Our car broke down near Lake Mead and started smoking and we didnt know what to do! Luckily we took our car to Lakeside and they quickly diagnosed the problem after having recommended a great tow truck company that hauled us out of the sand. The next morning the part was received and they went to work on the car. Within hours they fixed not only what we had agreed upon but also fixed a problem we had elected to delay fixing (at the previously quoted price ❤️!!!!!). Wonderful and friendly service, quick dedicated workmanship, and super reasonable prices.We are back on the road thanks to the amazing work we had done at this shop!!!

Would not recommend ,took my atv to have new piston put in,the atv ran for 4 hours and would not start,took it back they would not fix it so i went to an atv mechanic and the piston they put in fried because they did not hook the oil line back up,got ripped off 650,they dont stand by their work,thanks for nothing lakeside!

Limped into Lakeside Auto Shop with the temp gauge on my Lexus RX350 near the red zone on my way to Las Vegas from AZ. I googled the nearest shop and decided to go there and it was a great decision! I guess the mechanic saw the look of consternation on my face and immediately came over and listened attentively to my problem. He popped the hood and diagnosed the problem and gave me a quick rundown on what to expect. I followed him inside and he relayed the situation to the Manager (Marc) and Marc patiently explained to me that the damaged part on the radiator would have to be ordered and that the component might not be a separate unit and the entire radiator might need to be replaced. Long story-short, the part was installed and they had me going the next day. I was very appreciative of the personal attention that was given to me and the courteous, prompt and great work that was performed. I wish we had this shop in Yuma but the Boulder City folks are fortunate to have this great business taking care of their auto service needs. Both were in and out of his shop in a very timely manner. Marc and Janet were always courteous and always kept me in the loop as to the status of my CRV being fixed. Any big changes, I was notified immediately and I was able to make my decisions from there. No surprises, just honesty and open communication. Marc and Garon are two extremely detailed and knowledgeable mechanics. They went through my vehicles with a fine comb and made sure once my repairs were completed that my whole vehicle was behaving the way it should be. EXCELLENT JOB! :)Though I live on Lone Mountain in the Northwest of Las Vegas, its ABSOLUTELY 100% worth the drive to Marcs shop in Boulder City. What can i say that hasnt already been said. these guys are the real deal. they are BOTH straight shooters with their estimates AND totally competent mechanics. what more could you ask? we have a home in california too, and will go out of our way to bring cars from ca to our boulder city home when they need repair.
