I was in need of 4 specialty windows and doors and nobody else in Palm Beach county offered me the combination of service, price, quality of product and speed of install. The company worked with me and my contractor to accommodate the changes we needed to make to enlarge one of the window openings. Phillip always kept me appraised of the progress of the order, and scheduled the install as soon as the products arrived. Their installers were mindful and respectful of my home and were very aware of the high dollar value of the doors we installed, and treated them accordingly. Phillip was also here for the scheduled inspection, which we passed with flying colors. If I had any more windows or doors left to do in my home, I would certainly use Pearce again.

Fabulous service. Pat was responsive and professional. Gave us an estimate over the phone after receiving the measurements and then came by to measure and inspect himself before the installation. The techs arrived on time, were courteous, communicative and worked really hard for a day and a half. They cleaned everything at the end and our new door looks terrific! We highly recommend Pearce and would definitely hire them again!

If you want leaky windows and doors that wont get fixed then call this company. If you want non-existent customer service give them a call. I had several sliding glass doors installed over two years ago and one of them still leaks. They have been out several times (when theyve actually shown up for their appointments) to try to fix the problem but it appears they are not able to come up with a solution. I have a literal puddle in my home after it rains. They dont bother to follow up with me. The only way I get a response is to bug them and constantly pester them. Dont waste your money - call someone else.

Just a HUGE warning. I had signed a contract with Pearce back in April 2017. The windows and doors were not installed correctly...wrong product delivered ..new crews that said to my face they have never installed these types of doors...doors that dont lock ...drywall around my windows that is busted...leaks that came into my home during Irma...I asked for low e and I didnt get low e. My house is like a green house and the rep I worked with quit. The owner sold the business and only 2 months after Irma did the company call to schedule to finish my job. when I opened the door it was the previous owner asking for more money. When I told him there were issues to be addressed he said unless I pay him he isnt doing anything else. SO now I am left with products that I didnt want... money that was spent for no reason and repairs that I am left to have to figure out. Horrible, unprofessional and un-licensed! They cannot pull there own permits and so I hired a GC to do that part. Be aware!!!
