This location seems to have the same level of excellence as the one from 71st and Elwood Ave in Tulsa. The intake process was easy and stress free,if there are any changes I will update my review.

My father had a wreck his car and dropped it off on July 30th, 2021. Collision Works has continued to provide delay after delay, with a different story for the delay every time. Several times, they have to told us they were waiting on parts, and when they had previously told us they have received all parts, and had begun the repairs. Now, they are saying the car will not be complete until Nov 12th, 2021, and cant provide any kind of explanation. This is beyond ridiculous!

I wanted to express my experience with Collision Works of Broken Arrow and let others know that I personally WOULD NOT recommend them.I went there before with my Avalon when it was rear ended and they did a pretty good job, so I chose to go with them again when I was T-boned by a motorcycle.First thing I noticed that wasn’t jiving was the communication with the shop. They told me that the estimated date of completion would be around three weeks. I got a phone call a week later on a Tuesday telling me that my car was almost ready and that the target was by the end of day or Wednesday at the latest. We had planned on going out of town that Wednesday so we canceled our plans and stayed in town. We received no call back from the shop, so we stopped by around 3pm and I told them I was there to pick up my car. They told me that my car wasn’t ready and wanted to know who had called me. I was thinking YOU had called me. The next thing they said was that they had some bad news about the lower chrome molding. They told me that they no longer make it and couldn’t find another so they would be willing to remove the passenger side so it would match. I told them that I wasn’t happy about that and they I wanted them to continue to search for it. What upset me was there was nothing wrong with the old one, the damage occurred above it (see pitcher bellow). They discarded it without making sure they had a replacement.We drove home and we got a call from the adjuster telling us to pick up the car and that they would continue looking for a replacement part. We drove all the way back and my car was now gone. They told us that they had taken my vehicle to get the protective covering under the door handles and that the car would be ready the next day.The next day I picked up my vehicle and then later noticed that my drivers side door didn’t seem to be aligned properly. Then I noticed over spray of clear coat all over my trunk and back window, over spray on the fuel door, a missing screw holding the bumper cover, followed by the paint on the inside bracket not even being the same color.They never apologized but they said they would fix it. Now mind you I have no rental car now and they expected me to wait in their lobby. I had an appointment for 1 o’clock. I had my wife follow me up there. The lady was a bit rude and told me that they were on lunch. I told her that I did not plan on staying and was simply dropping off the car. I got a call four and a half hours later telling me my vehicle was ready. When I arrived they had no clue where my keys were and after searching they found them. They simply handed me my keys. They did not walk me out to show me what they had fixed or anything. They got the over spray off, they fixed the bumper and put some aftermarket chrome strips with a crack in the middle on each side. The door does closes slightly better but you can not only see it from the outside, but feel it still isn’t aligned. This goes for the rear drivers side door as well. When I looked at the bracket🤦🏻‍♂️😡 they didn’t even attempt to repair it.At this point I’m going to talk to the adjuster and see what they’re willing to do. Over all the body shops did a rush job and in my opinion, a piss poor job. I won’t ever go back.Update:I took my vehicle to another body shop and they pointed out that the front door is supposed to be new, but it somehow has a dent in it already...? The rear door is a used door. They painted over my vin numbers on the inside panel that shows the body panel is a matching part. So now I have this small discolored rectangle box mixed into the paint.The rear rim that was supposed to be repaired was moved so I didn’t see it when I picked it up. The rim looks like they put some type of degreaser on it and it ate away at the coating on the rim and also stained the area around the lug nut area. It looks terrible. Both doors are not aligned properly and this is what is causing outside noise to leak in. Over all Collision Works did a piss poor job.

Make sure you double check their work. They are forgetful, leave unused parts and tools in your car, do not complete work.Management is not ensuring quality and completed work is delivered to the customer. I had to make two trips to pick up my car. But both times it was not ready for pickup. They fixed the problem, but I had to wait an hour the second time for something they could’ve done before I showed up. I shouldn’t have to correct them twice.

Did a very good job on my Escape looks like new and they even vacuumed our the inside.

Staff were very friendly and professional. They were very timely My car looked beautiful again inside and out. I will definitely share my experience with my family and friends.

