I was always afraid of going to autoshops, because i am a small petite girl with very little knowledge in cars, therefore easy target to get ripper off. When i first started going to ace with bob, he was very transparent about everything. I agreed with all the reviews down bellow, until one time i went in for wheel rotation and alignment, drove 3 minutes out of the shop and my wheels literally came off while i was driving on us 301. They are lucky nothing happened to me. They were able to fix it, with the exception of one minor part that they were going to order and call me when it comes in. (3-5 days they say). It has been 2 months and i have not received a call. Their lack of communication and attention made me feel like an unvalued guest and put my life at risk. You have lost a customer.

Bob is wonderful. Not only is he professional and accommodating, he is very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend you visit him for any automotive needs.

Hands down, the best repair service that I have had. The price is excellent, the team is very friendly, and most importantly, they are completely honest! I came to them Because I had a shop tell me I needed brakes and it cost me $1000 to fix. So I looked around and I got a quote from Ace and it beat the competitor by a great deal. After I dropped the car off I got a call from Ace and they told me that I don’t even need brakes at this time, that I had 30 to 40% left on the pads and that I could wait a little bit before they’re changed out to get the full use out of them! I will be back to them and recommend them to everyone.

Great service, honest.. I took my 2016 Buick in to have the trunk latch replaced.. I was quoted by Sunset Buick in Sarasota that this would be a 2 hour job, flat rate and would cost just for labor over $300.. Ace did it in 20 minutes.. The job was done perfectly and for a lot less than was quoted by the Buick dealer. This is my go-to shop from now on..

Took my Challenger R/T to these guys after a botched header install from another shop. The team was polite, informative, honest, and just overall great to work with. The shop was incredibly clean with many well-off looking classic vehicles on the premises. They confirmed my suspicions about what was wrong with my headers, and installed a new gasket/bolts to fix the leak promptly.I told them from now on I would be taking my car to them for anything I need in the future. Take your car here, you wont be mistreated/disappointed.

Ive never went through the process of putting a car in the shop before so I was hesitant to call anyone from fear of getting ripped off. I was just about to sell the car for parts and get a different one. But I found ace automotive on Google and me and my wife felt comfortable with the reviews. So we called and Bob was very friendly and professional. We did not feel comfortable driving the car to the shop so he recommend Scotts towing (who was a huge blessing to us and wasnt expensive) I must say Bob and his team are very honest, friendly and they explain everything to you in detail! I will absolutely be coming here in the future. Our 2003 Nissan altima needed a new cadillac converter, transmission and a few other things. They were able to find a good transmission with low mileage for cheap. My wife and I thought we would have to get a new car but nope! Bob and his team took care of us! Total it was only $2,050!
