Received a phone call from a female employee. Advised her that my husband had called & she could call back when he is home probably later that evening or the next day. She was very snappy with me & said, well someone just called. I told her again my husband was not home & a call could not have just been made to them. Then again in her snappy tone she said, Just to let you know we dont do screen doors. It confusing as the name of the company is Screen Depot. Once again she was advised she would have to speak to my husband as he is the one that made the inquiry. I just dont understand why the snappiness. Very unprofessional.

Were very pleased with Screen Depots work; so pleased that weve used them for projects on 2 homes and a condo. The prices are very competitive, the workmanship top quality, and the customer service and responsiveness are great.

This is the third time I have used Screen Depot for hurricane impact windows and I am totally satisfied with the way they have conducted themselves with professionalism and dependability.Their prices are competitive and I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in having hurricane impact windows installed in their home.

Is sad that, after many calls, I tried to schedule an appointment and they never got back to me. Just wonder why people are doing business like that.
