They were very down to earth and maintained a professional stance at the same time! I was in and out in about 10 mins. They were not pushy at all about trying to get me to buy things I dont need and they checked my lights and topped off my fluids for me. Thanks again! Ill update if anything changes.

Stopped by this morning to get my regular oil change. While waiting I just happened to say my air conditioner in my car is not blowing cold air...the guys had me pull around to another bay and ran a diagnostic on it...I was low on freon by 1 pound. They added the freon & immediately my van started cooling down on the inside!! Thanks guys for fixing that problem so I can drive in comfort for the rest of this hot summer!! The guys are very friendly, mannerly & hard working...got my vehicle done in around 20 minutes!!

Professional, quick, super helpful!! Checked my air pressure in my tires when I asked. Checked my lights and turn signals along with the oil change. Staff was friendly and awesome! One guy taught me a few things I didnt know about my tires and it was super helpful!

Great place, I am from Texas and these guys took care. I asked them to check all of my filters inside and out.They did and they didnt have my inside filter, but blew it out. These guys seem to really enjoy working there and with each other. Thanks guys..

These guys are the best! Super friendly, knowledgeable mechanics. They wont charge you an arm and a leg and wont leave you waiting long either. They will let you bring in your own parts and only charge labor. This shop is my go to for everything from oil changes to alternators.

They refused to align or work on my vehicle because it isnt stock and it has a 2 lift. Do not come here for mechanic work of any kind unless your car is completely stock. Will not be returning.

I went in for an alignment. It had only been 30k miles since I completely rebuilt the front end, and I used MOOG tie rods. They told me the drivers side needed to be replaced and charged for that opinion. I drove home and checked myself, it was as tight as the day I bought it. So they charged $25 to lie to me.Another guy was waiting there on his truck, it was about a 4 yr old pickup they were supposed to do an oil change on... but they had it screwed up bad with a brand new Check Engine light and were replacing all sorts of parts like the oil sending unit... Obviously they had messed it up and didnt know how, or how to fix it.

I went for an oil change Jan. 2021, this past weekend I noticed my skid panel hanging at forward left corner, by 1 loose bolt, 4 bolts missing and damaged. Went back to the Broken Arrow Oklahoma store and confronted the assistant manager who said Im not going to argue with me nor authorize a replacement part that got damaged because of their shotty maintenance. I should not have to check their work, I back check work on large jets, this kid manager sometimes doesnt know who hes talking to.

10 min oil change, topped off fluids and ur pressure in tires. Super friendly group of guys. Highly recommend!

Wife took vehicle to get oil change and they stripped the brand new drain plug. Now I have to go somewhere and and pay to have it taken out. Will never recommend them to anyone. No integrity.

Mechanic told me what was wrong with my car. He assured me that was what was wrong. I spent $400 on a part and that was not was wrong with the car. So I wasted $400 on his word. I was then told my car needed a new engine for about another 1500 to 2000 dollars. Very disappointed.

The guys were really nice and fast on doing the job. They didnt try and sell me something I didnt need. They are very affordable!

Had a brake job today the mechanic was very good and will be back to do the front brakes next week.

On 9/4/20 I purchased 2 new tires from this location only because they recognized an issue with my tire wear and the fact that me and my family have been customers of theirs for close to 10 years and thousands of dollars spent with them. Today 10/21/20 while returning to my car from eating lunch I noticed a nail in my tire so I went directly to Express Oil Change thinking this will be quick no hassle experience as its always been, however, I encountered a completely different attitude from the owner Scott and his team. Multiple techs came out to take a look at the tire along with my paperwork from the purchase, at which time I was told there was no road hazard warranty on the tires, which I was never offered. This I agree was my fault for not inspecting the receipt more closely to ensure road hazard was included as in the past I always get this coverage for this exact type of situation. After I was told there was no warranty on the tires the tech that originally installed them said he would go talk to Scott the owner who had the final say on if there was anything they would be willing to do to help. When the tech returned he informed me that Scotts decision was no with no further discussion or any solutions offered to help with my situation, not even an offer to sell me a new tire. I was very surprised Scott didnt come out to look at the tire or even have a conversation with me as an owner concerned about one of his Loyal customers. I know this location only has a 3.9 google rating but my experience all these years has been different until todays interaction, and now I understand why a 3.9 has plagued this location for sometime now. Time for me and my family to find and build a new relationship with an auto service location that values its Loyal customers and goes out of their way to make the customers experiences memorable in a positive way.

