Leah is an excellent dental hygienist whom I’ve gone to for years. She is thorough, communicative, helpful, and reliable. I highly recommend her.The administrative staff in the practice is also very helpful and professional, and I have worked with some of them for years.Currently I am getting to know a new dentist in the practice, and she seems very professional as well.I highly recommend this practice.

First meeting today after a recommendation of someone I saw Dr. Blissett work done on …. Beautiful implants and outstanding praise for Dr. Blissett and his staff was giving all around ..Based on this I had my first meeting to go over some serious problems…. He was extremely knowledgeable about a problem I have and knew exactly why problems occurring…Prior dentist did not..He spent time listening to me, and he explained all options I have… He will be putting a plan together for me so I can decide which option is best for me… Can’t wait to get started which should be sometime next week… Seriously I looked long and had to find the right dentist and bingo!!!!! Don’t hesitate!!!!

Dr. Ryan Blissett is an outstanding prosthodontist. Most importantly, he is a kind human. He is empathetic, a good listener, and truthfully the most handsome dentist I have ever had. He takes good care of himself & so this helps me feel confident he will care for me( and my teeth). Cannot believe I have the good fortune to find this remarkable professional. Big thumbs up!!!!👍🏻

Everyone I interacted with was very nice, polite, extremely informative and looking forward to helping me. The hygienist clearly knew what she was doing, help me understand the difficulties with my teeth and suggested options for improvement. Although I had some difficulties, I felt confident in her skills and her advice.Dr. Blissett came in to recheck everything that was done and he was pleased with her accomplishment and my understanding of the difficulties. As usual, he was friendly, very pleasant, and also instilled a great deal of confidence in me. I would refer any of my friends to go to this dental organization.

Both doctors were very patient and kind. They understood my concerns and figured out ways to make doing the impressions easier. Ashley is also a caring member of the team there.

Dental Partners make going to the dentist almost enjoyable. I go regularly for teeth cleaning and my hygienist is very thorough and knowledgeable as were the previous hygienist.

A little weird that this appointment was moved, I received a reminder at 10 am that the appointment was on, and a call at 11:15 when I was parked outside the office on a zoom call asking if I knew my appointment was canceled. For your information I came down from Vermont specifically for this appointment. I really appreciated that you had a cancelation and were able to squeeze me in.

Very Professional!! Competent and timely, I have only had two other dentists in my entire lif (60+). So the bar was high and after one implant procedure , I would highly recommend this practice !!

Yesterday I was at Dental Partners of Brookline for a cleaning. The waiting room had proper spacing for social distancing. My hygienist, Leah, was available within a few minutes of my appointment time. As always, she was pleasant and efficient and very mindful of COVID procedures. My experience could not have been better.

I have been having my dental care at this practice for over 20 years. The staff are all professional, caring and communicate clearly regarding your needs. It is very convenient having all the specialists in one office. I highly recommend this practice

Dr Frydman is the BEST! Whenever I contact her with a question or problem, she gets back to me right away. And, she always makes time for any Invisalign follow-up visits, long after my treatment was completed. She is professional and has a wonderful friendly manner. I feel very comfortable and confident putting my teeth in her hands!!

The dental hygienist- Ariana- was very professional, experienced and innovative. I have a hearing loss and with everyone wearing masks I cannot read lips to effectively communicate. Ariana set up her overhead monitor so we could communicate- very innovative.Everyone that I have met in this office for my dental care- Dentist, hygienist, dental assistant, administrators have been very nice and accommodating- I as a patient could not ask for anything more.

Ive been going to Dental Partners of Brookline for many years! Actually my family including my husband, daughter and mother all go.I just got a full set of veneers put on my teeth by Dr. Blissett. He was kind, caring and fastidious about his work. He and his assistant even came in during a huge snowstorm for a three hour appointment for me! The entire experience was as comfortable and painless as it could be.Dr. Blissett is the best! I admire his skill and knowledge. And..I love my new teeth and my smile!!

This my first visit to Dental Partners of Brookline. Parking was easy to find on the street. Everyone was very friendly. The offices are extensive. My emails concerning sending xrays from another office were followed up and well managed. I have had wonderful experiences with Dr Boustani at another practice so I have personal of his expertise.

Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I have been a patient at the partnership for many years. I just recently had the second phase of an implant done. I had all the information I needed to make a good choice and to speed my recovery. Dr. Boustani was excellent by informing and reassuring me about each step of the procedure. Definitely great!

Would highly recommend. Everyone is so warm and kind. And Dr. Bhatt is an amazing dentist!

This practice will not honor a patient’s request to be seen by a vaccinated dentist or hygienist. They claim not to know, and do not wish to know, the vaccination status of their staff. As a result, I am leaving this practice after 40 years. Beware.

