Advertised as a 24 hour service. Called at 2AM this morning with a dead battery. Said trucks will be available starting at 7AM.If you only do AAA 24/7 (and only for members via the AAA 800 number), its sort of disingenuous to promote your company as available for service 24/7 to the public.Just saying.Anyway, ended up with Save ITAL towing and he was WONDERFUL! Five Star service!

My car broke down on busy Congress ave during evening rush hour in the road. 45mph never seemed so fast before, until your standing on the side of the road broke down. My rear break broke locking my wheel up. He had amazing skills and was able to maneuver his rig to accommodate my vehicle and not cause further damage. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Ive so greatful.

Garbage company my parents called Progressive to get their car towed home and this was the company that was given to us. Waited 2 and half hours to be told by the lady that they stop taking calls at 6pm. Will never ever use this company and Ill make sure no one else does ether.

Needed my car towed and these guys were timely and reliable.

Used ford roadside assistance who had atlantic towing tow my vehicle to local ford dealership. Instead of using local roads they used florida turnpike (dealership is 6.2 miles away). Just got the toll by plate bill I have to pay toll for their tow truck and my vehicle-toll is by axle count. I would leave zero stars if I could it was a bush league move.

Joe was excellent. Extremely professional and caring in our stressful situation . Would definitely request him if I needed to have my car flat bedded again .

Called Kia free towing at 3:45PM. Received a call from Atlantic Towing in Boca Raton 30 minutes later from a guy named John. Took my info and said hed call me back with an Eta. Didnt hear from him and called him back at 4:55pm.Said 10-15 minutes more until they arrived.At 5:30 got a call from a female at Atlantic who said that it would be 30 minutes more.Place is 5 miles from where I am stuck!Terrible business practices and I will inform Kia of same.Its 6 oclock and still no Atlantic Tow truck. So I call Kia back at 615 and they call Atlantic who says theyre not coming because they would need a flat bed! DONT USE THESE INCOMPETENT FOOLS!!!

If you want to wait 3 hours for a tow and then be told they are down the street just to be told another hour and stand out in the heat and a brrain withoken down car this is the place for you .

This company was dispatched by AAA, then lied to AAA, saying we cancelled the ticket, WE DID NOT! So we were stranded on a highway for over 3 hours, got hung up on by this company and then needed to wait for AAA to dispatch a new company and it’s now after hours for the auto body shop. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They are unprofessional and speak badly to clients. They cancel you and give you no reason. They kept me waiting for a whole day and they never came. I do not recommend them at all, please do not hire their services.Son poco profesionales le hablan mal a los clientes. Te cancelan y no te dan razon alguna.
