I am SO very pleased with Longwood Dental Group. I have my first appointment this morning and expressed that I have dental anxiety. The admin assistants, the hygenist, the dentist, they all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I got my teeth cleaned and x-rays, and they noticed a cavity. The admin assistants in the front showed me the cost up front, so there are no surprises for the cost next week, and told me how much of my dental insurance would cover. They even gave me a welcome goody bag!!!! I am SO very happy to have found them and will recommend them to all my friends. THE BEST!!! -Kara VanGuilder

Great place! Amazing staff!! I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but this team is truly wonderful. I had to get my last wisdom tooth extracted and I was extremely nervous. But Dr. Perry made sure the procedure went smoothly and painlessly. It took less than 10 minutes for the whole appointment and I got to save my tooth! 😂 Now I look forward to my visits to the dentist, even if it’s just for a cleaning.

Longwood Dental Group is a top-notch full service dental office which I have been using for years. I have had most of my dental work performed by my primary dentist Dr. Kilajian who does terrific crown work in addition to having a soft touch, steady hand and excellent knowledge & feel for successful numbing of the gums. Yesterday I had oral surgery with Dr. Sirakian for a tooth implant. He too has excellent knowledge & feel for successful numbing and he also is swift and sure in his work. It is just a day later and I am surprised that I feel so good with minimal swelling. I would highly recommend both to anyone looking for the services they perform.

Went for my cleaning during Covid. They had defined steps prior to coming in for your appointment. They took all precautions to make sure I felt safe and the waiting room was not over crowded. Cleaning was awesome per usual! Glad I found Longwood :)

My teeth are sensitive due to years of rough brushing. I dread cleanings because inadvertently a sensitive spot is found. My experience at Longwood Dental with Alla ( please forgive me if I spelled it wrong) was exceptional. She did a great job cleaning my teeth without making me uncomfortable.Dr. Boschetti did a wonderful job restoring my teeth painlessly. I am pleased with the outcome and feel healthier. It is wonderful to have such a great team.

Chrissy has been helping me keep my teeth clean and gums healthy for over 10 years. Right before my last cleaning appointment I chipped a crown on one of my molars. I worried that I would have to have the crown replaced. But Dr. B said it was a small chip, so he smoothed the edges and I was spared the inconvenience and expense of a new crown! The office also does a great job keeping everyone safe from COVID.

This visit was delayed twice by the Wuhan Cootie: once because my planned trip to Massachusetts in March was scratched by travel issues and once because of the general panic on the part of the state government. The office is little changed because it had already committed to good hygiene, so I felt at home. I had to fill out a questionnaire about symptoms and the receptionist took my temperature with one of those non-contact gizmos. Marina was her usual meticulous self, and did the usual examination and cleaning. I am re-assured of my oral health for another six months. This practice has been my dentist for over 50 years and, with the addition of a few pieces of precious metal in my mouth, I still have all of my teeth.

I was delighted by the care I received during a routine exam yesterday. This was my first in person medical / dental care since COVID began in March. The office was, as always, immaculately clean, and the hygienist who worked with me, Olga, was caring, kind, professional and very gentle. She explained that I would not see a dentist due to limiting exposure to more people during COVID. I love this dental practice, and recommend it most highly. Solid 5 star service.

Very professional, very thorough cleaning, I really like their service just dont like getting pressured to have a fluoride treatment every visit.

The waiting room was clean and marked off for social distancing purposes. The secretaries were respectful, mindful and dressed in the appropriate PPE. They monitored each patient by checking temperature and O2 saturation. Olga, the RDH was excellent - I would highly recommend her. She was careful, kind and knowledgeable. Overall, great experience and I will be returning for my next cleaning.

The care and precautions they are taking during this pandemic time are great, and I felt very comfortable during my visit. I always love my experiences at the office.

