Samantha was very patient, kind and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met after a long state to state move, her willingness to help was well received.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with CubeSmart Self Storage on E. Texas St. I needed storage pretty quick. I was able to reserve my 10x10 online and promptly received a phone call finalizing my reservation. Once on site they had everything ready for me to finish my rental. I was able to get my stuff into the storage unit within an hour of reservation. The staff there are very courteous and explained everything. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for storage at a good price.

Ladies at the facility will litterally sit behind the desk without doing any leg work and harass you bi-weekly.I was contacted about my truck being in the wrong spot & my vehicle had been at my home for 3-4 days. Stop being lazy and look into things before calling someone at work harassing them! Please dont waste your business here. They do not check to see if stored vehicles have insurance, therefore if someone damage your property they could careless.

CubeSmart was easy all around! I made a very quick reservation and someone called me almost immediately. The woman was very pleasant and when I got there I was greeted with a smile and taken to see the cube. It was just what I needed and the move in process was very quick and professional. The whole process from when I picked up my phone, drove over there and did what I had to do, took less than an hour. I would recommend a thousand times.

Cubesmart in Bossier is great! When I was moving and needed a place to store things while in transition, I went looking for something nice and affordable. Kandis and Lisa were so kind and helpful, they walked me through the process of finding out exactly what I needed and made the entire experience so easy. CubeSmart rented me a storage unit and new there were leaks in the ceiling… You cannot imagine the extra work this caused me not to mention the expense!!!

I was asked if I needed a lock or would I provide my own without them saying a price and when I looked at my lease the one lock Was $20. Only 2 keys and nothing special about the lock. I was informed that I could not get a refund after I had paid for it even though it was still unused. Would recommend but customer service could be better in informing customers of the prices of things offered.

You will love this place if you like paying additional fees. I had originally placed a request through the website. I received a call almost immediately after I hit submit. I was actually impressed. They confirmed the rate and I agreed to meet them to set up the rental. They NEVER mentioned the admin fee and the required insurance rider. Yeah, its in the contract but that should be stated up front. Now, a month ( and apparently 7 days) into the rental and I get a call that I am late on payment. I am CERTAIN I agreed to auto pay on my credit card when I signed up. Now, I am out another $20 for a late fee. I dont plan to continue renting past this month.

I transferred my material from another storage place to a climate controlled unit at CubeSmart 6305 in Bossier City, LA, and the move into this place was very easy and the unit is well maintained with easy access. I appreciate the assistance from Lisa and Kandis.

This is by far one of the best storage places and truck rentals in the area, I would even say the best in Shreveport/Bossier. The receptionists are so friendly and very understanding. They will answer any question that you have and will work with any issues, if any. Seriously, customer service here is AMAZING, and they prices are very reasonably cheap. Definitely beats out any competition around. I strongly recommend anyone that needs a storage unit or a moving truck to come here!

The manager was very friendly and thorough. She took me to my unit and noticed that it had ants and had not been cleaned yet. The next day is when I was moving things in, and the ant problem was taken care of, and the unit was very clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a storage unit.

Jennifer and Jessica were outstanding ambassadors for the storage facility and extremely helpful, being that this is my first experience renting a unit and storing my household goods as well. If i am ever asked for a place to go, CubeSmart on Texas will be what comes from me. They were also extremely supportive in the process of getting a Penske truck which aided in getting all of my familys belongings to the storage facility.

I started out with a 10 x 10 unit, graduated to a 10 x 20 unit, and now am downsizing to a 10 x 15 unit. This reflects changes in my needs and in every case I have found CubeSmart employees to be helpful, friendly, and on the spot in taking care of my needs. My last change requirement was rather abrupt in happening, but Jennifer jumped on the situation and had me set up immediately to accommodate me with no problem. If you havent grasped it yet, I cant say enough good about how I love the people I deal with at your facility along with the superb condition of the units that are very well maintained. Thanks girls!!!

We rented a Hertz truck from here and got a great price and the person working there was awesome. Truck was good and drove good.

Excellent and friendly staff. Military friendly and was very easy to work with. Rented a 16 Penske moving truck for 1 day. Very affordable and clean. Truck was available as stated on the online reservation. Choose this option before going to any other moving truck rental business! Youll be glad you did!

Easy setup and close out.

Jennifer and Jessica are the most helpful queens I have ever been in the presence of, they astound me with how much they care about their customers. They helped me in so many ways I can’t even begin to name the ways I felt accommodated. They rent trucks too! If only I knew that before I got my horrible experience at the local uhaul, if ever I have to go through this again I’ll be getting my truck from them too.

Moved into the area a few months. Having a need for self storage on the budgeted side, we found CubeSmart. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful when looking for the best option for you. The unit we eventually ended up getting was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone on a budget.

Amazing service. I’m very picky on how people handle customer service and I received very great service. Not everyone loves their job but when you act like you don’t, it really affects the customer. Jennifer was who I dealt with and she is great. Highly recommend this storage facility. They also offer Penske moving trucks which makes it easy just to leave the truck there when you’re done.

Moving is BEYOND stressful so it was nice that moving some of our stuff in storage was the easiest. Toya ensured this was a smooth transition for us and was extremely accommodating. I looked at several different places and this one was by far the cleanest. I rented a Penske truck from the sweetest ladies here! they were so helpful and sweet. having previously went through UHaul paying close to 200$ for a local move, I only paid around 50$ here. there were no issues, I was refunded my security deposit as promised and only charged for what i was supposed to be charged for. definitely reccomend!

I visited this facility today and a few other local storage places and I will say Jennifer and Toya did a great job answering all my questions and showing me the well kept and very clean facility. Highly recommend!

High prices on materials if you purchase those. The rent has gone up twice, I believe, since we started renting our climate controlled building. There has been a high turn over in management and some ladies who just didnt make the cut on customer service for me. Medeocre overall and wouldnt really recommend. Also, parking storage was ridiculously priced last time I checked...that may have changed; but I doubt it.

Very friendly service! I forgot some very important papers (under the passenger seat) in our rental truck. Thankfully they found it and the important papers were returned!!!!

The Best Customer Service! In a time where good customer service is almost non-existent, it was very refreshing to meet Ms. Alexciya. She was super nice, professional and extremely courteous. She went above and beyond to assist me with my rental, a flat tire I had on the day I was to return the truck and gave me the best customer service. I even changed my rental three times and, in the end, had to pick up the truck on the same day I called the third time. She found a car carrier for me and called me back to let me know. Everything was hooked up, parked and ready to go when I arrived. Alexciya is great employee and employees are the face of any company. So, right now, CubeSmart is looking really good;-)
