It was a great experience dealing with MCI. Bob Koss, salesperson, explained the process for our 2 sliding glass doors to be installed. The installation crew was meticulous and covered everything with plastic(ceiling to floor). They cleaned as they were installing doors. They were very respectful of our home and finished the job in less than 4 hours! The doors look beautiful and everything went just as Bob told us it would. This is very rare, I just went through a full kitchen remodel and can’t say the same about that process! I highly recommend MCI! Thanks for a job well done!

This company was excellent, from the salesman bob koss, to the installers. The installers were professional, clean, and polite.Only one problem,, out of 9 windows, sliding back door, and front door, one window was the wrong size, so it delayed,,otherwise, five stars!Would definitely recommend

My windows are beautiful. I looked for other companies to have a nice glass texture for bathroom windows and other companies had the old-looking texture. The options at MCI were greater. Prices were competitive and most importantly, the service was great. Always answered the phone or returned my calls within minutes. Very professional and friendly.

Installation went smoothly. Joses team did a great job. A minor adjustment was needed afterwards. Kenny took care of the problem. Would highly recommend them!

MCI installed a beautiful high impact front door at our home. Several months later a crack of unknown origin developed in one of the glass panes. They removed the affected door, replaced the affected pane, and reinstalled the door. Looks great, excellent service, thanks

Not a good experience Todd came out was having personal issues things took longer then he promised. I called got Stan very nice wish I would have gotten him maybe I would have purchased windows from them. Beware they charge engineering fees! Not all window companies do.

After much intense research with many companies that offer hurricane impact window and doors, I decided that MCI Impact Window an Doors was the company that earned my business. From start to finish MCI Impact Windows and Door have been an amazing company to do business with! Bob, the sales rep, advised me of what my best options were to get my entire home done keeping in mind my budget and the amount of money I had to work with. I was given many options and was educated as to the type of products offered. He was extremely patient and answered my numerous questions with great knowledge and expertise and did not try to oversell me on anything. Most importantly they paid attention to the fine details and communicated with me every step of the way. The install team were on time, very knowledgeable about the product and very efficient, not to mention immaculate in their workmanship which you dont get with a lot of contractors these days. Once completed, the crew made sure that my entire home was left in perfect condition. Just had all my windows and sliders replaced by mci. im giving them 5 stars for a number of reasons. first, they gave me the best price on some very nice impact windows and doors, second the salesman Bob did not try to upsell or force the sale he just supplied me with the info I needed and answered all my questions, third the install crew did a terrific job particularly with a couple of very heavy and difficult to access arched windows, also they were prompt, careful, covered everything up and cleaned up after themselves every day. Im not saying the job was perfect. as in any major project there were a couple of glitches. however, mci reacted immediately and worked with me to get them resolved to my satisfaction. doing window is a big, stressful undertaking, but certainly worth the effort, i love the new windows and doors. if you decide to make that leap give mci a call

It was during the peak time of the coronavirus in March that we found out that in order to get flood insurance we had to replace 2 doors. Most companies never returned my call. MCI did and came out the next day. We had 3 quotes that week. MCI was the most reasonable but most importantly we really felt comfortable with how they did business. They were a great choice. Their employees were respectful and kept the job clean.We would not hesitate to recommend them fully!

Took awhile to get my new slider, front door and back door. Just double check your order to make sure everything you ordered is correct.The workman ship bar none was 5 star. If i could give a 6 I would. Kenny that installed the front and back doors did a fantastic job. Cleaned up each day. Great workmanship and pride.

I interviewed 3 companies for door installation. This company explained fully the different options in quality, procedure and pricing. The prices were not the cheapest nor the highest, but fair and acceptable. All my questions and concerns were addressed. They came on time, cleaned up after themselves and did excellent work. My next job for this fine company will be installation of impact windows and doors. Impact saves money on electric bills, they are great for noise reduction and security. I’m thinking of also adding accordion shutters just in case one of the impact windows gets any minor cracks from my neighbors loose S-tile during a major hurricane. Double protection!I will recommend this company to anyone needing impact doors and windows!

We were very pleased with the customer service and installation of our new sliding door. Kamila at the office was so nice and she kept us updated from installation to inspection. The installation team were right on time and did a superior job, very neat and clean. I highly recommend this company.

