The Gentleman behind the counter is friendly and efficient! He recognized me which shocked me to begin with and he knew what I needed just by remembering my recent drop off! Like π€― Thank You!
Our post runner has been returning our mail (mainly my husbands) writing it as abandoned lot even though she has been delivering here for years. Our post box gets left open during storms and recently half our packages have been hijacked and not delivered yet its posted as delivered with text message. I had a 200$ (pendant price< obviously more for chain and delivery)hand forged necklace that came from Germany for Christmas and never got it and now only half my packages are being delivered and most are thrown to a door and almost everything I buy is fragile. So you can guess what happens. I am always home when it says my packages are do that day(week) its gotten very ridiculous that I prefer dhl over post. π’π‘
I was just in the post office and a worker physically threatened me for taking boxes that are provided to tax payers by tax money
The people are alright but they close way too early for anyone that works to reasonable get there to pick up mail. Combine that with them being closed for pickups on the weekends gives them the worst possible hours. Even being open a single hour longer would help a lot. Im not sure how they expect people to pick up mail closing so early.
I went in this morning at 9:06am on 5/21/21. No customers in the building and no postal worker behind the counter. At 9:09am, I said, yoo hoo, hello? A man came out to the counter, definitely not happy. I asked if I could paste an address on an international form. His interaction - No you cant.... write it out , then he grabbed a banana from the counted turned around and walked away without a backwards glance! As a 60 year old woman, I was stunned! I was dismissed! I didnt see a name tag. I then drove to the National Postal branch, paid my $44 for the package I sent out without attitude from workers there. Absolutely horrible and if he was having a bad day, you dont pass it on to unsuspecting customers. Awful!
Friendly staff. Old-timey interior. They dont take packages on Saturdays. (They may not be open on Saturdays at all now due to the pandemic.) 5 stars.
Worst post office in Bremerton avoid it like the plague. Highly disorganized and extremely slow service.
Went downtown on 6th street to get a flag for my dadβs burial at the national cemetery, needed a form that I did not know about, the clerk at the post office went online print it out for me so I didnβt have to run to the VA, very helpful, Definitely recommend this post office
The folks that work this branch are fantastic. They are always quick to help, and will take as much time as you need. Have had a P.O. Box there for years, and it is a well maintained branch, always clean and warm in the winter, and clean and cool in the summer.
Went to get our mail this morning and our mailbox was gone! Itβs a communal mailbox! And itβs gone? Wth
Recently theyβve been delivering my package to the wrong address consistently. Iβm not sure why that is- perhaps itβs the carrier change but itβs ridiculous that they canβt read the address for packages coming from Amazon.
Always friendly & helpful, thank you to all who work there. Love our local po!
I paid for priority shipping and itβs been 4 days and I still havenβt received my package. The roads are clear so whatβs the problem! The usps suck at delivering mail on time you all should be fired
Women that work behind the counter is totally rude
Lady at desk was absolutely disgusting.I donβt know what the issue she was having with the gentleman she was helping, nor did I understand the situation, but he was being quiet and she was extremely rude and kept the conversation going to tell him how he was making us all wait and kept continuing to be rude to the gentleman. He turned around without saying anything as he left, and she pettily said a loud βand good day to you sirβ with a petty salute to him (he was in a military uniform) as he walked calmly down the steps. When I got up to the desk, she didnβt say a word to me. Just took my package while I said my βplease and thank you.βIf you canβt be at least professional as a person working in a customer service position, you shouldnβt have that job, period. Once you deal with a situation, you need to let it go and move on.Again, I donβt know the situation nor did I understand what was going on, but being petty and rude only makes you and your company look unkempt, unprofessional and most of all uncontrollable to itβs employees.Hopefully management sees this and fixes this issue.
I can not begin to imagine what the post office in The Brem is like. Deserving nothing short of five stars, surely.
Even when its extremely busy, the customer service is SO friendly and helpful.
Fairly quick service by the friendliest USPS staff I have encountered in a long time.
Great employees, P.O. boxs are cheap and efficient. Wish they were open on Sundays for accessing the P.O. boxs but never the less a great service is provided.
The building is nice and the staff are both friendly and helpful.
Went in for stamps, got stamps. Mission accomplished!
A little slow with customer service. Long lines
Poor hours for working people isnt open on Saturdays...
Very friendly and knoweleknowle.
