Needed to get my vehicle towed from dtla to FL and utilized Halibuts Towing. They were really responsive, speedy and effective. The driver, Papa, was charming and mindful. He got my vehicle on the bed w no issues, checked for harms and conveyed the vehicle to my shop of decision w no second thoughts. Will utilize them again if need be (ideally never again cause that implies I experience vehicle difficulties ;)). Call them!

From the start I planned to give this spot a 1 star due to the manner in which my circumstance was dealt with. I called a few times just to have the individual getting ask me for my location multiple times and consistently inquire as to whether they could get back to shortly. I would get back to ten minutes after the fact and nobody one answer or he would inquire as to whether he could call again shortly and continue to again get some information about my location It was somewhat problematic when he requested my Mastercard data via telephone and I thought I was being defrauded and I was totally over it. Notwithstanding. Notwithstanding. HOWEVERRRRRR I WAS SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THE SERVICE WHEN THEY DID EVENTUALLY GET TO MY PLACE. We were exactly on schedule to get my vehicle towed to the shop and I had the option to get the supervisor just before he left to examine myself in! I dont recollect his name yet the PERSON towing my vehicle worked effectively and unquestionably has experience towing and I had a sense of security and OK with him towing my vehicle. The correspondence was off yet the genuine towing administration was simply marvelous! He causes you to feel dealt with and ensures all is well before he leaves. Certainly investigate this towing administration in the event that you are around there :)Much obliged to you to the individual who towed my vehicle!

After calling AAA for help , they sent John. He was quick and friendly. He changed our flat tire.

On our way home, we broke down on the middle of the freeway. Within 5 mins Juan was there to help us. He towed us off the freeway and our car to a mechanic shop for repair.

Bad experience with this company. They quoted me $300 for a tow (11 miles) and told me 1-1.5 hours wait. Then after 1.5 hours called and said it would be another 1 hour before they could get to me. I called another company who came within an hour and charged me $100. Not worth the price or the wait!

Great towing service, these guys are very reliable!
