They are very dependable and fast. The price they tell you is the price it will be. No fast talking you. And they let you bring in your own parts.

Oil change was quick but the initial vibe walking in was anything but cool as the 2 mechanics starting bickering in Spanish about who was gonna do my car and basically being disrespectful, sad part is I understood every word. Dont judge a book by its cover next time. Ill stick to driving a extra 15 minutes to my mechanic

DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! I’ve taken my car here 3 times for the same problem which was never resolved. I gave them over a thousand dollars and they still want more money to fix the issue. HORRIBLE SHOP. They gave me different prices during the process. They also told me on Friday my car would be ready Tuesday because the parts won’t be in until Monday. My car was ready the next day. My A/C compressor went out. Pricing and fix-time was much higher at 2 other places I checked. Velasquez had very reasonable pricing and the repair was completed that day. I am happy to have found this place.

DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! Worst muffler shop ever. Second they don’t know what they are doing... and prices are way too high compared to other places. THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS SHOP DOWN.

It was the worst .They had my car for a hole day and they didnt fix it .They broke a hose that connected my oil line from the engine to the oil pan .the they told me I needed to change the catalytic converter cuz it was broken and it was not .they broke parts on my car it was fuming so much oil and it was sprayinging everywhere. And they ripped me off of 300 dollars .I will never go there again

Our contractor recommended Velasquez Brothers when he saw me trying to find an honest mechanic that didnt charge outrageous prices. I was so impressed the day I went there and met them. Honest and intelligent with such reasonable prices AND they do fabulous work ! They definitely know what their doing. Try them please, you wont be sorry,!

The front desk person didnt tell me i had to drop it off or any information i needed before i came. I went in for radiator, they refused to check it and sd they see a loose water pump . Charged me $500 to fix it then called the next day and said they dont know how to fix it. Never did they check the radiator for leaking , they dont accept insurance . They didnt show me what what was and still didnt fix the car. Terrible place in bolingbrook. Try joliet or cresthill or chicago instead . This is a fake shop.

The service was great had my car just on time. They fix what needs fixing and explain what else you car is in need of. What more could I ask for?

Fair price for there work and labor.

So I just left Daniel at Velasquez Auto. My new best friend and autoshop for life. I called after 1pm and asked to have my car repaired with front and back breaks and rear rotors. I asked him if he could do it today and for how much? The price was half to almost a third of what all the other shops in the area charged, they were able to do it today, plus I was able to save 💰 cause I already had my own parts. Thats when I fell in 💘. He gave me a great price and was honest about what I needed to get done in the future and an approximate time frame when I would need that part replaced. My car drives great now. I will definitely be back.

These people almost stole my car and promised they would have my car fixed for almost an entire year.

Midas quoted $750. Valasquez charged me $110. I will definitely come back if I need something fixed. I dont write reviews but I thought I had to for these guys.

This shop and DANIEL is unprofessional , they tell you that this and that is wrong with your car then when u get it fixed and spend money you DONT have then the same problem happens and they tell u it’s no warranty for anything and tell u they busy when u call
