We were evicted from our home recently and purchased a unit. We were told by phone it would be 25 dollars. On arrival It was 61 dollars!!! Today we were organizing our belongings ( all we have left) we were told not to loiter by the lady working the office who was more worried about her toilet plumbing than a customer. I explained our situation and was still talked down to. If the owner reads this please contact me through here cause Im homeless and have no service on my phone now..

I needed a storage unit right away until I found my home. Lashonda stepped up and helped me get situated after another associate messed my storage reservation up. I was so stressed out, but Lashonda made moving my things over and in a breeze!! Very polite, patient, and amazing customer service must I add. If I ever need another storage, I will be sure to use this location as long as she is there.

I signed up for the 5x10 unit online promotional price for $29 about a year ago. It went to $37 about 5-6 months later, now 5-6 months after the first rate increase it went to $41. This is a bait and switch set up. I was mad about the first rate Increase and management was no help, all she kept saying was they did not make the prices and I understood that but I figured well $37 is still cheaper than others around and it is convenient for me but now that they went up AGAIN, I know I can find better place. I guess I better go pull all my stuff out before they pull another fast one because I have a feeling they will go up in another 5-6 months.

This is by far one of the best storage facilities I have ever dealt with. The staff are very helpful and professional which is number one and number two when dealing with such companies. The property is secure and the rates are reasonable. Keep in mind that there are additional fees upfront aside from the monthly rate. You have to have insurance which they can provide or you can source it yourself. You also have to have a specific lock that they provide for 20.00 or you can go get it from a store. You can pay online and set up auto pay. I would give them 5 stars but there are the additional fees which may be a can be excessive or even deceptive to some people.

LaShonda is a lifesaver we are moving back to California and she not only set us up with storage packs I had to come back a second day to get other items she suggested I should have gotten the day earlier😊 Lets just say I listened this time! ..You know Your Stuff LaShonda!THANKS FOR EVERYTHING

Wasnt even in the door before the woman behind the desk screamed at my father and I saying only one guest in the building at a time. Very rude and would not stop screaming the same thing over and over, even though we hadnt even stepped inside.

From the moment I made my online reservation until I moved in, the staff at Public Storage on Barksdale Boulevard in Bossier City was top notch. I was treated with the utmost professionalism, and with a very courteous concern for my time. The paperwork was handled in a timely manner, my unit was very, VERY clean when I moved in (something Ive not experienced before) and I feel secure in knowing that my belongings will be safe and secure while they are in storage. Finally, the pricing is well defined, easy to understand and most of all, very affordable. Ill be recommending Public Storage to anyone who asks, and probably to anyone else I come into contact with.

I would NOT recommend Public Storage. We were moving out of a smaller unit into a larger one (at another location of Public Storage in Bossier) on the 1st day of the month....(Had paid for previous month in full) and they made us pay an entire month’s rent for the smaller unit, even though we were no longer using it. Our stuff was in there for a total of maybe 6 hours that day. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Clean and spacious facility. Gerald was a breath of fresh air! He was very helpful and informative. By far the best experience Ive had at a storage facility!!! Would definitely recommend this place! Thanks for all the help!

On my first visit customer service was fantastic. I was able to get into my unit in a timely manner. I worked with someone named Lashonda who hooked me with great package that was convenient for my moving needs!

I knew from the minute Sharon answered the phone this time renting a storage was going to be different! I called to check rates and didnt have definite plans to rent, just checking my options, but the customer service given over the phone was so fantastic that I had to drive over and see for myself this wasnt too good to be true! Sharon offered to hold the last space she had for me until I got there, even knowing I hadnt made my mind yet. When I got to the facility, Sharon and Gerald continued with the wowing! I was given a full tour of the place (and I have to say, Ive never seen a storage place so clean! I didnt have to worry about my kiddos or dog coming out to help me get this moving done!). They even offered to help me get a truck lined up! I arrived at the facility to meet 2 strangers and I left feeling as though we had been friends for years. Thank you Public Storage for having 2 of the best employees I have ever dealt with on a customer service level. And a personal thank you to Sharon and Gerald for making my move to Louisiana an easy one! You have made a customer for life and I will send everyone I know to you!!