You schedule a cleaning and expect to see the dentist for a couple of minutes after the cleaning, and it turns out the dentist is on vacation and theres no backup replacement? I pay good money to go to the dentists office twice a year and I expect to see an actual dentist who can make sure I have no issues (not just a hygienist for a cleaning) - doesnt seem that hard of an ask. How could this happen? No excuse in my opinion.

After a year of looking for a new dentist in Boston, I finally found Longwood Dental Group. From walking in the door to leaving with your smile, they make me feel comfortable and accommodated. I strongly recommend Doctor Perry! Not only is he kind and easy to speak to, he communicates back with information that is easy for the general public to understand (which is super helpful when you dont understand whats going on! I mean, youre paying for it!). However, mostly I recommend Doctor Perry because I had been missing a tooth for a little over a year - after one consolation I was back in and out with (and Im serious) with an even BETTER smile. He took the time and effort to make my smile the best it could be and I cannot be more grateful for that. If youre looking for reconstructive - hes the best!

I recently had my teeth and gums examined for the first time since covid-19 hit. They appear to have it under control with sign in, distancing, etc. I felt safe and I felt as though the entire staff was conscientiously careful and safe. I was different but it was a good experience and Im glad I went.

Have been a dental patient for many years and have always been treated with professionalism and great care. Recently I had two root canals with Dr. Kano, a superb endodontist and literally breezed through a procedure that I had been anxious about. What a relief it was! I highly recommend Longwood Dental.

Although my regular cleanings are always a quick and good experience, this office completely bungled my claims for getting a night guard. First they didnt submit the claim with a narrative, and did nothing when the insurance responded that a narrative was needed for the claim to be considered. I had to get the front desk to submit a new claim. However, after speaking with my insurance, I learned Longwood Dental never did resubmit the claim, so I had to call again and have someone from the front desk speak to my insurance over the phone to get it done then and there. Why cant they just read the insurances response, and do what is needed? I should not have to be following up on their job. As a bonus I later learned that although the dentist I normally see is in-network, the night guard was under a different dentist and apparently not in my network. But, Longwood Dental didnt think it would be worth mentioning that to me. What a nice surprise.Good dentists, very poor customer service

I was interested to see how the office was going to handle the covid situation, and they did a great job! Chairs in the waiting room were blocked off, masks were worn, hand sanitizer available, each person received a pen to use and take home after filling out paperwork, temp checks, etc. I was just there for a cleaning. My only negative, which was also commented on by previous reviews was that I was not seen by an actual Dentist. I am not sure if this is a new policy, but I have been going there for years and have always been seen by a Dentist at the end of the cleaning just to double check everything. I was told by the hygienist that because there was not an issue identified during my cleaning that I was not going to be seen by a Dentist. Not sure if this is because of covid or a new policy?

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Boschetti. He did a crown on top of a tooth that needed a root canal. The crown was done in the same visit. Felt it was rushed. I am sad and was in pain for few weeks. Went to another doctor who had to drill a hole in the crown that Dr. Boschetti did.As for your cleaning, no doctor comes to see you. A hygienist seems to be the person who decides on how you’re doing.

I called today to complain about a crown done by Dr. Buschetti. I was told that the owner was in Armenia. And he is the one who handles complain. I did inform them I will be writing a review to which I was told by the receptionist that that’s fine. Dr. Bushetti apparently does a crown and fitting in one setting. He put medication to cover the tooth with the hope that if I needed a root canal the medication will take care of the pain. I was told when I went for a second opinion to a different clinic to be aware of same day fitting. Now I am asking for reimbursement but apparently I have to wait for the owner in Armenia.

Yesterday was my very first visit to Longwood Dental Group. I had done a lot of research to find the best option for me, since I try to be very diligent about my dental care. I absolutely loved it. I was welcomed and given a tour. My first exam was very thorough and gentle. I really felt like they were trying to get to know me and my dental history instead of just treating me. Because I had the same dentist for ten years prior to this, I was very nervous. But the good reviews are 100% accurate. It was a great experience.

