Would 100% NOT recommend. Outdoor units have no cameras or security and both of our units have been broken into with things stolen. We’ve already gotten a unit with another company and are in the middle of filing claims, but how is anything going to be resolved when they have no cameras? One unit had the lock picked then they relocked the unit. The other unit’s lock was cut off. Screw this place and screw the people who stole our stuff.

Best experience we could’ve had! The owner is super helpful, positive, and ready to accommodate you. The units are clean and do not require any maintenance prior to moving your belongings in. I definitely recommend! Edit to add: I noticed some of negative reviews about their codes not working for the gate. I’ve had a storage unit for over 6 months and have NEVER had an issue going back and forth- which I do quite often.

Very costly to store stuff at $140 month really why so costly ?? People.are poor now days but who cares $$$$ for gready places

Friendly and great customer service

The beginning of this experience was horrible. I had a reservation on barksdale and on the day of pick up I was sent to 3 different locations to pick up my 15ft truck. Then the code did not work to get my keys out the box. Thank God Breanna was working whom I’ve known for many years through another working relationship. She got me on the road and on my way to Texas in 15 minutes. If it were not for a coincidence running into her and her help I would have never been able to get situated. Breanna is a top 5 star employee and I am very thankful she was there to get everything done for me and my family. Thanks bre. Really appreciate all your help..... Kenji Hutchinson

I usually do not do reviews but I recently got my first storage unit here and was so happy with my experience I decided to. Breanna at the front desk was so happy and upbeat and she was sure to explain everything to me in great detail because of her this will be the the place i use whenever i need a unit!

The manager at this location dies a great job !!! She takes great care of the place like its hers!!!what a woman!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. When i forst got the storage unit back in mid June they told me that they had hand trucks and etc. to help move belongings. I came back from a trip with a whole truck load of stuff needing to be brought in. My pin didnt work and couldnt get in but apparently my automatic payment didnt work so they locked me out and locked my storage unit after the 3rd day. Had to wait till monday to have it unlocked. Came back to unload it and all the hand trucks are now CURENTLY locked up and have been since mid July. Had a moving company come today to pack my belongings and the movers were not able to get under the overhang bc the employee parked there vehicle there. The public restroom inside of there also has been discontinued for public use to until further notice which was very inconvenient for the movers and myself.Find a different storage unit that actually puts the customer first vs one that just wants your money. Will never store anything there ever again.

This is Tara Hutcheson and I came by 5/4-2019 to get a storage unit to help my daughter moving out of her apartment on that Sunday 5/5/19. Upon talking with the manager of this location she assured me that there would be no problem moving her stuff into the unit even though it was a Sunday and the office was closed. After a long morning of moving furniture and boxes we were down to just the last of it to put into storage. With a truck load of furniture and boxes we get to our location only to find a note tapped onto the keypad saying the gates were down and would be back up on that Monday 10 am. I called the 800# only to be given a well Im sorry there isnt anything I can do. Let me tell you I was livid the only reason I got this unit was to help with the stress of moving!! Now I had to find somewhere to unload my stuff only to have to move this stuff at a later time. Rent truck find movers and so on!! I havent even put anything into this unit and am just repulsed by the way I was just left to find my own solutions to a problem made by such an easy solution to the problem.As someone who works on a customer service level I cant tell you how many times Ive gone above and beyond to help out a client. If the manager wouldve told me at the time of taking my money, hey, weve had trouble with the gate today due to the storms and I cant promise itll be working tomorrow. I couldve made a decision then and there if I wanted to find another place to take my stuff. If someone wouldve called me on any 3 of my numbers I had to give when paying and told me before I was at the location with a truckload full. If someone couldve just come and opened the side gate that was open on that Saturday. Horrible experience, would not recommend.

Great, but price of storage went up without reason.

We only needed to use storage 9 times, but on 5 of those times, our code did not work. The customer service person re-associated the code and the gate would then open, but they could only let us in during business hours, so we were locked out of our storade 33% of the time we tried fo move. This complicated moving. They were nice about it, but we noticed another person with the same problem, after the office closed.

Very neat and clean. Climate controlled as well.

I only renting space from them a month BAD BAD BAD I REPEAT DONT RENT SPACE FROM HERE AT ALL . This PLACE IS NOT MEANT TO BE TRUSTED AT ALL
