Their staff treated me like theyve known me for years, always keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle and the communication they was having with my car warranty company. Rebuild on 5-45RFE transmission took over 30 days and nearly $5,000 to complete and still had a decent leak after a 20 minute drive.Differentials re-geared to 4.56 per request of shop owner in order to maintain warranty due to over sized tires but still will not cover repair or replacement if I TOW anything with my truck.Took 3 weeks to get an answer concerning warranty after re-geared. From what Ive gathered the entire warranty is completely based on how the shop owner feels that day.Transmission feels and runs amazing, ill give him that but over all, Do not recommend.Lifetime warranty, my A$$...

I went in for my 30,000 mile check up. I had some other problems with my car, but the transmission I got from Lifetime was working great. Not only did they do a thorough check up on my transmission, they also made a few other repairs that they didn’t even charge for. I left feeling great about the service and the people who work there. Wayne the owner is very knowledgeable about transmissions and cars in general. He didnt do the flush I asked him to do because he knew it would ruin my transmission. Instead he suggested I change the fluid and add conditioner to the transmission. After 3000 miles then flush the system.

Just wanted to say thank you to Lifetime Transmissions for all the help they provided me on my Tundra. They went the extra mile to try to save my old transmission but the transmission itself just didn’t hold up. They provided me extra steps to financially cover the cost of another transmission since it can be expensive but not as expensive if you were to go to a car dealership. I have a 2012 Acadia which starting shuttering in lower gears. Took it to Lifetime after having it at the dealership and am very pleased with the service. Lifetime was professional, quick, and had a better price and warranty. If you have any issued, see them first and save yourself time and money.

Only a three year warranty? Get out of here with your blatant lies... The transmission you stated would only have a three year warranty on would not be used in a high horsepower application or for racing. It is absolutely pointless to pay significantly more for one of your transmissions if the warrantly isnt Lifetime.

The BEST transmission shop in the country. I took my 03 Dodge Cummins here for a new transmission. They got me fixed up and back on the road in just a couple of days. The transmission shifts perfectly. The ladies up front are super helpful and polite with outgoing personalities. I cant say enough good about this place. They have earned all my transmission business and I will be recommending them to everyone I run across.

I drive a 22 year old Toyota Land Cruiser with 275K miles. Its a Tank and I love it. So when I felt some shuddering I was afraid I was going to have to replace the transmission and took it to Lifetime Transmission. They performed diagnostics and told me the transmission was working fine but could use a pan service. The problem was a worn u-joint on my front axle. They took care of me and I was back on the road in no time at all. I feel they were honest and efficient and treated me well. They made me happy and would recommend them.

This is how bad the leak is, i paid to diognose it and all they did was add oil. The transmission still shifts hard and jurks when in first. Paid $230 nothing done, now the 6 quartz at 20 dollars a piece are on the street.

About 2-3 years ago I brought my 2000 model F250 in to get an entire transmission replaced. Its always had a lift and oversize tires as well as a programmer thats extremely common in the 7.3 diesel trucks. I was told my warranty would still stand despite the modifications previously done to the truck as long as it wasnt abused. After paying over $4000 I got my truck back with the new transmission and proceeded to drive to OKC right after, about halfway there I got a driveline vibration and after being stranded on the road I realized somehow 2 of my driveshaft bolts had come out! I had the truck towed back where they replaced them which still cost me time and a lot of headache. Now, less than 30k miles later the transmission is appaerently in need of another full replacement somehow and is not covered under warranty due to the nature of how it broke and the lift and modifications that were already on the truck the first time. Was told it could be due to old motor mounts and a bunch of other things and they all seem like valid possible reasons but why wouldnt any of it been looked at when the factory trans failed before putting in a brand new one? This truck hasnt towed a single trailer with the new transmission, it never gets drove hardly due to it being a secondary vehicle. I gotta say Im just overall disappointed, to spend a ton of money on what is supposed to be the best and for it to break with so little miles is disheartening to say the least. I hope everyone has better luck than I do, as even if this issue was the trucks fault somehow, it should have been addressed before they agreed to charge me for an entire new transmission in the first place. I can only hope this can be made right one way or another because I cant say a bad word about any of the people Ive met there and I know tons of people have had great luck with their transmissions.

After speaking with a few different garages, without checking my truck for accuracy, it was suggested to me to have the transmission rebuilt. My husband sent me a text one day and told me to call OK Transmissions to see about getting my truck in to be fixed. I called and spoke with Wayne. He took his time to thoroughly explain to me on the phone what kind of transmission was in my truck and the steps he would take to properly diagnose what was going on. After taking it in, he called within a few hours and said that there was no issues with the transmission itself and the computer just needed reset. Wayne literally saved me thousands of dollars and I cannot thank him enough.

I went to Firestone to have my transmission flushed a month ago. Last week my truck started shifting hard and behaving odd. I checked the transmission fluid level, and it was overfilled. Being upset with Firestone, I went back and asked for my money back. I was quoted $170 by Lifetime Transmissions to have a transmission pan service done on my Dodge Ram. After dropping the pan, they noticed there was water in the transmission fluid. This prompted the mechanics to tell me that I probably needed a new transmission, and they would wait for Wayne to return to ask his opinion, as he would be back any minute. I waited there for over an hour before I spoke with Wayne, and he told me that I had water in the transmission and I needed to have the whole thing replaced. Fair enough. The price quoted was almost $2800. I told them to go ahead and finish doing the pan service and I would think about it. Now I appreciated his insight and our conversation, but then he turned around and told his daughter (whom runs the office) to charge me an hour of diagnostic time at $105 on top of the transmission pan service. So I wound up paying $275 for a basic transmission pan service. I was there for over 3 hours. I dont mind that. Water in the transmission? Fine. I get that. I need a new one. But springing $105 on me to have a 15 minute conversation with him really irks me. After doing research, I had some additional questions about the parts for the remanufactured transmission he would be putting in my truck. I called once and was put on hold for long enough to finally hang up the phone, and then a second time I called, was told Wayne was in a meeting, and left my phone number so he could call me back. My call was never returned. Apparently, Wayne doesnt want to be bothered by me, my questions, or my $3,000. Ill definitely be spending that money elsewhere. Rosco was nice though (the dog.)

