Dr. Zhang and her stuff took very good care of my teeth, every time if there is a problem with my teeth, the office will check my teeth promptly. She make sure I have healthy teeth and gums also educate me about proper dental care. Dr. Zhang is skilled and compassionate.

My favorite thing which was surprising at the time was when she asked if I wanted nova Caine for my fillings, she then asked if we could start without it and if I was worried about pain during the fillings, she would use it. I was unsure and paying close attention to sensation and realized that nova Caine had never been an option before, dentists in the past just did it. I walked out with a not numb mouth and no pain. I opted for no nova Caine for my remaining fillings next time too.

This is the second time Rhiannon did my teeth cleaning. She is a very friendly, caring professional. She made some very useful suggestions both times. I have already benefited from her suggestions. I have had some very negative experiences with another dentist in Brookline BUT Dr. Zhang is simply THE BEST! She takes the time to explain options and what is and is not covered by insurance. I knew I was going to need at least one extraction and it ended up that I needed three. I have never had one before and her expertise was obvious as there was very little pain once the numbness had gone. There was also no swelling, bruising or paint the following morning. I am so glad I have found a dentist that I can trust and continue to go to for years to come!!!

Dr. Zhang has been taken care of my teeth for more than 20 years. I had many problems years ago, but now they are healthy. I would not miss a single appointment, doing regular cleaning and checkup is the way to go. Dr. Zhang’s service is superb and the location is convenient. I am happy to stick around as long as I can.

The staff addresses patients concern during this covid pandemic by employing separate ventilation device in each office room and runs UV light room disinfection in between patients.

I was among the first group of patients with Dr. Lihua Zhang when she started her clinic more than 20 years ago and I am still her patient today.Dr. Zhang is very professional, skillful and trustful. She is an excellent dentist with a sweet and gentle personality. The office manager is also very helpful when scheduling our appointments.

I recently had my 2 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Zhang and I can honestly say that this practice is well run, friendly, and trustworthy. She took great care of me and provided a painless removal. I was worried on how my wisdom tooth procedure would affect my day in terms of exams as well as how well I would recover during school, but I was pleased to find out that the recovery was short. As a dental student in New York, everything in that office from the x-ray machines to the staff was high quality and the procedure done (starting from the anesthetic to the extraction) was flawless. For anyone looking to get wisdom teeth removed (especially college students), or any other dental procedure done, GO TO DR. ZHANG!

I don’t understand why this clinic was rated so low. Dr. Zhang is fantastic - she is attentive and truly cares for her patients. All the staff are super friendly and accomodating.I like that the wait time after check-in is typically much shorter than other dental clinics I’ve been to. Also, this is one of the few offices that open on Saturdays, which gives a lot of flexibility in my weekday schedule.

I have been seeing Dr. Zhang for almost 15 years, from regular teeth cleaning to root canal, crown and most recently my first dental implant. Dr. Zhang has always taken care of all my dental needs and problems. She is very friendly, attentive, caring and has excellent skills. Her office is clean and the staffs made me feel comfortable every time I was there. They followed up to make sure I was doing ok after each procedure. Can’t be more happier with Dr. Zhang.

Ive been going to Dr. Zhang for the past 16 years and couldnt recommend her enough! Shes taken amazing care of me and my teeth from childhood to now. My braces were done by her and were only on for 10 months--it was quick and effective. I recently got my wisdom teeth removed by her and had no swelling or pain afterwards. I was shocked! Not only is she great, but so is the staff!

Best dentist！

Staffs here are nice and friendly, very approachable. However, in terms of the treatment I have gotten, I feel kinda disappointed and a waste of my time and money.I spent around 3 years here for braces when I went to college in Boston. At the beginning, I remember them telling me there’s an option of invisible braces. After I paid and started, they told me there’s only regular braces for me to choose. That’s okay for me at that time,as long as my teeth can be corrected well. Also I got recommended to do whitening when my braces was not done. Now I feel like it’s useless and not quite appropriate for my case. At the end, when my case was close to done, I moved to NYC for work. I still went back to Boston to visit the dentist for my braces, but I just feel like Dr.Zhang didn’t want to deal with my case anymore so she said it’s ready to take off my braces, and even though I felt like it was still not quite done cuz theres black triangle on my incisor teeth, but she told me it could be gone later. After a year long of retainer wearing and dental visits, the black triangle didn’t disappear and was really obvious when I smiled. My new dentist told me my teeth was not completely done. I have gone back to beacon dental center once, and got blamed at that I didn’t keep wearing my retainer, which is not true cuz I wore them almost all the time besides when I’m eating for a year. Now, I have to correct my teeth once again after such a short time since my last braces was done.I just feel really disappointed and that I wasted so much money, time and efforts. I should have visited more dentists before starting wearing braces. I won’t suggest or choose this place ever again.

Avoid this place, broken my teeth during procedure and still charge me tons of money for it. Service guy in front desk was rude and try to argue with me. No star. I got an infection from it and had to a different place. Totally unacceptable.