The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and made the patients feel comfortable and at ease. My appointment started on time as scheduled, so there was no extra waiting once I arrived.The facility itself looks professional and clean. Rosa, the hygienist was very knowledgeable and sweet and was able to answer all my questions. She gave a very thorough cleaning and it did it very quickly. One of the best dental offices I have ever been to, if not the best.

Ive been using this practice for almost 50 years. They have kept my teeth in great shape all these years! The practice is well organized and the staff are friendly, professional, and very competent. I have referred several friends to this practice and they have also been very satisfied.

Very good care by both the hygienist and the dentist. One important consideration: they dont push you into services to make money. They dont suggest replacing fillings just because or getting a crown before you really need it. Well run office too.

Marielle warmly and patiently inquired about my overall health and current dental status and then proceeded to thoroughly check my mouth tooth by tooth. She gently cleaned and kept me informed step-by-step about what she was doing or about to do. Ive always loved Swiss Chocolate and of course, relied on my Swiss watches for their accuracy and precision, and now, I Trust That Im in Good Swiss Hands with Marielle! I ran into a billing issue and Courtney (the EXPERT) was able to work things through with my insurance over the course of several weeks. Without her, this would be a 2 star review, but she definitely met my highest expectations.

Marina is by far the best hygienist I have ever come across. She is sweet, mild mannered, and always makes a cleaning much easier to tolerate. All the doctors I have met are friendly and informative. The office is clean and quiet. The staff make booking appointments easy, and you will actually want to go back for your follow-up!

Update : I just called to ask when shall I expect my medical records given that I am leaving their practice after having a bad experience with Dr. Buschetti and his crown. I was told by Ashley that she has other patients with requests. I am not sure why the defensive answer. I asked when next week next month ? Not sure why she had to respond this way. Given that I have been voicing my dissatisfaction with their services, I guess she needed to talk to me today in that way. I was told I will get my record end of this week. I will follow up with a review mentioning all my encounters until I get them and get my reimbursement.

I had a great experience with Dr. Robert Cipriano. He took his time to review my file, my images and explained everything in detail to me. I understood his medical decision making process and learned a lot from him. I highly recommend this practice. Everyone is very professional.

They listen to the patient. They look and just dont do procedures so they can bill. They genuinely care about their clientele. These are folks do dentistry right. They are no nonsense, and most of all, are fast and efficient. They make me feel welcome and valued, which is a real trick when they spend most of the time in your mouth.I would not go anywhere else for my dental needs.

Have been going to Longwood for the past thre years now and am very pleased with my experience. Doctors and hygienists are professional and great at what they do. They are also very efficient and respectful of your time; no 45 minute waits in the lobby before your appointment. The only drawback is that parking can be limited at lunch when the food trucks come so Id recommend public transport if its an option.

Although I have been with the Longwood Dental Group for nearly 10 years, my last visit made me question Dr. Kiladjian’s integrity. He told me that my broken filling could only be replaced with a crown with no other option! It would cost over $2K!!I decided to get a second opinion, and the new dentist told me without hesitation (after looking at the X-rays) that I did not need a crown at all. A filling was all that was needed!!! So not only do I have a new dentist and a new filling but I also have most of my $2K!

We were visiting from California when my husband lost a crown. We thought wed wait to return home before dealing with that. My sister would have none of that and forced us to call her dentist, Dr. Newberg. I can see why she loves her dentist of twenty years or so! Staff was great about scheduling and rescheduling (at our request) the appointment. Paperwork was fast and easy. . . . Best, my husband was impressed by Dr. Newbergs thoroughness, competence, and thoughtfulness.

Honest, professional and out to help their patients--not collect more money from them. I find so many businesses that seem bothered you are there. This whole team is welcoming. I made a mistake on my first appointment and they were great about rescheduling since I was short on time. They also offer 7:00 pm appointments during the evening. I would highly recommend them.
