I own 8 PhoneSuite 112e systems. Everyhing was great until PhoneSuite was either bought out or at least handed off their support to a company called Broadband Hospitality. If you need tech support on this system it takes 3 months to get a call back. At this point we are at square one and will be replacing all the phone systems. Just stay as far away from this company as you can.

Terrible service management

We spent over $20K on a Phone Suite system but we cannot get even an iota of service or support from either the actual installer(Micktel) or the manufacturer itself. For three days now we have been calling them both asking for support on a simple call-forwarding feature that we wish to add to our system. They just keep passing the buck to the other and dont seem to care since they’ve already got our money. This duo definitely represents the worst vendor companies we have ever dealt with in our 20 years of hospitality business. Our advice to prospects looking for new phone systems - better get some another brand if you want to avoid a lot of agony and a pitiful lack of support in dealing with PhoneSuite and its apathetic network of authorized dealers.