I am sincerely impressed with Collision Works. The communication was top-tier. I was consistently kept in the loop during the repair process and more importantly, my vehicle was ready as scheduled! While Collision Works is a preferred repair center for the insurance of the person that damaged my vehicle, I wouldnt hesitate to have them restore any vehicle of mine in the future. Highly Recommended!

Top of the line professionalism. From the first time I dropped my car off until I picked up my car. I was kept informed and updated on the progress of my car. This place runs so well. Airen kept me updated frequently, everyone I had contact with was friendly and professional. My car looked amazing when I picked it up, they did a fantastic job detailing it, and I wasnt even expecting that to be done. AND, it was done 5 days early. Very satisfied!

Ashley and the entire team were wonderful from start to finish, even when there was an issue they hopped right on it and got to work. I have already referred multiple people to them because of their amazing craftmanship and customer service. I hope I never have to be back, but if I do, Im choosing Collision Works in Broken Arrow without hesitation. I missed my car so much, and they kept me up to date on her during the entire situation.

They did a great job on the body work they actually did however they are not the greatest at actually telling you what is wrong mechanically with your vehicle. We spend hundreds of dollars to fix what they said was wrong just to have the problem still be there. Now we have to spend more money you find out and fix the actual problem.

I came to get my front bumper replaced and the team here took very good care of me and my wife and the pricing was extremely reasonable. In fact it was a lot better than I expected. Highly recommend!

I had a rattle noise in my jeep for them to fix prior to another collision center doing work on it. Had to call to get updates. I was told that they had to order parts and that I would get a phone call which I never did. Found out that no parts were ordered. Also, I was told that they couldn’t find the noise and as soon as I left, I heard the noise. Not hard to miss. I had to call to see what was going on and then finally I asked could I just pick it up and he said yes. Waste of time.

Horrible experience. Please use any other collision company. Caused damage to the interior of our new vehicle after we took it there for repair. Called multiple times and stopped by and was told a manager would call us back to fix the damage. Never received any call. Horrible business and customer service

My insurance, Geico, sent me there. They had a geico rep on site to inspect my car, got me into a rental and showed me exactly what they would be fixing and reassured me that it would be good as new and sent me on my way all within 20 minutes. They also kept me in the loop and sent me update texts and if I needed to ask a question they were quick to answer. Got my car back in perfect condition and a lifetime guarantee as long as I have the car. Posted are before pics.

Took my car in for hail damage, and could not have had a better experience. they even apologized about not being able to get all the dog hair out of the upholstery...yeah, that would have required divine intervention or a blow torch. they are great folks.

The work was good, the staff was easy to talk to and they tried to do right for us during these COVID 19 situation.However, more responsibility on their behalf would show character about their customers being important plus giving accurate information on when exactly your car would be ready.Overall the experience was decent, but not a 5 star experience, but a barely 4 star as they offered perks due their error.Now more work need to be done on taking ownership about their suppliers, part and beOmg transparent with their customers

The girl up front was very friendly the guy that did my mother-in-laws car after her Collision did a really good job it actually looks better now than it did before the wreck I highly recommend them. Also they are very knowledgeable very helpful especially for the situation.

Only reason I’m not giving one star is because of the estimator that helped me previously. (She was fantastic). However, I came in this time to get an estimate on painting my entire car and getting some dents removed. First thing I hear is “Uuuhhh, I’m gonna tell you right now it’s gonna be anywhere from 5k-10k” with an extremely bad tone from an estimator named Ashley. I then showed her what all I wanted and that I was hoping to do some of the r&i myself to save money (I’m a mechanic). She kept on saying “You’re gonna get a better deal elsewhere”. I wanted quality work not quick/cheap work. Money was absolutely not an issue, but she wanted nothing to do with it. I don’t know if it’s because it was going to be a big hassle to write everything up, or if it was because she saw an older car and assumed I wouldn’t be able to afford the job I was referring to, regardless, I was extremely displeased.