We have our entire fleet serviced here and they take care of my personal autos as well. Great team and very thorough. The owner is in the bay most of the time so youre not dealing with a group of hucksters that dont get it or young inexperienced techs with no leadership. You can trust them is what Im trying to say and they are competitive. Weve used others over the years and I wont go into the stories but suffice it to say when we found these guys we stayed with them. (7 yr customer)

My family and I have used these guys for our oil changes for years. Always fast and good service. Today was exceptional. Everyone was extremely friendly AND professional!! I was very impressed. I was in and out in 10-15 mins including changing my much needed air filters. They even reset my oil change button on my car, which no one else ever seems to do. They also wiped off a smudge from inside my car after changing the air filter and I didnt even have to ask. They were patient with me and my questions and offered only what they thought I really needed. I appreciated the attention to detail!

The owner is rude and unprofessional they ruined my vehicle they are suppose to top off fluids a couple days after oil change the car overheated due to not have antifreeze in it took car to shop to get fixed the mechanic says the car isnt leaking any where and their wasnt antifreeze put in the car in a while so i called the owner of express oil where i was told i was wrong and their is nothing they will do about it i advise yall not to use this service fast isnt always good. If you do please check they work before you leave.

The best place to get your oil changed. You get to sit in the comfort of your own vehicle while they do the service. 10 mins less is no joke. Knowledgeable, friendly guys. Tops everything off for you and checks lights. My husband and I love this place.

I have visited this location 5 times over the past couple of years to have my oil changed... unfortunately, 3 of the 5 have been problematic.1. Great oil change, no issues.2. Oil filter was left loose and oil leaked as a result. Tightened my oil filter myself and wiped off oil. All clear, no issues. Discussed with manager on next visit.3. Discussed oil filter loose issue from previous visit. Showed pictures of odometer, sticker, and filter. Apologized, assured it would not be an issue. No further actions. No issues this visit.4. Returned for 4th change - worker asked me to start vehicle too early. No oil in vehicle. Other workers scrambled to tell me to shut it off. Proceed to berate and scold worker. My truck ran for 30 seconds without oil or filter as a result of incompetence. I found it extremely unprofessional to scold, berate, and yell at an obvious newer in training employee although the issue was caused by this person. Result... truck engine put at risk, employee needs therapy, only an apology offered. (Thinking I should go elsewhere for number 5.5. Returned because Im a glutton for punishment and was curious as to what adventure would await me on this visit. All seemed well, but then, garage had a puddle of oil in morning. (Ive seen this before) crawled under, and to my complete and total lack of surprise, oil filter loose and oil leaked all over the floor. Returned to shop to let them know this time.. Result: put quart back in truck, tightened oil filter, apologized and ushered me back out of the shop as fast as possible. Didnt even offer floor dry for the mess they caused at home.Overall: will not return. I used to change oil back in my early 20s and worked as a part swap mechanic in Tulsa. I dont believe I have ever had a situation where I forgot to tighten the oil filter to the vehicle, much less twice. I have never started a vehicle dry either. These are mistakes that could have been very costly for your business as I would have expected to receive a brand new vehicle in exchange for a blown up engine at your expense had the worst happened on any of these trips.Management should for sure be trained better and if your customers are important to you, I would consider formal training for your employees, although the job is simple enough. Customer service is poor at best and the fact that care seems to be lacking about the shoddy work they have performed 3 out of 5 visits, i will not be returning to this location. Ill be calling corporate as well and will update here as needed.

They always give excellent customer service. Quick oil changes. A little higher in prices, but well worth it. They also allow you to buy parts for them to install at amazing prices! I saved over $300 if not more on my brakes and rotors getting changed.

BEWARE! My car has a slow oil leak and this is the only place who has changed the oil. Had to take car to dealer to find out the gasket in the oil drain plug is missing! I now have oil in my garage of a new home from a simple mistake! The staff is friendly, but they do poor work! Also, they spill the oil as they poor the oil in. Price of oil change at dealer is only $20 higher. NEVER again!

I have been here about 7 times, with three difrent vehicles. I have always been treated professionally. They offer additional services, such as brake light, filters and check engine light codes...no hard sell tactics. I really like the fact that they get you in and out in minutes.

The guys in the front are always nice and fast I have used this place for years and recommended them several times. But I went there today to get my brakes looked at and a guy was super rude when explaining the options of replacing them. He didn’t want to answer my questions. I won’t be returning. I told the main guy about my experience and he didn’t seem to care.