Started process at end of summer. Proposal was within budget and better than competition for same window manufacturer. Installation was prompt and efficient. Neat and cleaned up after. Protected furniture during install. A couple windows needed ballast adjustments. Adjustments were made once manufacturer sent replacement parts. Only minor issue is I needed to call them to verify appointments. Good, honest contractor

For a few years we had been wanting a new front door with glass to throw light into our living room. When the Home Owners Association adopted a new policy to allow modern door styles we started to examine the market and availability of contractors. We settled on MCI because of what we had seen trawling the internet. We had a visit from Todd Gravitt who came to advise on stiles, specifications, hardware and importantly costs. From the brochures he left we settled on our perfect combination. After a further visit to measure and confirm the choices, we committed to this company and product. After a few weeks, and following contact from the office, the door fitter arrived and spent 7 hours installing our new door. It is beautiful and our visitors love it. It was very well installed with every detail being carefully finished. This is not the cheapest of doors, but it looks and feels like the Rolls Royce quality. For us it is the perfect door and MCI were excellent all through the process. The communication from the office was impressive - efficient and professional - with contact initiated by the company to keep us informed at every stage. This company comes highly recommended.

We hired MCI to install entire home with hurricane impact windows, impact slider, and do some major structure work in my home. It was a good experience throughout the entire process. The windows were delivered and installed with no issues. The structure work was also completed as promised. We had no issues in communicating with anyone at MCI or getting responses to any questions. Would definitely hire again.

MCI is a reliable and professional company. Todd was great at following up with us. It took us a while to make a decision and we interviewed other companies and MCI was the only one that kept in touch with us. The job was done really fast and JP and his partner that came to install the windows were professional,friendly and they cleaned and took care of our house. The process is lengthy but I would recommend MCI for your windows. You will be happy with the work.

Purchased new front exterior doors & new cabana door with construction.paid 50%deposit 4.30.19.Front doors with construction to remove atrium window above exterior doors enclose and install larger doors.This was started 6/24/19/ another request for payment which paid everything except 10%. Cabana door was installed 7/3/19. Contacted sales person that doors installed were installed with a lock we cannot lock and unlock. Threshold color was incorrect. Grayish doors, brown threshold installed. This week 7/23/19 via email addressed owner and copied to salesperson needed to resolve door issue. (Note during this month that has passed since installed not a word from company about resolutions) Bob Ross stated he would have a resolution the next day. As of today still no resolution. It was stated the correct threshold was in. But still not installed. My question why was the wrong color installed ?So now they have most of the money. I have doors that are not right and no resolution. 7/26/19

MCI did an excellent job of installing a four panel sliding glass door, a two panel sliding glass door and a three panel window. Their work was precise and done in a timely manner. Their product and workmanship was of very high quality and the workers were courteous and efficient.

I recently used MCI to replace all the windows throughout my new home. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism & the quality of this company. The salesman did not pressure me at all & was extremely knowledgeable. They took care of all the proper permitting for me & I was overjoyed how the job turned out. I had originally given MCI windows five stars and I need to take those back and here’s why, the windows have defects which we couldn’t see until they were cleaned, all the screens lasted about a week and they’ve all fallen apart. I’ve called for service, Roger promised to send someone out immediately, no one’s ever contacted me (it’s been 3 weeks, inexcusable). Once they get paid you will never see these guys again. If you decide to use MCI don’t do final payment until after your windows are cleaned. I would not recommend this company

MCI installed my new impact windows and doors. They arrived on time and the people were very friendly. The doors and windows look fantastic and I highly recommend this company.

Horrible. ...Banged up job, lies no show taking your money and never respond to your calls . Stay away as far as you can they even changed name the last couple of years. If youre suckered into their scam dont pay a penny till job is done inspection completed and make sure everything is 1000% perfect because once you write that check is the last time youll ever see Roger.

A 3 day job took 3 weeks. Still waiting for them to come back and complete the job some 3 weeks later. Three windows won’t stay open but was told that they needed to order a balance for 1. They damaged and dirtied 2 of my blinds. My husband is still waiting on a call back from Roger.