TL;DR: Collision Works may be an okay business, but avoid working with Jerry if at all possible.My car was sent to Collision Works of Broken Arrow after hitting an animal while moving from one side of the country to the other. The car was originally anticipated to be a fairly inexpensive repair that my insurance would take care of, so I left a few items in my vehicle. After replacing the starter, Collision Works discovered my engine seized upon hitting the animal, so it was deemed as a total loss. Jerry, the Collision Works employee in charge of my vehicle, stated that he would be able to find and ship my personal belongings to me at my new apartment in Minnesota.We called Jerry several times after the car was deemed a total loss to have those items shipped. Jerry said he will look in the vehicle and call back each time, but never called back. The car was sold to a car lot in Tulsa on a Tuesday (which I found out when I called my insurance company - not from Collision Works). Despite this, Jerry still claimed he would look through the vehicle for my belongings. Jerry did not admit the car was already sold off already, nor did he ever call me back regarding my belongings. After a few days of Jerrys empty promises of looking through my car and sending my personal belongings, I ended up calling my insurance and the car lot to retrieve my belongings. Those companies, unlike Jerry, were very honest and helpful in retrieving my belongings.

The team at Collision Works is so wonderful! My car was done EARLY, and it was so clean. Everything was fixed above and beyond my wishes!I also love that they have Enterprise in shop! One stop shopping, and Robert from Enterprise was so helpful!Wouldnt go anywhere else!

I recently got into a fender bender on St Paddy’s day since someone ran a red light but thank goodness for full coverage because my insurance paid for everything that needed fixed and now my car looks new again! I would highly recommend this location to anyone that’s needing body work done because the customer service was amazing and Jerry kept in touch with me the whole time my car was in the shop getting worked on plus I got daily texts which was really nice! I would definitely go back again!

I needed my mirror painted fast so i took it up was helped straight away it was looked at given a estimate and was out of there to come back the next day for it. It was painted perfectly and looks great. They are amazing and ill be sure to be back if i need help!

My car door took on an automatic gate and lost. Over extended my door and bent the brackets. It wasnt a major repair but they still made my repair a priority. They drove me home when I dropped my car off and picked me up when it was done. They were very nice and cleaned my car without me asking. I will be back for other repairs.

Everyone was friendly from the time I walked in the door. My car was dropped off on a Monday and was repaired in a timely manner. I had it back by Friday so I was not without a car on the weekend. They were nice enough to inform me my car was having battery problems. I am pleased with the job that was done. I would definatly return.

I went through you all before when my chevy cruze need to be fixed after a wreck. But this time, we went up there got an estimate, waited on the insurance to do their part. Which gave us less than the estimated amount. My husband try to call Collision Works last week and they stated that they was going to figure out the insurance parts, that they would call us back. That was a week ago. My husband called again today, the person was at lunch, he asked to make sure someone calls back. We have yet to have our phone call returned. Therefore, we will be going somewhere else to get our vehicle worked on. Very disappointed, because we was impressed the last time. My 3 car wreck was on January 27th. My Charger looks perfect like nothing ever happened to it. Their staff is very nice and they keep you informed throughout the whole process. They even have an Enterprise employee on-site so I was able to drop my car off and get a rental car in 15 minutes and made it to work on time. I would definitely recommend them. They do great work.

Brought my teenage daughter’s 2007 Honda CR-V in for rear end damage from a fender bender. They had a rental car office in house and that made it easy to drop off and drive away. They provided text message updates daily/weekly.When my daughter picked her suv up and drove away, there were engine lights and other indications of electrical issues. Suddenly her vehicle stopped working and she was stranded on Hwy 169. I freaked out and called the shop furious and had a long conversation with James. He had a wrecker pick her up, and brought her to the shop where they gave her another rental. I was worried they had inadvertently messed up the electrical system while replacing the rear gate of the SUV.James was really polite and put up with me being in “Protective Dad” mode. He had a dealership look the entire vehicle over and determined that the root cause of all the lights/issues was as simple as a car battery replacement, which he did for us.I will bring all my vehicles to this shop from now on because they are true masters of craftsmanship as well as their customer service.Thank you.