From now on I will be continuing to get my vehicle serviced here!! The guys there are Great and if you have any questions, they explain it to you without making you feel stupid!! Great Customer Service

Their employees have no integrity and are dressed trashy for starters.I took my truck in a few years back because my 4wd system stopped engaging. Rather than diagnose the issue they wanted to start replacing parts quoting me $160 for what I need. After I told the big guy I want it diagnosed before throwing parts at it he said he needed to do a test drive. So I gave him the keys he took off and started doing donuts in the parking lot! I got a bit upset and started cussing me out telling me I was stupid and wasting his time because he was right to begin with. After talking to a friend about it my buddy printed off the vacuum wiring diagram and helped me find a punctured line and we replaced it for 50 cents.My second encounter was when the Discount Tire next door said I had alignment wear. They recommended Christian Brothers but I came to Express because they were closer. I let them take my truck in and it came out worse than when I brought it to them. The guy was telling me he got it as close as possible they start going through the entire suspension and say everything is bad, after taking my money. Tire Engineers is a joke. The only thing they can engineer is a scam.

Spoke to them on the phone, the plan was I would drop the truck off and they would look at it and find out why it was shaking and hopefully a tune up would correct issue. Hen I dropped it off I told the guy the plan and asked if he would drive it around and diagnose the issue. I picked up the truck a few hours later and was told the engine needs to be replaced and I owe $600+ for a tune up. The engine blew 3 miles from there shop, didn’t even make it home. What a scam.

Horrible service. They told me that they would get to me as soon as they finish the lady ahead of me which would be about an hour they would do my breaks. Waited more than an hour and people kept coming getting there service before mine and then they told us they wouldn’t even be able to get to us. The workers don’t care and are just there for a check. I called Tate boys and they said they could get me in ASAP for half the price. I’ve never been more upset.

The owner Scott Price refused service on our vehicle bc we have a warranty. Only if we paid him out of pocket would he service it! He was rude & I dont recommend him.

Pricing is good! But after I got home found oil all over the skid plate and they didnt tighten the rubber cover that conceals the oil filter.It was just hanging there. I will not be going back.

Spoke with Jimmy, the mechanic. He quoted me 100.00 for changing the strut on my vehicle. When I picked it up...only 85.00! The rest of the guys were friendly and courteous. They are my new go to place.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We have taken our car here several times in the past and had never had any issues. The last 2 times we have taken, they have “forgotten” to put the screw back in for the splash guard. The first time we took the car back, they were rude and hateful because THEY forgot to put the screws back in. We took the car back for an oil change and once again, they forgot again. I will never go back to this location ever again. Not only do they forget a simple part and still forget when reminded, but they also are extremely rude!

This is one incompetent group of people. I had my oil changed there in November and they seemed ok. I returned today and they didnt have a clue. They had great difficulty removing the oil filter that they had installed in November. I was unable to get out of my vehicle because they had so much stuff in the bay that I could not open my door. I wanted to get out and help them because they need it. I asked what the problem was and got the run around. I am not going back.

Stay away from here as something has changed. Sent my daughter to them for a oil change and they forgot to tighten the oil drain plug. Told here to go back and they put 4 qtts of oil back in the car. Said the gasket was broken. Next day oil still leaking I looked under the car and they just hand tighten the oil drain plug after 3 trips on this issue. I will never go back to them. All the kids there horse around and when you talk to them about an issue the look like a dear in head lights. Stay away you will be better off. I’m imbarased for them as they started out giving good customer service and now they have people in there that do not no what service is.....

Went to get information on an oil change. A young man came, finally, after I had sat there for several minutes. When I asked about how much it cost, the young man said, Do you want the oil change or not? I dont have time for this, spit at my feet, and glared at me on his way back into the building. I left super angry, at the disrespect the young man showed to me. When I called to complain to management, a different man answered the phone, and asked who it was. Not knowing the young mans name, I stayed that hes a young Mexican guy, then I was called a racist and hung up on. I was seriously so mad, I could have wished that place to burn down a hundred times. Will NEVER darken that doorstep again!

My wife tool her car in 8/15 to have the oil changed, she usually parks on a mat but this past weekend she parked off the mat and we noticed am oil leak so we brought it to our shop to have our mechanic take a look after jacking up the car the drain plug was loose and we had lost 3 qts of oil. I called the store and go the manager and as I was talking to him about the problem he continually talked over me saying it had been a month could not be there problem....we will never be back.

I have been taking our car there 4 years I took my truck in today for oil change got home opened the hood my water tank witch should have green antifreeze in it like it did when I went there now has orange fluid in it I went back he told me they topped it off showed me a jug of green antifreeze really than why is it now full of orange whatever so I guess Ill change my coolant tomorrow myself they are fast but thats not always best I wont ever take our car or truck there again