Very disappointed and unhappy about my visit today !!Came in for a deep cleaning ended up doing Xray and measurements and then tell me oh we don’t have time to do your cleaning ..my teeth condition or whatever should be on your file .This wasn’t my first visit to you guys To have me start fresh.I just wasted half a day to come to you and have my teeth measured or god knows what she was doing for 45mins..ROUNDING UP THAT BILL ..There is that fine line between Complete dental work and run it as a business that you guys play in it very well.After all this wait To finally have an appointment and get my teeth cleaned I get nothing .

I was a loyal patient for about two years at Dental Partners of Brookline. I was advised by a dentist that I needed a dental implant. Before proceeding with such an expensive and invasive procedure (tooth extraction etc.), I wanted to ensure that I did my due diligence and advocate for myself. Accordingly, I scheduled a consultation at another dental office. I just wanted to make sure I explored all options before proceeding.I called the front desk at Dental Partners of Brookline and explained this. I also asked that my medical records be emailed to the office where I was getting the second consult at. They seemed to fully understand and had no problem sending my medical records over. An hour after I connected with the front desk staff, I received a follow up call from the office. They told me that because I was getting a second opinion at another dental office, they could no longer hold my appointment that I had scheduled for the next week. They said that the doctor was very busy and that they needed to open the appointment up for other patients. I came away from the call as if the staff was offended I had decided to seek a second opinion. There was no apology either.I was honestly shocked by this. Not only was I dealing with a serious dental situation, I was also in pain. With the office not willing to put me on the schedule for any appointment, I was left with no alternative but to proceed with future treatment at another dental office.Dentists, doctors, and anyone in the medical field (front desk staff included) should encourage patients to feel fully confident with any procedure. If that means taking time to think about it, talking to a coworker that may have gone through the same procedure, or seeking a second medical opinion, no patient should feel shamed and exiled from their doctor’s office because of it.I have decided to end my relationship with Dental Partners of Brookline because of how I was treated in this situation.

Felt Covid safe and as always the dental care was excellent.

I have been a patient here for 30+ years and have had everything from routine hygiene visits, wisdom teeth extractions, crowns, implants and the latest, my second gum graft. Dr. Boustani (Periodontist) was kind, gentle and told me what he was going to do as the procedure went on. Rebecca, his dental assistant, was also wonderful. They made sure I understood the treatment, treatment plan and what to do afterwards. I was pleasantly surprised when Leah, my dental hygienist and Dr. Blissett, Prosthodontist, stopped in to say hi and check in on me. Gum surgery is never pleasant, but if you have to have it done, Dr Boustani is the one to go to!

They thoroughly explained the procedures and the costs. The procedures were pain free. Dr. Blissett and Dr. Labib were very professional and the results have been great.

Practice is great! Their response to COVID has been amazing. Protocols and preparation made me feel safe, comfortable and pleased to get the same exceptional dental services.

I have been with this dental office for several years now and trust them implicitly. I have had to have many dental procedures and this office now looks after me and makes sure that I do my homework to sustain my dental health. Last visit was just as good as ever - I went for a routine cleaning. They performed X rays ( I need them every 5 years) and found something that needs attention - before it becomes a bigger problem.I would not go anywhere else!

It was my first appointment today with Dr. Hsieh and she amazing! So professional, friendly and attentive, also she takes time to talk about previous health history which is very important. She is oriented on a conservative treatment, rather than drilling just in case. Dr. Hsieh walked me through my x-rays and explained in every detail her opinion on each tooth. Looking forward for my upcoming appointments!

It is out of genuine appreciation and reflection that I have decided to share my noteworthy experience after visiting Dental Partners of Brookline for a cleaning and most recently a root canal. Dr. Al-Adeeb made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment I was seated in my chair. She instructed me on what needed to be done and how she was going to proceed. When I learned that I needed a root canal I was initially worried about the discomfort and pain. Within minutes she put that to rest and within an hour or so completed the procedure with the most natural of ease and confidence. Highly recommended!!! Dental Partners of Brookline is truly an exceptional place. Their customer service and care, from scheduling appointments to financing is top-notch.

