I called today, after spending thousands on two other cars to get fixed at this shop. I asked can they take a look at my car because it makes a sound after I go over bumps and that I changed everything as far as the suspension. He asked if I fixed any parts on my car that he wouldn’t touch it!! He said that’s a problem when customers try to fix their own car!!! Why would I pay someone to repair something I know how to do. If I caught a flat I won’t bring it to a shop to fix and I know how to do it myself. I was a long time customer but not anymore. I can’t believe he won’t look at my car because I said I change some parts myself, I could have lied 🤦

Terrible experience! Brought my truck in for trans issues and from the start they were very rude. Waiting for a new trans to come in they called daily and threaten storage fees after storage fee. After they installed the new trans the truck didn’t sound normal when started. Turns out they didn’t tighten my starter all the way. It’s barley hanging on. When I confronted them of the issues with pictures they wouldn’t call me back, return My text messages and dodge me with caller Id. I couldn’t believe it.

Brought our Jeep in for transmission diagnosis after the trans. overheat light went on. Chuck did a really thorough inspection and provided a lot of recommendations for optional work, but couldnt find any cause for the indicator. Took care of an unrelated engine code, and sent us on our way free of charge. Will bring all of my transmission business here in the future.

Chuck and his staff are beyond amazing! They were nothing but professional, communicative, honest, trustworthy, timely....I could go on and on. I fear going to a mechanic. I fear the cost and being ripped off. Chuck never once made me feel that way. In fact, I look forward to having a mechanic I can trust for all my future car needs. They treated my daughter and I wonderfully. Got the job done so fast and it didn’t cost a fortune! Chuck even offered to give us a ride when we dropped the car off. Car trouble makes me crazy. Took my vehicle to a dealer because thats what the yellow light message told me to do. They wanted like $5000. to fix it. Glad I went to Mr. Transmission. Chuck said he would get it done for a lot less. Like less than $1900. Yes I would definitely go back if I needed to, but now, I dont need to! Thank you Chuck and crew. I appreciate your work ethic.

Horrible, unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, sneaky, crooked. Do not go here. Caught father and son in a lie by popping up unannounced! Do your homework find another transmission repair shop. Thank God my mechanic came with me because things werent making sense. Never ever ever ever go here. When you get that call that there is a problem with your transmission remember this review.

Needed to have a bushing and front pump seal seated for a project Im working on. Brought the parts to Mr Transmission to see if they might be able to help me out. They were very busy with cars in every bay and lined up outside. But I went in to see if theyd even be willing to help me out. Chuck and his crew was awesome! Despite being very busy, we took the parts from me and a few minutes later one of his crew had the work done. I will definitely be back when I tackle the differential work on our project car.Would definitely recommend!Pat

We have been taking our vehicles here for about 3 years now and have found the crew here more than capable of taking care of even the most advanced troubleshooting on our transmissions and engines. They are a total car care, one-stop shop for anything that you may need in car care and repair. They are honest, respectable, and stand behind every bit of work that they have ever done for us.I would recommend giving then a call for anything you may need serviced on your vehicle.

The owner is so down to earth and will be honest with you. He also works on getting the best price for what you need. Trust can be an issue when handing your vehicle to someone, but I feel very comfortable with them and theyve kept my vehicle going! Plus, the customer service experience is outstanding and the whole crew is really nice even though theyre always so busy there.

My mother needed a new transmission. after dropping of the vehicle to Mr transmission there werent any rental cars available. Chuck tried to find my mother a rental for at least a hour. No rentals available. So what did Chuck decide to do? HE DROVR MY MOTHER TO THE DOOR. Thank you Chuck! I appreciate it and will be referring any work to your place. Thank you for helping my mom.

Took my car in super last minute. Chuck assisted me and advised that they would squeeze me in to take care of my car. I didnt expect them to take me in so soon. He even gave me a ride back home. Got my car repaired quickly, and the the price was great. Would recommend this facility.

Chuck and his mechanics are some of the best around. They have great prices and great service. I will not take any of my vehicles any where else. Their customer service is the best.

I have been here a few times to get work done. Oil change, tire rotation, tune-up, brakes, and power window repair. I have also had others come in for transmission work. Every time was a great experience and very reasonably priced. The staff is very knowledgeable and nice. They are honest and upfront, which is hard to find nowadays at body shops. I highly recommend them and they are not the same owners as described in earlier reviews.

Chuck has done a few jobs for me. First he rebuilt my daughters transmission on her 2002 Toyota Rav 4. Its been a few months and no problems. The same car I had worked on for at least a month on an electrical fuse blowing and couldnt find the problem. After talking to Chuck about it, I decided I would make the tough decision and be at the mercy of the mechanic! I was very pleasantly surprised when he called me the next day and had found the problem. The repair was fairly cheap, and I completely trust him to be honest and dependable. Hes also done a rear brake job on the Rav while I was on vacation and let it sit until I got back and my daughter even noticed how much better the brakes felt. I highly recommend Mr. Transmission for honest work for honest pay. I wont hesitate to recommend him to anyone

These guys went above and beyond for me when I recently went through my emissions test issues...I have been taking every one of my vehicles there for the last decade, and all I can say is that their service is superior. Doesnt really matter what the issue is, I go to them first! Thanks guys for all the hard work on my truck, and making this less stressful on me...

@ james giltile... One id appreciate if you updated this review as to that starter being loose isnt loose that a shim thats in between starter n trans to keep it from scrapping against flywheel. Two you called throughout the holiday weekend when we were closed and we got back to you as soon as we got your threatening messages, even though i shouldnt have due to your incompetence! 3. Your transmission that took a month and a half to get here after you stated it would be less then a week. Taking up my bay where the business was losing money and business due to it! so yea we should of charged you storage if it was up to me i would of but the owner is a nice guy and didnt even charge you! All we did was take out your nonworking transmission you had done somewhere else and put in the transmission that you bought elsewhere for cheaper then any other places you called and i bet most of them wouldnt put in a transmission not supplied by the business! Im the owners son and im asking that you do not bring any other vehicles or try to do business here again. Thank you very much and have a wonderful day.

These guys are a bunch of hacks. Have had my truck for 6 buisness days and they are still not done. They are full of excuses. First he tried blaming it on the holiday messing up his schedule then when I wasn t buying his line of crap he followed up it up with they got the wrong parts. So much for being the professionals. They are extremely slow and every time I went there to check on it the mechanic was either talking on the phone or standing around not doing anything. Do NOT take your vehicle here. It s not worth your time or money.
