted to thank everyone there SO much for helping me get a new phone and everything set up smooth. After plugging my phone into my computer it ended up recovering everything from my iTunes and I couldnt be happier. Having been a Verizon customer for over 10 years, that was the BEST customer service Ive had with the company.I will always recommend this location for my Verizon friends

THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE - this is a third party company named Victra that is a Verizon retailer.I was in to get a new phone that they did not have in stock so they ordered the phone. The phone arrived and I went in to get it activated. It took them 3 hours of calling Verizon and being put on hold to tell me they couldnt process my request and told me to try an actual Verizon store. The next day I went to the Verizon store to find out an hour later that the Victra retailer had messed everything up and now I have to wait for Victra to cancel the original activation on the phone so Verizon can take over and do it right. 4 hours of my time wasted plus waiting a week for a phone is BS. I am beyond furious with this experience and dont recommend using them. Just go to a main Verizon store and save your self the hassle.

Bought our phones here for Christmas. George and TJ were super helpful. My son decided to upgrade his phone. We should have been charged a restocking fee due to some extenuating circumstance is TJ graciously wave that and returned our phone. They were great to work with. I will definitely return to the store for future purchases and help with Verizon and phone/products
