Concerned about this damage that was done to my wheel when having new tires put on. I found it myself.Surprised, they seemed honest and nice, but over looked the damage. Now my new wheel has the paint knocked off in a few places.Next conversation will be if they replace it for me.Updates.Good Year stands behind what they say. The manager has took control of this and is replacing the wheel. Day of installation.Walked me out and looked at what was going to be done in advance. Very impressed with how they took care of me. Accidents happen, but these guys took care of it immediately.I am so happy to have Goodyear on my truck the tire is certainly number one in the market in my mind.Every business makes mistakes, but its how you handle it which makes the difference.These guys are honest full of integrity. You dont find this eveywhere. And when you do, its a pleasant surprise.

I took my truck in to get the brake fluid removed flushed and refilled and ended up making friends with the people that were there. Jane is a really cool lady and John did a great job on my track. We will be going back there for the next oil change for both my truck and my wife’s car. They are amazing people, and that take pride in their workmanship and customer service.

If there was a zero star option I would choose it. I used to really like this Goodyear location, but maybe the staff has changed since I last went a few months ago. I took my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation about a week ago. I brought my car in at 11:30am and told them to take as long as they needed to, and I would pick it up after I got off work. At 5:30pm they called and asked if they could keep my car overnight because they were waiting on someone to come with the filter. I was upset, but told them to keep it overnight, because I assumed they had already started draining the oil, and I would make arrangements to be taken home.The next day, they called to tell my car was ready. I expected a discount for having to keep my car overnight, when it takes less than an hour to rotate my tires and change my oil. I was extremely inconvenienced by it. I asked them about it and the woman at the service counter said, Well it wasnt our fault. The parts shop wouldnt bring it to us. I dont care who did what, I am a paying customer and I was inconvenienced by your service. If it were any other shop I would have gotten if for free or half off. Goodyear gave me $5 off a $70 oil change. The woman was extremely rude, when I was being cooperative and trying to be understanding.Since then my car has started to rattle. I took my car to a mechanic and he said it was because the bolt that unscrews whenever you drain your oil hadnt been tightened well after the oil change. If Ive been driving around losing oil that could damage my engine. I will NEVER go to this Goodyear again. I have told several friends and family members and they all agree that it was ridiculous and unnecessary.

GoodYear Auto Service has a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Their technicians are expert’s at what they do, diagnose and repair your vehicle. I recently bought a used SUV, a 2004 Hummer H2, and the service 4x4 light kept coming on. Other local auto repair shops wanted $100.00 and up to diagnose the code. But GoodYear was kind and reasonably priced at only $40.00. They quickly got me and my H2 in the shop and had the problem diagnosed within minutes. It was just a selector module update needed. Great Auto Repair/Tire Shop! I highly recommended them!

Best place to take your car! They are friendly and reliable and honest. They actually called me after I had already left my jeep to get a new ac compressor and said it just needed a o-ring and saved me $400 dollars! Also called other automotive companies to get estimates and they were all a lot higher the Goodyear Auto Service. I highly recommend this store.

I had my car serviced at the Broken Arrow location and I am very pleased. They completed everything that was needed and did it pretty quickly. Service here has improved greatly since the last manager that was here and this is probably the best Goodyear in the Tulsa metropolitan area. Team really goes above and beyond even during COVID.

The service is the best in Tulsa Oklahoma area. This is the only Goodyear store I will bring my vehicles for service or repairs. I will always be Mike’s customer. The Broken Arrow Goodyear store is the very best store in Tulsa.

Home mechanic, had a problem I couldn’t ID. Went in for the free brake system check was having a problem with my front left. They shook the whole thing down, disassembled, etc... they were honest about the part, cost, and recommendations for repair I saved a ton, really pleasant to work with, didn’t act condescending when asked about how things worked, what the parts/assemblies were called. Treat you like a person not a $ sign.

Let me start from the top, I was on my way out of town for a weekend of adventure and excitement! Car packed everything in its place paid weekend off, headed out to the lake for some much needed r&r. Last stop to fill up my tank and then boom Id be on the road cranking my favorite tune by Willie, and out of the corner of my eye I see it... the most heart reaching thing! My tire was flat! And on a Saturday... I googled places to get a tire fixed and closest place was a Goodyear down on main. After reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical but they where my only choice. I pulled up on my rim and was greeted at my car by a very cheerful man who went right to work seeing the flat tire. Not only did he fix my flat tire (for free) but he also inspected the others to make sure I wasnt going to have this same issue on the side of the highway. He didnt try to upsell me any thing, he checked all my fluids and suggested a great spot along the way to stop. This man did everything he could to get me on the road on time and at no cost and wouldnt even accept a small tip for his hard work. Thank you Nate you saved my weekend!