When the insurance company cut us a check for our damages I asked if they wouldnt mind me installing an aftermarket ARB Bull bar. They encouraged me to do so. This place at first refused to install the bumper. They then did so reluctantly, but failed spectacularly. The wiring is still botched(right indicator still doesnt work), and they lost a screw that holds on the indicator face plate. They replaced it with a cheap untreated board screw that has corroded in less than a month since installation. They strongly dislike anyone that wants them to do things differently than they normally do, and will second that emotion with attitude and poor service. So if you are an individual that knows absolutely nothing about the work they do and just want to drop off your vehicle to have brought back to factory conditions then this place does good work. However; if you know what they do, and have preferences that need to be met, be aware they will give you a lot of attitude, and push back. Getting things you want at this place is hard, but letting them do their work with no alterations or changes seems to produce good work.This place has room to grow, but I doubt that growth takes place.

Absolutely fantastic! Painless and easy from the time I checked in to the time I picked up my vehicle. They handled everything and kept me updated with texts and phone calls. Store Leader James Cornell went out of his way to remove and install a headlight and replace the headlight bulbs on my 2013 F350. He offered to do this free gratis as good will for his work. He did an excellent job, even when confronted with an access problem not anticipated. He also pointed out some incongruities on my vehicle that I was unaware of.As a result, I went ahead and scheduled some repair work on the front bumper I had been putting off for some time.The friendly attitude of both James and his associates will have me returning for future work on my vehicles.

I was a first time customer and initially did have a good experience. My car seemed okay at first when I picked it up but wasn’t detailed well. After driving on the highway I noticed a normally static piece of my hood flapping. I stopped and I confirmed that the tabs on the piece were broken. I brought it back the same day to have them confirm that THEY broke the part during installation. They also lost my cup holder divider. Hot coffee pouring into your car is not fun. Jerry told me he’d order the party and since then I have tried to contract Jerry with collision works multiple times. I have continued to be dodged and sent to voicemail. I do not recommend working with them in the least. These guys are do not stand by their work.

Today I went into Collision Works and was greeted by 2 women up front and the manager. Nicole took my information and went out to my car and took photos. Getting in a wreck is so stressful. Nicole made this experience less stressful. She sent the photos and estimate to my adjuster as soon as she was finished with my estimate. She helped me out so much! Not even an hour later she called me telling me my adjuster had approved repairs and they are getting me on Monday! Great customer service! I will recommend this shop to EVERYONE!

I highly recommend this facility for any body work... I already experienced their services twice, first an E150 commercial Van after an accident and the second for 2015 Trax for minor side mirror trim replacement. And both times they were fast, honest, well priced and on time.

Excellent service! They quoted me 1-3 days to fix my car and I dropped it off on a Monday and picked up on Tuesday. They charged exactly what they quoted me, even though they broke a part on my car during repair, they replaced it in the shop free of charge. They also cleaned the outside and the inside before giving me my car back! I would definitely take my car there again!

Amazing place with AMAZING employees! Long story short. I was 4 hours from home stopping in Broken Arrow only for lunch. I noticed the plastic engine splash shield under my car was dragging on the ground. They were close buy so I drove there first. I told them my situation and I had to be in a meeting in Derby, KS in a couple of hours. They took my car in and less than 10 minutes it was fixed. When I was handed my keys back, I asked how much do I owe... I was told NO CHARGE!! PEOPLE... There are not too may places like this around anymore. Meaning... Customer service and customer well being come first. Knowing I was from out of town and would probally never be a repeate customer and still showing an act of kindness... I am truly thankful, and this is the reason Im taking time to recommend them and writing this post.

It took two months to get my vehicle back. I received two + calls per week telling me we are still on target.....never was told WHAT the target date was.....received a voice message this morning instructing me to call (nothing else was said) when I called I spoke to Nicki. There is absolutely no way this woman could have been more rude. This woman spewed venom over the phone. She definitely should not be working in Customer Service. I asked to speak with a Manager and got James on the phone. He answered my questions as to why I was instructed to call.....however when I addressed the issue of the rudeness of Nicki he was dismissive and cut the call short. I will speak with my Insurance Company, let them know how I was treated and suggest they look elsewhere to send their a Customers. I’ve been with the same Insurance Company for 26 yrs. My car looks as good as new! No hassle, great people, clean and organized environment, etc.Theres an Enterprise agent in their office, so between the estimate and getting a rental car, I was in and out in no time!They also have free (and optional) text alerts that keep you updated along the way. I dont think I could have had a better experience.
