Had a previous repair from another shop that still seemed to be recurring. Ian’s took the time to not only troubleshoot what was really the problem but didsome preventive maintenance to help make sure the oil sensor problem (a non Honda part) wouldn’t happen again . That was several weeks ago and no ck engine light and the 06’ Element is running fine! Jake & his crew really know there stuff and keep you informed on what’s going on ! I took our Honda minivan in for a oil change, tire rotation and transmission fluid change. I had an appointment at 9am and they started on the van as soon as I got there. In and out in about an hour. I will definitely be back for some other service that our van needs.

A family member recommended me to use them and that was 7 years ago. The most honest guy (JT) Ive ever met in this industry. Actually recommended cheaper options to me on numerous occasions. Have had so many good experiences with him we purposely bought Hondas in 2015 because he is the only one I will use from now on. Great quality, even better service with honesty and integrity. I have been going to Ian for over 15 years. When I first went to him, I owned one Honda. None of our kids drove. We now have four that drive. I now own six Hondas. One of the main reasons that I do is Ian. When you find an auto repair specialist that does great work and whom you can trust totally, there is no reason to look elsewhere. I love Hondas, but I would not be tied to them if it was not for Ian.Ian has always done great work at a fair price. Furthermore, he never sells you what you do not need. He will let you know what items need to be fixed and what items need to be watched. Because of his service, I cannot see driving any other car but a Honda.I typically do not recommend business because I am afraid that others may not have the same experience that I did. However, I wholeheartedly recommend Ians to anyone needing Honda service. He is that good.

Ian is a great mechanic and this is a great mechanic to take your Honda to. They are very knowledgeable mechanics and they do great work. They are thorough, honest, and upfront with all of the work they perform before hand and they also gave a great outlook of maintenance to come in the future with pricing as well. We take my wifes 08 Honda CRV here for everything from Oil changes to replacing the front A-arms.

Stripped out my oil drain pan on my Odyssey. I called Ians shop, on a family members recommendation, and surprisingly Ian himself answered. Told me to bring it in the next morning, by 5pm my Honda had been looked at, repaired (just like they would have done at the dealership with quality parts), and was back on the road. Price was quoted lower than other shops and done the same day. Personable guy, who will now be the only person who works on my Honda. No smoke and mirrors, just quality service all the way around.

He will warn you of possible repairs needed in the future and estimate when they should be addressed. In contrast the dealer would tell you repairs needed to be done immediately. Ians is an excellent service shop with reasonable prices. Ian will take the time to go for a ride with you in your car to get his professional opinion on concerning noises you may have with your car (as was the case with me). Even though he said there was nothing for me to worry about at the time concerning the noise, i returned a year later to have them change a catalytic converter for me after the check engine light came on and gave me the cat code (which was unrelated to the noise i was hearing a year earlier). Very personable guy; i have recommended others to ians.

I got my timing belt replaced here on my 2008 Accord. They did a great job and saved me at least 25% from what the dealer quoted. They also use factory honda parts. I also plan on using them for my Acura MDX when its do for service.