Very good service. They work hard to diagnose, research, and make sure they are fixing what actually needs to be fixed. I thought for sure my transmission needed a rebuild but they figured out by researching Toyota TSBs, all I needed was a TCM reflash and a couple solenoids. The Tundra sifts better than ever. This saved me thousands. I plan to get another 250k miles out of the Tundra.

Horrible customer service. Waynes ego gets in the way of his customer service. I paid almost $5,000 of my hard earned money for a rebuild on my transmission. The installation was shotty and left bolts loose. I asked for an inspection after the fact and was told that nothing was wrong. After a month the bolts from the flywheel came loose and tore up my flywheel, the bell housing, and the engine plate. We made multiple trips there to get the issue resolved. No rental car, no compensation for time or fuel, and then my wife and I were talked down to. Were educated people and my wife is a certified vehicle mechanic with the Oklahoma National Guard with 17 years of service. I am a Platoon Sergeant with The Oklahoma Army National Guard, Engineers. Hardly second class citizens. This man was extremely difficult to get a hold of and to work with. He has a hard time with comprehension. We definitely will not be doing business here in the future and we reccomend that others dont either. Dont be fooled by all of his national pride and military pride logos. The proof is in the pudding when you speak to someone face to face. I will be sharing my experience with all of the Oklahoma National Guard brothers and sisters. They did give us a military discount. Wayne does not stand behind his warranty. Paid 3,400 for a rebuilt transmission that lasted less than 2 years. When I went back he found every reason imaginable as to why it wasnt covered under the warranty.If you are choosing this place because of his well advertised warranty like I did, you might want to think again.Look carefully at what all isnt covered before you give this man your hard earned money!3-4-15I read your response Wayne. What you failed to mention was that you tried to charge me 1900.00 for the 2nd transmission after having my car in your shop for over 1 month.I was lead to believe it would be covered under your warranty until the day I was to pick it up. Thats the first I had heard there would be a charge. I regret having to pay you another dime much less 900.00 more dollars when it should have been fixed the first time you had it!I called you per your warranty as soon as my car wouldnt go into drive. I never had the chance to spin the tires because my car wouldnt move!

Wayne and his staff are incredible, I thought I was going to down and out a few thousand dollars for a transmission in my 05 F-150 5.4 but nope, they came through in ways I would have never expected! They went to hell and back for me with my warranty company to ensure I got the max amount out of them to cover the work done. Now, not only do I have a new transmission but its better than factory with the high performance clutch packs and special torque converter they put on ( which btw is part of their SOPS). I love these guys for everything they have done and will continue to do for me in the future. If you go anywhere else, youre WRONG!

I brought my truck in for a minor repair and the work was done. When I picked it up my speedometer was unplugged and I had to return. I had a different issue with my transmission about two weeks later. I dont think the two instances are related but since I had shelled out a good amount of money already I brought it back to see if they could evaluate the issue. I called and asked if there would be a fee for looking at it again before i dropped it off. I was told no. When I dropped it off I asked again. When I got the call they told me the tranmission would need rebuilt. When I came to pick it up I was charged $100 and told they would take that off my bill when they did the repairs. Relatively small complaint but it was enough for me to chose a different shop. The work they did do was fine but their communication was lacking.

Wayne and his boys are total D-bags. Planning to spend money in there, they watched me struggle to get my car off the trailer for 30 minutes or so. Asked a guy for a jack to move the back end of my car over and you would have though it killed him. He huffed and puffed and blew all the way to the jack.Been there twice and both times he said he was going to have to rebuild my transmission. Both times was a simple fix. His commercials are total hypocrisy.. I told him about his grumpy shop hand and that Id like to get a second opinion on my transmission and he replied so now my work isnt reputable? You should have kept your mouth shut, come get your car and Ill have my secretary write you a billMy bill for diagnostics was 219$ I will never be back and I will turn away anybody that I can to save them from his sneaky ways. I would take my vehicle to Hector then take it back to Ok transmissions . If it were possible to give a 0 star rating, I would.

Very nice people to work with. They did a great job with our honda odyssey. Our van has been driving great since they rebuilt the transmission back in January of 2014. They stand by their lifetime warranty.

Awesome customer service! I was a little perturbed about the $300-ish charge for the fluid flush at the first 30k miles after replacement. They shouldve told me, as I did tell them that I was headed to Phoenix(1st time in 3 yrs) for Thanksgiving 2016, (told her my story), kinda put a wrinkle in my budget. (Hadnt seen my Mom for a while, & wanted to do some treating!) Just went today for the 2nd 30k check, fluid looked good, according to the mechanic, told me to come back at another 15k miles, and that my battery may need to be tended to, corrosion on the + post. (I think that that is an Oklahoma thing, Ive owned this car since May 07 (in Phoenix and California and here (got here in June 14) if I need a battery next check, it will be the 5th one since Ive moved here ..... 🤔

I had a transmission rebuilt for an F150 and have already put 95k miles on it. No problems, slips, or leaks since the rebuild; especially since they check it every 30k miles. Lifetime is highly recommended if you want the work done properly.
