I was supposed to receive a package overnight and had to pay over $100 on shipping, the address was put wrong on the package but like a number. So i kept trying to have them hold the package at this location. But it woulrnstill go out on the truck every day. Took 4 days to get my overnight package.. waste of over $100. Stickimg with USPS from Now on. I will say the lady at the center was very nice and helpful but trying to even get through the phone prompter to get to her took forever.

FedEx has the worst customer service only second to Best Buy. You can not connect to any actual person because you have to get past their automated system that can’t understand a single word you are saying. I tried for over an hour just to track a package that is a gift for someone and I never once was able to talk to a human being. This shipping company has failed to uphold quality service almost ever time I have used them and they make it feel like they don’t actually care anyway.

Ive worked in a few different customer service related industries. Im very thankful to never have worked in package delivery.5 stars because the 2 hour FEDEX hate stand-up piece I was able to make in the spirit of the great Bill Burr should get me a NETFLIX special.If I were a member of the reddit group Wallstreetbets I would be making memes about how awesome it would be to short FEDEX stock.The FEDEX records show you stopped by and tried to deliver my package around 9:30am on a Monday morning. Who is at home waiting for packages at 9:30am on a Monday? I know you werent because you were at work delivering packages. I was also at work. Why arent you delivering packages at 8pm when people are actually home?When I drove 20+ minutes after work to your warehouse I had to spend another 20 minutes trying to pull up my apartment rental website. Because there is almost no cell service at the warehouse. Because my drivers license still has my old address on it. That would have been good to know before I drove to your office. Then I drove the 20+ minutes home. Plus the 1 hour window to pick up my package the same day I missed you because I was at work at 9:30am on a Monday and for some reason you close at 6pm.The reason I was given for needing to prove my address was that people have come through with fake ID cards. I had 2 forms of photo ID with my name and picture but those werent good enough. I have to travel for work so I hope to god I never have to pick up a FEDEX package because Id be out of luck.If someone owns a fake ID card maker and goes around grabbing missed you FEDEX tickets off of peoples doors how is this person not smart enough to just check my mailbox to see what my full name is and use the real address to make their fake ID to steal packages by showing up to the distribution center?Why cant I just pull up the email from the sender showing they delivered my box with you guys plus a photo ID with my name on it? Do you want to start using the last 4 of my social even though nobody is actually supposed to use that as an ID number because its not secure?

Super Friendly staff. My favorite FedEx office. Ive been shipping Artwork here for years and my packages always arrive safely.

Ill keep this short.Attempted delivery, left no note. They did not try to deliver to the apartment office as stated in the confirmation i received nor did they use the package lockers provided by the apartment community. I had to leave work early to go pick up my package because their online last pickup times were 445p, however my confirmation said anytime AFTER 5p. So to be safe Iafe sure I drove the 45mins to get my package.The young lady working at the shipping center was AMAZING and the SOLE reason this is at 3 stars not 1.TLDR; dont take a delivery job if your to lazy to actually deliver the packages.

Manager Johnny Rivera or whatever is name is called the police on me after refusing to give me my package . That I provided ID and proof of purchase for. Package wasnt delivered by driver cause he stated the address was wrong .. address was correct! Idiots

Worst shipping company IMO, RTS discussion with driver right in my driveway, then next day, another driver comes through and drops off same package I RTS requested. Then getting avhold of anyone is impossible, then next day driver comes through and doesnt even pickup their mistake. These guys are a waste of time and money.

So frustrated. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Each time i spend between 1-4 hours on the phone trying to extract information from them. Its like pulling teeth to get helpful answers. I have driven all over and knocked on doors to see if anyone has seen my 6 foot tall by 3 foot wide package.This time i ordered some chain link fence screening to install at my shop to be in compliance with the code that all auto shops must have the vehicle storage yard screened from view. I did this so the package arrived Saturday and i could have plenty of days to get this installed before my final Inspection Thursday. ------ WELL no package Sat. So Monday i called at 4:30 and was told it was delivered Sat. Really? Apparently to the wrong address they told me. I was promised they would talk to the driver that delivered it Tuesday morning (because they could not call/msg the driver immediately and ask like UPS does???) and call me to let me know where the package was misdelivered. I Did not get a call as promised. Tuesday i call at 4pm and get some info as to what street it was delivered to. Go there and cant locate it. Its now Wednesday and still no package. Called and they said they are trying to retrieve the package,..... Well looks like ill fail the county inspection and most likely be fined and who knows if they will even allow my business to stay open... :( Should have just bought the stuff from Amazon specified UPS and it would be here by now.Thanks Fed Ex you really put the X in your delivery service. As in strike, fail, and this being the 3rd time over 4 years this has happened you wont be seeing me or my business using your service. If the worlds ending but a delivery could save it, i will bend over and kiss my a** goodbye.

Yesterday, we had a package delivered. The driver left it at the top of our driveway half way under a bush where is was not visible, and we were not notified that the delivery was made. When my husband was leaving for work this morning, he found it because he practically ran it over. Fortunately, the contents were not damaged, but if he had been a few centimeters over it would have been destroyed. When I called to ask if it is required of FedEx drivers to deliver to the door, the woman on the line was rude and told me that it is not required of FedEx drivers. USPS and UPS both deliver our packages directly to our door like responsible delivery people should. I will not be using FedEx in the future as this is not the first time we have had packages left in unusual and irresponsible places.

Went to pick up my new mattress today. The box was the single most damaged package I have ever had delivered to me. I find it hard to imagine a professional shipping company treating merchandise with such disregard.

It IS a place to drop off and ship packages!It ALSO has a drop box.It stocks shipping items, ie FedEx boxes, envelopes ect...It is a trucking pick up Center, but that is only 1 function.The PEEPS are AWESOME! .. My printer is NOT awesome (my personal suggestion is to never buy an Epson). . Not too far off topic, but since my Epson printer was not printing out my labels and barcodes to be scan-literat staff had no problem keying in my packages. ... on more than 1 occasion I should add!Unlike other FedEx drop off sponsor sites/stores,...I shall not name them. This store always has gone out of their way to make sure my package is get on there way.

Home Chef box is supposed to be delivered at my door with no signature when not home. (Which is what happened for previous deliveries) Todays delivery for whatever reason was delivered to the office which closed early due to the weather. So my food gets to sit all weekend rotting in the office instead. Thanks.