WOW! I truly didnt think ANYTHING was free in this world any longer! My Dad suggested I go there first to see if my tire could be repaired & it WAS absolutely free! I set up an appointment online. I could have had my tires rotated for free also (!), but had a Dr.s appointment to get to. Let me say, I have never been to ANY Goodyear before so its not for their elite customers! They were friendly, efficient, it felt REALLY weird to walk out without paying anything! What a fabulous best kept secret, & yes, I will absolutely take my business there when the time comes to purchase new tires! Kudos to Goodyear for offering this absolutely free service, & I didnt receive a list or lecture about all of the service tweaks my car needed! This won my heart AND my future business! Yes Virginia, there really is a Santa Claus, or at the least a leaking tire fairy!! =)

The guy was better explained everything to me than another Goodyear on 71st.Oh it was A/C service and he recommended me to take a professional if my car’s A/C didn’t working on then go to other dealership or auto service. It is only pretty parts of my car’s needed.

Save your time and money and go somewhere else. I paid almost $500 for a brake job for the best brake pads they had and they arent good at all they are wearing out fast. They also didnt adjust the park brake like they said they would. I took it back and after being there an hour they had pulled my brake cable so tight that if you applied it. It would get stuck and wouldnt even hold my truck. Well I went home and read up on it. You actually have to adjust the inner park brake pads and not the cable. So I had to do it myself. These people are supposed to be professionals ? I have always purchased my tires from them but after this experience. I dont want them touching my truck. Im at Tate Boys tire right now getting 4 tires and a front end alignment. So long Goodyear.

I brought my Ford Fusion to have them check my AC because it wasnt cooling properly and when I came back to take my car they told me that the fans dont work and Im sure they worked now I have to buy the fans and they cost more than $ 300 I think what I believed would be fixed cheaply now it will be expensive

My family and I have been coming to this location for almost two decades, and have always had amazing service. The location is perfect, the service is friendly, and I seriously cannot say enough nice things about them.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Went in to have a window fixed on my car. Wouldnt roll up. Was told I needed a new regulator. Also had coupon for AC checkup so used that too. $422 later, took car home and window rolled up but bowed OUT, away from the door. Took it back to Goodyear, they worked on it again and said it was fixed. It wasnt. Still bowing out. Then before I could take it back up there again my AC quit. (Which they had just checked and told me it was fine). Frustrated, took car to Ford approx 1 week later. Was told by Ford that Goodyear used old brackets with new regulator that didnt match and didnt even tighten the bolts on the brackets!! Was also told I was almost completely out of freon, had a leak and the blower needed to be replaced. Thanks Goodyear for your crappy service. I could have just thrown that money out the window and got the same results. $422 at Goodyear and $748 at Ford and car works just fine now. Couldve bought a used car for that amount.

Do not use this Goodyear! I had an appointment at another Goodyear. I called to get a price comparison. The price quoted in BA was over $125 less expensive than the other Goodyear. I called to cancel the other appointment and use the BA Goodyear. I gave all my information to the gentleman over the phone and arranged for a time to have the new tires placed on my vehicle. After the appointment, the cost was over $140 what I was quoted on the phone. When I asked about the price change, he asked to see my quote from the BA store. I told them I had called and that is what I was quoted over the phone. They would not honor what their employee quoted as the price for the tires. Stay away.

Finally found a shop that can get an alignment done on my lowerd car. Very satisfied. Recomend if u have a low car they manage to get it on the rack

John the service manager was super helpful and very knowledgeable. As always they (the Main St location) is very honest and dependable.

They told me they couldnt patch my tire and tried to sell me a new one. I went to get a second opinion at another establishment and they were able to safely patch my tire and said that the lug nuts had not been properly tightened, meaning Goodyear left me driving on a hazard. And they lost one of my lug nuts..

I took my husbands truck in for brake replacement and in the midst of it more problems were found with the brakes and the gentlemen there worked with me on the cost because it was an unexpected find, I didnt feel pressured by them at all to spend more than needed, I also recommended them to my mother who hates going to a car shop alone because of people pressuring her into buying more than needed, and she was also very pleased. Definitely will return for any other vehicle needs.

Had to go to a shop to find out my vehicle was devoid of oil although was extremely under mileage for next synthetic oil change, and have 0 leaks or reasons why, other than oil was never put back in when premium oil change was to have happened. NEVER AGAIN! MGMT was supposed to address and call back. NEVER HAPPENED 3 WKS N COUNTING

Other major tire place(hib**n) said tire couldnt be repaired, these guys took time to check and were able to do it! thank you Ryan and team!

Used to use Goodyear for our car repairs, but lately their customer service has gotten worse. Last time we took our car in to get serviced, spent nearly half and hour standing in the lobby at the desk while the guy behind the counter was on the phone and busied himself with paperwork. Another customer walked in the door and the guy behind the counter immediately got off the phone and helped the other customer - completely ignoring me.Used to like this facility, but will not be returning again

It took them almost three hours to replace ONE tire. One. They are overpriced and slow. I would suggest easleys service center instead. They switched a tire out in five minutes. This place sucked.
