Christopher and Pat are knowledge, helpful, and patient. They got a nail out of my tire and fixed up some minor damage to my bumper all free or charge. They will take the time to answer any questions you may have and clearly care a lot about the quality of their work.

Repaired the tire but didnt put my spare back in the trunk correctly. I had to take the nut off the jack bolt and replace the spare in the trunk myself. Staff seems to be bothered by customers asking questions. Im not sure how thourough their work is.

My husband received outstanding service from the team at Robertson Tire today! His car began having trouble unexpectedly. Once he turned the vehicle on and pushed down on the acceleration the engine shut off. Robertson Tire was able to find time in their busy schedule to see him same day. We are so thankful for their help! Especially, because this allows for him to return to work tomorrow since he cannot spend multiple unexpected days off from work in a row.

Excellent customer service. After having a flat tire, I took my car into them today with the spare on and told them I thought I needed a tire replacement. A short time later they returned my keys and told me they’d patched my tire at no cost and a new tire wasn’t needed. I appreciate their honesty and speedy service. Would definitely recommend them!

Went to get alignment done and turned out more things were wrong, well it was going to cost 1200. I got price estimates at a couple other places all significantly cheaper than Robertson’s and my cars running better than ever for $600 less

Great staff and considerate management. Evan changed out my tires and told me the next 2 things to be prepared to have maintainenced on my car. The manager was very transparent about their pricing up front and gave me a couple of quotes to choose from.I will be back there again next time I need my car kept up.

STAY AWAY! I purchased 4 new tires for my Mercedes (a front wheel drive car) back in February from this facility. With less than 16,000 miles on the tires, the back tires belts were showing through. I took my car back into Robertson Tire on 12/27/19 and the manager/technician walked out to my car looked at it for less than a minute told my husband it was an alignment issue. My husband asked if Robertson tire would honor the warranty on it and the manager/technician said Nope and walked away.I have never written a bad review on a company before but I am telling everyone I know to stay away from this company.I took my car to Tate Brothers on 81st and Yale and the experience was like night and day. The technicians there were very friendly and professional.The tires I purchased from Robertson Tire were faulty and with less than 16,000 miles on them should have been covered under warranty.

Needed my alignment done on my 2011 BMW 328i, I called and they told me that they could do it. After getting there, the ill informed salesman told me that he couldnt align the BMW and only the dealership could do it because of sensor issues and something about resetting the computer once they had it aligned (complete bs)... I was dumbfounded considering I had my BMW 650i aligned at this shop! I ended up going to Firestone and they told me that it wasnt a problem at all and took care of the alignment fixing my camber... Thank you for wasting my time Robertson Tire, never using you guys again and Ill make sure to deter people I associate myself with to shop elsewhere..

Emailed Robertson with the type of tires I was wanting for my 2003 Civic. Shane Robertson provided a quote and set me up with a visit to the Robertson Tire located at 69th and Garnett. The staff there were courteous and within an hour I had 4 new tires at a fantastic price. This new location is clean, modern and the waiting area is spacious with a nice TV. Will be back for sure!

Just go to Hibdon...or Walmart, for that matter.First, they tried to act like they would only change tires in PAIRS. Then, they said my tires were too small; mind you, Ive been to at least three or four other places for tires since I bought my car in 2011 and this size has always been a reccommended option. So, the guy helping me asked his boss for special permission to change it. The boss guy LITERALLY said that I had to sign a waiver stating I underatood my car may blow up with that size of tire.I really needed a tire, though, and felt pretty confident my car wouldnt explode, so I went ahead with the process... until they said the price wpuld ve abput $175.So, I went back to Hibdon, had great customer service, and paid a total of $94.Also, my car is still in one piece. :)

Good place to get oil change. Not impressed with rep at desk.

I paid $110 for an oil change and some air in my tires. I left with a greasy hand print on the top of my drivers door, and 2 new chips in my passenger windows tint. Booo.

First time expirience was awful. I came for an oil service and they did not do so. I drove it for 4 and a half weeks after the service and it made a rod knock sound. So I parked it the night it did so and checked for the oil. It was completely dry. So I went to buy some (5 quarts) at an Oreilys near me to see if it would possibly stop the noise but nothing. So I waited until they opened the next day and they asked me to bring it in for them to check what was wrong with it. They called me back about 30 mins or so saying it had 7 quarts total of oil, and that it had no leaks but that the oil was dirty. They had marked my mileage from when they serviced it. They said I had only drove 1500 miles, that it could have possibly been the previous owner, but thats not the case. The vehicle was always maintenanced correctly, with receipts for proof, at the same place until it was brought here that it had problems before me as well. So until this problem gets fixed, I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. I will get a hold of the corporates office, lawyers or whatever I need for them to fix this situation.
