This place saved my butt. They were able to replace my trailer tires the same time I came in. I was traveling across country pulling a trailer and didnt know how bad the tires were until I noticed a chunk was missing. They were able to get a new set on quick so I could get back on the road. The price wasnt bad either. They know what they are doing and theyre all very nice people.

Traveling cross state with my RV Trailer, called for 4 replacement tires, done within 1.5 hrs and back on the road! GREAT TECHNICIANS.I did notice once I got home that 3 if the 4 chrome center caps were damaged from the impact guns used and will be sending photos so they can send me replacements.

I brought my car here for a second opinion and they treated me so well and everyone was so nice. They were honest with the repair and pricing (and I decided to not get the repair) but even with all that they were courteous. Screw big o tires, Im gonna bring my car here from now on.

I broke the tire valve on our boat trailer and Firestone said they couldn’t get to us for two hours. I called Ralph’s and they took care of us right away. They also helped us find a tire and wheel so next time we’ve got a spare, and it was used (just what we needed) so half the coast. We’ll be coming here from now on. This is what small business is all about!

Had a simple project for them, and it was resolved quickly and economically ($11.50).Also, I asked if they had issue with a customer having tires purchased online shipped to their shop for installation. The sales lady stated not at all, please advise us so we can expect the shipment. Thats cool 👍.Mount and balance is $22.50 per tire.Disposal fee is $3.50 per each old tire.The shop and showroom were clean, well organized and modern. I cant comment on tire pricing as I was not purchasing. My visit was service related. 👍👍

I seldom write reviews, but these guys deserve five stars. I had a bulge in my tire sidewall, they told me what to do about it and although I couldn’t get a tire from them because of a warranty, they put my spare on for me. Very courteous and professional. And, I still have a 4-hour drive to go and was short on time.

We took our RV in for 6 new tires we saved over $200 on the tires. We took our RV in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. We liked the service and love our new tires

Well from the time I walked in till the time I left I was treated like I was apart of the family.. if when you walk in no one is behind the counter just yell out im home and someone will be there.. haha but seriously just call and some one will come. not only is the staff super friendly and made sure my vehicle was cared for. They took care of my air filter that needed replacing. They have popcorn while you wait and a t.v. as well.

Popped a trailer tire and they quickly and happily dismounted the tire from the rim no questions asked. Staff seem knowledgeable and professional.

I was soooo fortunate to break down close to Ralphs shop. I had a major problem with a trailer axle in the first 100 miles of a 1000 mile trip. The trailer is old, the parts were not easy to find and they had a lot full of other customers, but Ralph and the team had me back on the road the next day! Top notch customer service!

I have been taking mine and my parents vehicles to Ralphs for minor and major repairs as well as regular maintenance for over six years. Never a single negative issue, their prices are reasonable, and they are honest. I live in Henderson now and it feels like I have to pack a lunch to make the trip, but I wouldnt feel comfortable taking my vehicles anywhere else. We were towed in to Ralphs around 4:00 PM the day before Christmas Eve. Huge spike in our tire and even though they said they could repair it and get us back on the road I said I preferred a new tire. Luckily they had one in the shop that was older stock. They gave me a great price with full warranty, also checked my spare (flat when I took it out ) and said it was fine. We were on our way by 4:45. Honest Company,fast service and Fair price,Ill probably call and order tires when needed as we travel from Phoenix to Las Vegas quite often. After taking my truck to multiple shops over the last few years and feeling so frustrated and thinking about buying a newer one, I took one last chance and went to Ralph’s Tire Pros to get my wheels balanced. I had been told it was the tires, the rims and even because it was slightly lowered that they couldn’t get it to ride smooth at 60 – 70 mph. I made the short trip to Boulder City and left the truck while I went to lunch. After returning an hour later Drew informed me that it was way out of balance and it was now good. Yes, I had heard that before…… I paid the bill and headed back to Henderson. Unbelievable!!!!!! My truck has never been this smooth, at ALL speeds. Going to Ralphs Tire Pros is like going to visit family. They really look out for the best interests of the consumer, and I appreciate that. I went in today to have my tire pressures checked because I had them fill my tires with nitrogen to better maintain tire pressure a few months ago. They discovered one of my tires was suspiciously low, and noticed a screw in the tread of that tire.Before I knew it, they had removed the tire, patched it on the inside so the patch would last, and then remounted it at the correct inflation to my car. When I asked how much I owe them for the tire repair, they said, Aw dont worry about it! I ordered 4 tires online and Ralphs received them Monday morning. I dropped off my vehicle at perhaps 11 and the tires were balanced and installed with a front end alignment by about 3. Great service!!!

I visited this repair shop for an oil change and to check my AC. After my oil was changed the mechanic came out to ask me if I wanted them to check my AC. The mechanic made no mention of a $40 fee for checking the AC. Their sign states AC service starting at 39.99 and up. They found nothing wrong with my AC, but charged me for the service anyway. I asked why I was being charged, and they claimed they needed to hook up my AC to some testing equipment and that justifies the charge. Not only did they charge me for nothing, but they also took their sweet time. At least an hour for an oil change and AC check. To make matters worse, the clerk was chatting with other customers instead of letting me know that my car was done. I had to walk outside to see if my car was finished and it was.Pros: oil change was inexpensiveCons: lousy service, terrible explanation of costs, charged for service without receiving service.I would avoid this repair shop at all costs.

I went to Ralphs to have the oil changed on my Toyota Prius. The staff was helpful and friendly. The service was quick and the price was right. They told me that I have 30,000 mile tires and that they should be changed at my next oil change, something I was not surprised about so I asked them for a quote. They priced them for about $100 less then a friend of my got at another shop so I was pleased. I will be going back and would recommend them to anyone!

They got the tires I wanted brought out from their Vegas warehouse by that afternoon and had them installed within an hour of me dropping off the car. Only tire shop in town that didnt sound frustrated Id be calling around getting tire quotes.

For a small city they give big time service. Every time I have been there they have always been great and don’t pressure you to spend money you don’t need to spend.