TLDR: Dentist and assistants were excellent; billing and reception staff were a horror show of incompetence and poor attitude.I went to Dental Partners of Brookline for the first and only time in August 2018. I found Dr. Langton friendly and effective, he did an excellent job on a minor filling, and the hygienist and other dental staff were very impressive. Given the convenience of the practice location for me, I felt encouraged that I had found a regular dentist.However, I already had what turned out to be a very bad sign when I arrived for the appointment and the reception staff were unable to verify my insurance coverage. I was prepared for some confusion, as my medical and dental plans have the same card and ID number, which is a bit unusual. But I was surprised that they said they had called the company and could not get confirmation that I was enrolled. Slightly concerned, but sure the matter could easily be resolved, I agreed to pay my $946 bill up front. If I had known what I would be subjected to afterwards, I would have walked straight out.A few days after the appointment, I returned to the office with a ream of information about my insurance plan. I was told that with all of this, there should be no problem submitting the claim, but that they would call me if anything was the matter.About a week later, I had an uneasy feeling about the situation (being out a grand will do that), so I phoned the practice. Is everything all right? No, it turns out that everything is not all right. The insurance coordinator phoned the insurance company and didnt understand what she was told about how she was supposed to file the claim. So she gave up. Excuse me, what? You heard me: she gave up. We wash our hands of you. If you want your money back, its your problem. And no, we dont consider it the responsibility of medical billing professionals to file insurance claims on behalf of their patients. Was anybody ever going to tell me that there was a problem, if I hadnt called to ask? This woman actually told me that making this one single phone call to the insurance company on my behalf (having spent, remember, $946 in her office) was going above and beyond. When I suggested otherwise (with not one tenth of the rage I was feeling), she hung up.Fast forward nearly two more weeks later. By this point I have made about five calls of my own to my insurance company (and, by the way, my experience was that even their phone robot knew who I was every time, and I found no sign of the mysteries that completely befuddled the office staff at Dental Partners of Brookline, who supposedly do this for a living), and their representatives have phoned the practice on my behalf to talk them through filing the claim several times. Still they have failed to do this.Finally, completely fed to the teeth with this whole business, I go back to the practice and announce that I will spend my day sitting in reception until I have verified that the claim has been filed. Finally this is done, but not before (to provide a flavor) she offers me the priceless comment, [one of the largest insurance companies in North America] must have more than one phone number. I suppose they must. At least I have seen with my own eyes the fax being sent, and I can leave with the knowledge that I should never have to deal with this person again.This is all a great shame, because as I said far far above, I really liked Dr. Langton. He was excellent, and I was very impressed by the whole treatment side of the practice. Unfortunately, they could not have been more let down by the clown car cavalcade in the front office. It really is impossible for me fully to convey how unhelpful and unimpressive these people were, or how unhappy they made me.

Very professional, personable staff who are highly competent and really make you feel like they care

I was treated by Dr. Yael Frydman at the Boston office. Well, she talked me into getting braces I didnt need or ask for (con job). Then she ruined my teeth. When I contacted the office to express my concerns Dr. Frydman never responded. The secretary told me to see another office instead. I dont know if she forwarded my message to Dr. Frydman or not. When I asked them to forward my records and my molds they told me they couldnt find my molds but sent everything else. Bottom line: one year of my life and seven thousand dollars have been wasted and my face destroyed because of this woman. I would have been better off burning my money rather than giving it to her.

My hygienist Lyn Lloyd (for 20+ years) is a gem! My current dentist Ryan Blissett is delightful as well as highly skilled, as is Gabriel Bustani who did an implant about 3 years ago.

I love this place. Always a pleasant experience.

Superb hygienist! Caring staff .

I had begun biting my lower lip and nipping my tongue. I realized soon enough that the dental bridge that was installed 37 years ago had begun to shift. I lost three anterior teeth in an auto accident, requiring a bridge that spanned six of my anterior teeth. I knew it would be a complicated case and my choice of dentist would be critical. I found Dr. Julie Elpers who very capably and quickly took charge of my case; interviewed me, took a set of photographs, and made a set of dental impressions. Dr. Elpers presented a model of my mouth and a clear path forward at our next meeting. Dr. Elpers aesthetic is impeccable and we worked over several weeks, refining the temporary bridge she created for me. I broke the first temporary the night it was installed and Dr. Elpers replaced it the next day with a new and improved version; it would not be the last. Dr. Elpers coordinated my visits with the endodontist, Dr. Al-Adeeb and prepared my teeth for the bridge over several visits. She took great care finalizing the bridge before sending it off to the lab; coordinating bleaching and ensuring I achieved the best result possible. In the end the entire process took 4 months and the bridge spans 10 teeth. Not for the faint of heart, but made possible by Dr. Elpers skillful handling of my case. I could not be happier with the result! The day the bridge was inserted Dr. Elpers commented, “Now you have the teeth you were always meant to have”. I agree, they could not be a better fit both aesthetically and functionally. The entire staff at Dental Partners of Brookline was very professional, costs and payment options were clearly discussed, and I always feel taken care of. I have moved all of my dental care to Dental Partners of Brookline.

Scam artist ! Avoid this place at all cost , they charged me extra because it was the dentist day off ??? Not my problem , plus their dentist office is in section 8 building not the best experience going there.
